Jurnal Perspektif Manajerial dan Kewirausahaan (JPMK), e-ISSN 2747-0199 dan p-ISSN 2747-0180, is a research journal in Economics, Management, and Entrepreneurship published since 2020 by the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences, Universitas Dian Nusantara. This journal aims to disseminate research findings to academics, practitioners, students, and other interested parties in the field of management and entrepreneurship, including Financial Management, Marketing Management, Operational Management, Human Resource Management, Innovation Management, and Entrepreneurship, which are relevant to the professional development and practice of economic science. The editorial board welcomes manuscripts that have not been previously published by other media. The published research represents the personal opinions of the researchers and does not reflect the views of the editorial board. The journal is published biannually, with a publishing frequency in November and May, consisting of eight scientific articles. The selection of articles for publication in the JPMK undergoes a review process by the editorial team, considering the following criteria: compliance with standard journal publication requirements, research methodology employed, significance, and contribution of the research findings to the development of knowledge in Economics, Management, and Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to measure to examine how E-Word of Mouth moderates the effect of E- CRM and Customer Loyalty in the context of online shopping in Istanbul. A correlational study design was adopted in this study to collect data (survey) from(430) participants distributed by Facebook Empirical results reveal that there is a significant and positive impact of E-Word of Mouth on Social CRM and customer loyalty behavior. This study contributes to closing the empirical gap in e-CRM and customer engagement research by providing support for consumer perception of E-Word of Mouth as a significant factor triggering customer loyalty with the brand post. This study also supplies a guide that e-CRM with E-Word of Mouth leads to customer loyalty to the brand without others

Abstract

Penilaian prestasi kerja memiliki peran signifikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai di organisasi, termasuk di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penilaian prestasi kerja, yang dilakukan secara transparan dan adil, memengaruhi motivasi kerja pegawai. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa indikator kedisiplinan, kerja sama, dan tanggung jawab menjadi komponen utama dalam penilaian prestasi kerja. Implementasi sistem berbasis teknologi, seperti aplikasi SIMASTEN, membantu memastikan transparansi dan objektivitas dalam penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa apresiasi terhadap prestasi pegawai, baik dalam bentuk penghargaan maupun insentif, mampu meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dan motivasi kerja mereka. Penilaian yang efektif tidak hanya mendukung pencapaian individu tetapi juga berkontribusi pada kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan.
