Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain results or output empirically to test the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on stock returns and the value of companies with good corporate governance as moderating. This study examines manufacturing companies that have been registered with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. A total of 539 manufacturing companies were used as populations with purposive judgment sampling as a sampling method. The method used in this study is the method of documentation carried out by collecting secondary data published by companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of annual reports. This research is a quantitative study with a correlational analysis method to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study are H1, H2, and H3 accepted, so there is a partial influence on the variables of CSR, GCG and CSR and GCG simultaneously. So that the greater CSR with GCG support, the greater the potential to increase stock returns and company value.

Abstract

From year to year, the number of micro and small and medium enterprises in Indonesia is increasing, and this is accompanied by increasing awareness of entrepreneurship in Indonesia. Starting from young people to retirees, they began to pursue the work of becoming entrepreneurs of MSMEs. An increase in the number of small and medium-sized businesses in Indonesia, contributes positively to economic conditions in Indonesia, for those around the MSMEs location, through MSMEs the community is able to move the economy of the Indonesian economy. The increasing number of MSMEs certainly allows for more, each of the appropriate facilities for progress that has been made effectively by MSMEs. This study uses a quantitative approach to determine the influence of Marketing Communication Objectives and Communication Channels on Marketing Communication Effectiveness. The population in this study was to use GENERAL samples in the culinary field in Surabaya as many as 136 MSMEs respondents in Surabaya were taken by purposive sampling which was processed using multiple regression techniques with SPSS applications. This study aims to determine the positive relationship between Marketing Communication and Marketing Communication on the Effectiveness and Physical Effectiveness of Communication Channels on the Effectiveness of Marketing Communication.

Abstract

A study entitled “The Influence of Characteristics, Attitude and Skill of Pempek Entrepreneurs in Palembang toward Successful Business Achievement” is an entrepreneurship study related to the influencing factors of succesful business achievement of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang. This purpose of this study is to find out whether or not the entrepreneurs’ characteristics, attitude and skill factors affect the succesful business achievement. Sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression analysis. The t-test of SPSS calculation implied that the significant value of characteristics was 0.709, attitude was 0.213 and entrepreneurship skill was 0.287 (less than 0.05). Therefore, the results of the study implied that there was no correlation between characteristics, attitude and entrepreneurship skill of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang toward succesful business achievement

Abstract

Individual performance is the success of a company, it is expected that individuals can complete the task on time. In order to achieve good individual performance, an organization should consider the factors which influence it. The purpose of this study was to identify technical capabilities of accounting information system’s users, management participation, efectiveness and technostress toward individual performance. This research was conducted at PT Asatech Indonesia Group Palembang which involved 100 employees as the sample of study. They were selected by using purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by administering questionnaire and analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis The results revealed that technical capabilities of accounting information system’s users, management participation, effectiveness and technostress had significant effect on individual performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of supervision on the work discipline of employees at the Communication and Information Agency of South Sumatra Province, in this study the authors used a type of quantitative research. The samples taken in this study were 53 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression and, analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that all existing instruments are declared valid and realistic and from the regression calculation it is proven that there is an influence between supervision and work discipline. The results of regression analysis obtained a regression equation = 11.456 + 0.761X. The verification test of the regression equation was obtained from the t-test = 8.522 with a probability of 0.0000 <0.05. This shows that supervision influences the work discipline of employees at the Communication and Information Agency of South Sumatra Province. The magnitude of influence is also seen from the coefficient of determination which has a value of 0.587 or 58.7% and the rest of the work discipline of employees is influenced by other factors besides supervision of 41.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Lazada's website quality on Shopaholic teenagers' online purchasing decisions in Palembang and analyze the differences between male and female participants in online purchasing decisions in Palembang. Shopaholic is defined as a tendency to shop compulsively with a high enough frequency. Shopaholic lifestyle teenagers spend a lot of time shopping as a saturation remover, as their satisfaction and more hanging out with people who have the same hobby in shopping. Shopping becomes a picture of consumptive behavior that is difficult to change. The positive impact as a stress reliever and to keep up with the times. While the negative impact is the formation of consumptive, wasteful, and addictive behavior. This study uses a combination of exploratory research and explanatory research. Exploratory research aims to explore the phenomenon of male and female differences in shopaholic teenagers' online purchasing decisions in Palembang. Explanatory research to explain the relationship between research variables, in this case, the influence of Lazada's website quality on online shopaholic teen purchasing decisions in Palembang. This type of research is survey research. The data collection technique is a survey by distributing questionnaires developed from previous research. The population is Teenagers who live in Palembang and have a shop online through the Lazada website. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 138 respondents. Regression analysis is used to test the effect of Lazada's website quality on online purchasing decisions. The results showed that the influence of website quality lazada on shopaholic teenagers' online purchasing decisions was 73.6%, while 26.4% of purchasing decision variables were influenced by other variables outside of this study, including government policy variables, advertising socialization, and so on.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove whether ease of use, perceived usefulness, and computer self-efficacy influence the interest in using e-SPT for micro-entrepreneurs in the city of Madiun. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. To test the hypothesis multiple regression analysis techniques are used. From the results of data processing through SPSS Version 22, namely through the t-test obtained a significant value for ease of use: 0.755, perceptions of use 0.000, and computer self-efficacy 0.038. Based on these results it can be said that the perception variables of use and computer self-efficacy influence the interest in using e-SPT in the City of Madiun, while the ease of use does not affect the interest in using e-SPT in the City of Madiun.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test empirically whether the size of the company influences the disclosure of intellectual capital. In this study variables, the size of the company is proxies by market capitalization, whereas the disclosure of intellectual capital is measured by the ICD Index which amounts to 25 items. The sample of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2017. This study uses a simple regression analysis and uses SPSS 22 tools. The results of this study are the size of the company influences the disclosure of intellectual capital.

Abstract

The physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. This can be seen from the calculation results for the first hypothesis Y = 24,813 + 0,244X1. A value of 0.244 indicates that the physical work environment has a positive influence on employee work productivity. The condition of the work environment owned by a company will affect the success or failure of a job that is shown from the ability of employees to complete the work to achieve company goals. The non-physical work environment calculation for the second hypothesis is Y = 24,813 - 0,037 X2. A b2 value of -0.037 indicates that the non-physical work environment has a negative influence on employee work productivity. It was concluded that the non-physical work environment is felt to be able to support employees in completing work, so employees will feel satisfied at work, and vice versa. The multiple linear regression equation obtained from the calculations for the third hypothesis is Y = 24,813 + 0,190 X3. A b3 value of 0.190 indicates that the non-physical work environment has a negative influence on employee work productivity. It was concluded that the non-physical work environment is felt to be able to support employees in completing work, so employees will feel satisfied at work, and vice versa.

Abstract

This research was made to identify the effect of Marketing Capability, Customer Engagement, Customer Perception toward Purchase Intention on Bihun Jagung “Padamu” Products in Surabaya. This research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 75 respondents who knew the corn vermicelli “Padamu” product. The analysis technique used in this study is quantitative with a non- probability sampling method that is purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that Marketing Capability, Customer Engagement, Customer Perception have a strong influence toward Purchase intention
