Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of knowledge and location on the interest in saving partially and simultaneously at Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Parepare. This research was conducted in Labukkang Village, Parepare City using quantitative descriptive analysis. The method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observations and literature studies, questionnaires are distributed to the people of Labukkang Village, while the number of samples is 100 people, the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validation test and reliability, regression analysis assumption method and hypothesis testing. Public knowledge and strategic locations can increase public interest in saving at Bank Muamalat. Based on the test results, it is known that knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving. Based on the test results, it is known that the location has a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving. The results of this study indicate that knowledge and location partially and simultaneously has effect the interest in saving.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at the Kantor DPRD Parepare. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation and questionnaires. The research method used is a quantitative method. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kantor DPRD Parepare. Job satisfaction can be assumed to be able to create feelings of pleasure, comfort in work and have a sense of satisfaction at work so that it becomes a driving factor in improving employee performance in the organization. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kantor DPRD Parepare. Organizational commitment can motivate an employee to work better and stay with the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of selection and placement of human resources on employee performance at the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Enrekang Regency. The technique used to obtain data by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample in this study is 60 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, to ensure that the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable, then performs hypothesis testing in finding out the significance of the independent variable on the dependent variable as well as making conclusions and calculating the determinant coefficient in finding out the magnitude of the thing affect the independent variable on the dependent variable. The data analysis technique used with the help of SPSS Version 23. The results studied in order to find a discussion for the thing being studied are the results of partial hypothesis testing showing that the selection variable (X1) and job placement (X2) have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Enrekang Regency. This can be seen from the acceptance of Ha and the rejection of Ho. So the hypothesis which reads that there are things that affect employee performance on selection and placement at the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Enrekang Regency

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the queuing system and organizational culture on service satisfaction in the Population and Civil Registration Office in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This study used quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires. Abstract

This study aims to test and find out whether the Work Discipline variable has an effect on employee performance at the Lapai Village Office. The population in this study was a total of 20 employees while the sample in this study was taken from a total population of 20 employees. Questionnaire is a data collection technique used. The collected data were analyzed and then entered into a simple linear regression equation. The findings in this study indicate that partially the Work Discipline variable has a positive effect with a coefficient value of 1.023 (positive) and it is significant on employee performan ce at the Lapai Village Office, Ngapa District, Kolaka Utara Regency, which means if work discipline is increased it will improve employee performance and contrarily. This is evidenced by the obtained value of t arithmetic > t table (2.509 > 1.72913) and the significance value at 5% level is smaller (0.022 < 0.05). So that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of compensation and work discipline on the Employee Performance of the employees at Samsat Gowa Offices. The population in this study were employees of the Samsat Gowa Office and the sample used was 30 people using a saturated sample. Data was collected by using observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that compensation and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of the employees at Samsat Gowa Offices and simultaneously compensation has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of the employees at Samsat Gowa Offices

Abstract

This study is a research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the tobacco factory sub-sector and the sample obtained is PT Gudang Garam Tbk for the 2015 – 2019 period. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The data collection techniques used in this research are library research and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that: the effectiveness of working capital has an effect on profitability as indicated by the regression coefficient value of 0.017, so the first hypothesis is accepted. Leverage has a positive effect on profitability indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.012, so the second hypothesis is accepted. Simultaneously, the effectiveness of Working Capital and Leverage affect the Company's Profitability, thus the third hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational learning and work teams on the employees performance of the Fire and Rescue Service in Parepare City. The data collection techniques in this study are observation and questionnaires. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, while the number of samples used in this sample is 118 employees at the Fire and Rescue Service in Parepare City. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Learning on the employees performance of the Fire and Rescue Service in Parepare City, there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Team on the employees performance of the Fire and Rescue Service in Parepare City. Thus the hypothesis is proven, as for the effect of the two organizational learning and work team variables are 65%, while the rest is in other variables that are not used in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with 100 respondents for sampel. The population in this study are active customers of PDAM Tirta Jeneberang IKK Borongloe in Gowa Regency. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test. The results showed that based on the partial test of direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. On the simultaneous testing of each service quality indicator (direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the work productivity of the Bulukumba Education and Culture Office employees. The population in this study were employees of the Bulukumba Education and Culture Office as many as 45 respondents. The number of samples is 45 employees of the Education and Culture Office of Bulukumba. The data analysis technique that the writer uses in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection used is by using a questionnaire given to respondents. The data is processed using SPSS 21.0 for windows. Then, based on the results of the study showed that the variable job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of the Bulukumba Education and Culture Office employees. which means that the perceived job satisfaction can increase the productivity of an employee at work.
