This research is motivated by the demands of society for the Islamic banking industry to innovate and develop products and services in order to meet the needs and facilitate transactions. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of musha>rakah mutana>qis}ah financing products as a development of musha>rakah contracts. This study uses a field research methodology that is descriptive in nature. The research location is at the Bojonegoro Branch of the Indonesian Sharia Bank. This research was conducted using primary data sources obtained directly and secondary data sources obtained from other media such as books, journals and others. This study shows that the musha>rakah mutana>qis}ah contract has undergone restructuring, which should be intended for purchasing assets (houses, shop houses, motorcycles, cars and so on) but in its implementation, the object of musha>rakah mutana>qis}ah transactions between banks Indonesian sharia and customers are assets that are fully owned by customers, where previously the customer's assets were purchased in part by the bank to leave a portion of ownership (his}s}ah) of one rupiah for the customer. So here applies the shirkah amla>k ikhtiyari contract in the form of joint ownership of assets. Then the bank's portion is acquired by the customer by purchasing it in installments according to the agreement until it is paid off and the asset is fully owned by the customer again. This is hilah/engineering in the contract that aims to get the customer to get cash. Therefore, it is more appropriate if the financing is carried out using an 'inah sale and purchase agreement, in which the customer sells his assets to the bank in cash, then the customer buys them again from the bank in installments according to the agreement. The law of buying and selling 'inah is permissible according to Syafiiyah scholars.

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kejelasan sasaran dan transparansi realisasi anggarn terhadap ketepatan pengelolaan dana desa. Sampel penelitian yang digunaka sebanyak 17 desa dengan jumlah responden 85 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di seluruh kantor desa yang berada di kecamatan gondang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah kuisioner. Sedangkan untuk Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan alat analisis menggunakan program SPSS V22. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kejelasan sasaran anggaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan pengelolaan dana desa, transparansi realisasi anggaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan pengelolaan dana desa. Dalam hal ini bisa dilihat bahwa semakin jelas dan transparan dalam mengelolaan dana desa maka ketepatan pengelolaan dana desa semakin jelas dan tepat sasaran.

This study aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and the proportion of independent commissioners on profit volatility in companies carrying out Initial Public Offerings (IPO) during 2018 - 2020 with sales growth as a control variable. The research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are companies that carry out Initial Public Offerings (IPO) on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Based on the sample selection criteria, a sample of 152 companies was obtained. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, F test and T test. The results showed that institutional ownership and managerial ownership had no effect on earnings volatility. Meanwhile, the disclosure of the proportion of independent commissioners has an effect on earnings volatility.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh inovasi produk, harga dan promosi terhadap minat beli pada konsumen Fremilt di Kecamatan Jebres Surakarta. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi mengenai suatu masalah yang dialami oleh gerai Fremilt di Kecamatan Jebres Surakarta yaitu menurunnya minat beli oleh konsumen, berdasarkan pengamatan hal ini terjadi dikarenakan kurangnya promosi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan Fremilt. Kurangnya promosi ini juga mengakibatkan konsumen kurang mengetahui inovasi dari produk Fremilt. Promosi sangat penting dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk pengembangan usahanya. Pemahaman terhadap perilaku konsumen tidak lepas dari minat membeli, karena minat membeli merupakan salah satu tahap yang pada subyek sebelum mengambil keputusan untuk membeli. Data dan informasi diperoleh melalui transformasi data dari hasil jawaban yang diberikan oleh responden yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil analisis digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari inovasi produk, harga dan promosi terhadap minat beli. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Fremilt adalah pelopor minuman Thai Tea yang menyajikan minuman berkualitas sehingga dapat menarik minat konsumen untuk membeli secara terus menerus di tengah banyaknya persaingan produk minuman.

Leadership strategy has a significant role in the performance of organizations and social institutions. Leadership that is based on a good strategy and is supported by quality human resources has the potential to facilitate the achievement of goals and obtain more optimal performance results in an organization in accordance with the specified vision and mission. This research is motivated by the existence of an ideal institutional leadership, thereby creating employee performance discipline. This study aims to explain) to find out the strategy of the Lazisnu leadership in improving the performance of Lazisnu employees. The research method uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive analysis. The author attempts to conduct this research by using direct interviews with the leaders who are the primary data source for this research.

Dalam rangka pembinaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia untuk kesejahteraan, perlu diperhatikan dengan sungguh-sungguh karena kesejahteraan karyawan merupakan faktor yang menentukan dalam memacu semangat kerja serta produktivitas karyawan. Pengaruh kesejahteraan terhadap produktivitas kerja dan loyalitas karyawan pada perusahaan CV Rojokoyo Farm bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa adakah pengaruh hubungan yang signifikan antara kesejahteraan terhadap produktivitas dan loyalitas karyawan dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh Populasi penelitian ini yaitu karyawan dan top manajemen dan tim (TMT), yang berjumlah 58 orang. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan non-probability sampling, yaitu pendekatan pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberikan kesempatan yang sama bagi setiap detail atau anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel.

The purpose of conducting this research is to find out how the influence of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction of Gojek users in Solo City. This research is quantitative using a questionnaire. The sample taking technique in this study used the Leedy formula with a sample size of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The results of this study explain that service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Gojek users in Solo City, with a positive regression coefficient meaning that if the quality of service is getting better, then the consumer satisfaction of Gojek users in Solo City has also increased. This study also explains that price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Gojek users in Solo City, with a positive regression coefficient meaning that if prices are cheaper, then Gojek user consumer satisfaction in Solo City has also increased.

This study examines and analyzes the effect of E-Service Quality, Online Customer Reviews and Sales Promotion simultaneously and partially on repurchase intention in the Kopi Kenangan application. And knowing the most dominant variable in influencing repurchase intention. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. The sample selection criteria in this study were those aged 17 and over who had ordered coffee and consumed coffee on the Kopi Kenangan application more than once and were in the Greater Jakarta area. Questionnaires collected as many as 150 respondents, the data is then processed using multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of this analysis, it is known that the variables E-Service Quality, Online Customer Review and Sales Promotion simultaneously have a positive effect on repurchasing interest in the Kopi Kenangan application. Partially, the E-Service Quality, Online Customer Review and Sales Promotion variables have a positive effect on repurchasing interest in the Kopi Kenangan application. Then in the results of the analysis the variable Online Customer Review is the most dominant variable.

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze directly or indirectly the influence of financial literacy and financial self-efficacy on the financial behavior of Generation Z in the UIN North Sumatra campus environment. The approach used in this research is a causal approach. The subjects of this study were students of the Sharia Accounting course at the UIN North Sumatra campus. In this study, a questionnaire was used as a data collection technique. Data analysis techniques in this study used a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear analysis. In this study, the SPSS 22 program was used for data processing. The results showed that financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, financial self-efficacy had a negative and insignificant effect on financial behavior, and financial literacy and financial self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on financial behavior.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the relationship between the ratio of earnings per share and dividends per share on the company's stock price. The subjects used in this study are mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2022. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique, using certain criteria and obtained a sample of 5 companies. The data processing technique used in this study uses multiple regression analysis assisted by Microsoft Excel 2013 and the Eviws 12 application. The implications of this study indicate that the ratio of earnings per share has an effect but not significant on stock prices, while dividends per share have an effect and are significant on prices. shares and simultaneously these two variables have no effect on stock prices. The suggestion in this study is that it is necessary to increase the company's financial performance in order to increase the company's profits so that the company's price can also increase.
