Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in business development, driving innovation, strategic decision-making, and digital transformation. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis using Scopus data and VOSviewer to map the research landscape on AI applications in business. The analysis reveals that AI is closely linked to innovation, big data, machine learning, sustainability, and competition, highlighting its broad impact across industries. The co-authorship and country collaboration networks indicate that research is concentrated in technologically advanced regions, with limited representation from developing economies, suggesting the need for more inclusive global research efforts. The findings also identify a fragmented research landscape, where multiple disciplines study AI’s role in business from diverse perspectives, reinforcing the need for greater interdisciplinary collaboration. Future research should focus on bridging regional gaps, exploring AI’s long-term effects on business sustainability, and integrating ethical considerations into AI-driven strategies. This study provides valuable insights for academics, policymakers, and business leaders, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of how AI is shaping modern business practices.

Abstract

This study explores the determining factors for the success of digital financial inclusion in industrial estates in Indonesia, focusing on technological infrastructure, regulatory environment, financial literacy, and socio-economic characteristics. A quantitative approach was employed, using a sample of 86 respondents from various industrial estates across Indonesia. Data were collected through a structured survey with a Likert scale (1-5) and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that technological infrastructure, regulatory environment, and financial literacy are the strongest predictors of the success of digital financial inclusion, with socio-economic characteristics also playing a significant, though weaker, role. The regression model explained 69% of the variance in the success of digital financial inclusion. The study emphasizes the need for improved infrastructure, supportive government policies, and financial literacy programs to enhance the adoption and effectiveness of digital financial services. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, financial institutions, and business leaders seeking to foster greater financial inclusion in industrial estates.

Abstract

This study examines the role of accidental events in the creative business development of Indonesia, focusing on whether these incidents are merely coincidences or can be strategically leveraged. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 150 respondents across various creative industries, including fashion, digital media, and design, using a 5-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results reveal that entrepreneurs perceive accidental events as valuable opportunities for innovation, business growth, and gaining a competitive advantage. A significant positive correlation was found between the perception of accidents and innovation, as well as between strategic use of accidents and business growth and competitive advantage. The study highlights the importance of strategic adaptability in utilizing accidents as opportunities for fostering innovation and achieving business success. The findings provide insights into how accidental events can be harnessed to drive creative business development and strategic agility in a dynamic market environment.

Abstract

This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of intellectual capital research, exploring its evolution, key themes, and global collaboration patterns. Using Scopus as the primary data source and VOSviewer for visualization, the study identifies major research clusters, influential authors, and emerging trends in intellectual capital and competitive advantage. The findings highlight a shift from knowledge management and information systems toward sustainability, corporate governance, and financial performance. The study also underscores the increasing role of digital transformation in intellectual capital research, emphasizing the integration of intangible assets with technological advancements. Additionally, the analysis reveals significant regional collaborations, with Spain, the United States, the United Kingdom, and emerging Asian economies playing dominant roles. The study contributes to the literature by offering insights into the theoretical and practical implications of intellectual capital management and its strategic impact on long-term business success.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the impact of spatial planning, population density, and geographic location on income inequality in Indonesia, using a normative juridical approach. The study examines the legal frameworks and policies related to spatial planning, population management, and regional development, and how these contribute to or mitigate income disparities across the country. The findings indicate that while Indonesia has established various legal measures, such as the National Spatial Planning Act and Regional Autonomy Law, significant gaps in implementation persist, particularly in balancing urban and rural development. The study suggests that decentralization has led to uneven policy enforcement, with regions in strategic locations experiencing greater economic opportunities compared to remote and isolated areas. Furthermore, legal frameworks often fail to address regional disparities effectively due to insufficient coordination and enforcement. The paper concludes that targeted interventions, stronger enforcement mechanisms, and greater alignment between central and local government policies are crucial for reducing income inequality in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of government subsidies, infrastructure development, and fiscal decentralization on poverty reduction in rural Indonesia through a normative juridical analysis. The analysis highlights the role of legal frameworks in shaping these interventions and identifies the strengths and weaknesses of existing policies. Government subsidies, such as the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) and Raskin, have proven beneficial in providing direct financial support to vulnerable populations, but face challenges related to targeting, distribution, and corruption. Infrastructure development has improved access to markets and essential services, yet legal barriers such as land acquisition disputes and funding limitations hinder its full potential. Fiscal decentralization, while empowering local governments, suffers from revenue disparities and weak local governance structures that undermine its effectiveness. The study concludes that legal and institutional reforms are necessary to enhance the efficiency and reach of these poverty reduction measures, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated to rural areas in need.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of sustainable social entrepreneurship on economic inclusivity in rural areas of Indonesia, using a quantitative analysis with 125 respondents and data processed through Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that sustainable social entrepreneurship significantly influences economic inclusivity through key factors, including access to resources, equitable opportunities, participation in economic activities, and income distribution. The model explains 68% of the variance in economic inclusivity, indicating strong predictive power. These results emphasize the transformative potential of social entrepreneurship in addressing socio-economic disparities and fostering equitable growth in rural Indonesia. The study contributes to the theoretical understanding of inclusive development and provides actionable insights for policymakers and practitioners aiming to promote sustainable rural economies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Zahra Computer Course and Training Institute's Entrepreneurial Skills Education training program on improving and developing the quality of human resources of trainees in West Lombok Regency in 2024. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were Entrepreneurial Skills Education (PKW) trainees in 2021-2024 and a sample of 20 entrepreneurial skills education (PKW) trainees in 2024 was taken. The research instrument used a questionnaire which was then analyzed using the chi-square test. The results of this study indicate that the significance value (0.000 < 0,50 so that the hypothesis is accepted. So the entrepreneurial skills education training program is very effective and influental in improving and developing the quality of human resources of trainees in West Lombok district in 2024.

Abstract

Jember Regency, East Java, with an area of ​​around 3,306.69 km², is famous not only for its agricultural and tourism sectors, but also as a center for typical regional souvenirs such as suwar-suwir, prol tape, edamame, Jember coffee, and typical Jember chocolate. The existence of various souvenir shops on the main route, city center and tourist locations contributes to the tourism industry and strengthens Jember's identity as a producer of local products that are sought after by tourists. This research aims to find out whether the use of social media Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok has a significant impact on increasing UD sales. Purma Jati Jember souvenir center. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative convirmatory approach. The population of this research is customers from UD. Purnama Jati and followers of UD's social media accounts. Purnama Jati who follows social media Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok. The sampling method used purposive sampling, the sample was 105 respondents. The results of this research are that marketing strategies via WhatsApp have proven to be effective with an effectiveness level of 84%, Instagram at 85%, Facebook at 77% and Tiktok at 86%. The results of the effectiveness level of social media Whatsapp, Instagram and Tiktok can be said to be "Very Good" and social media Facebook can be said to be "Good".

Abstract

The integration of machine learning (ML) in financial planning offers transformative potential for young entrepreneurs navigating the dynamic digital economy in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach, analyzing data from interviews with five informants, including entrepreneurs, financial advisors, and technology experts, to explore the benefits, challenges, and contextual factors influencing ML adoption. The findings highlight that ML enhances decision-making, improves efficiency, and provides personalized recommendations for financial planning. However, challenges such as limited technical expertise, high costs, cultural resistance, and the digital divide hinder widespread adoption. The study concludes that a multi-stakeholder approach involving government support, education, and infrastructure development is essential to bridge gaps and enable young entrepreneurs to leverage ML effectively. These insights contribute to understanding the interplay between technology and entrepreneurship, offering actionable recommendations for policymakers and practitioners.
