Abstract

The Sufism value approach emphasizes the importance of honesty, integrity, responsibility and cooperation in business. These values ??teach that everyone is responsible for their actions and respects the interests of others. In this case, Sufism values ??can help prevent fraud by encouraging people to behave honestly and responsibly in all situations. In fraud prevention, Sufism values ??can be implemented in various ways. For example, a company can develop a code of ethics based on Islamic moral principles and teach it to its employees. Companies can also implement training programs emphasizing honesty, integrity and responsibility in business. In addition, the value approach of Sufism can help build better relationships between companies and clients because these values ??encourage companies to act fairly and responsibly towards the interests of their clients. This can help prevent fraud committed by parties in a business relationship. In conclusion, the tasawuf value approach can effectively prevent fraud in the business and financial world. By implementing Islamic moral and ethical values, companies can build a work culture of integrity, honesty and responsibility and improve client relationships.

Abstract

The more serious problems of contemporary da'wah today align with the continued development of increasingly complex social human life, one of which is the challenge of cultural poverty. Implementing the da'wah function at least motivates the da'wah target always to try to avoid poverty. The purpose of this research is to find solutions to the problems of contemporary da'wah in terms of facing the challenges of cultural poverty experienced by people who are passive in trying, including those who face fatalistic thoughts about sustenance that has been arranged by Allah SWT so that there is no need to try to find food. The research method used is qualitative research with a library research approach. The study results show that contemporary da'wah's problems have faced various challenges and difficulties, both internally and externally. The challenge of cultural poverty finds at least four classifications of discussion: forms of cultural deprivation, the impact of cultural lack, the causes of poverty, poverty, and its alleviation strategies. Furthermore, the function of da'wah in overcoming cultural poverty will only be optimally achieved if the community realizes the importance of effort and hard work, including increasing the application of social care among fellow believers, which is very much needed in social life.

Abstract

The soul does have its magnetic power, so discussions about the soul will continue as long as humans live. If abstract, it cannot be seen or felt but is believed to exist. Debates between scientists are commonplace about whether the soul exists or whether the soul is just a discussion of humans who cannot discuss what is experienced. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative research does not carry out calculations in carrying out epistemological justification. Hasan Hanafi in this includes the soul in the formulation of theology. In Hasan Hanafi's theology, Hanafi tries to reconstruct theology by reinterpreting classical theological themes in a metaphorical-analogical way. Below are explained three important Hanafi thoughts related to the themes of kalam; the substance of God, the attributes of God and the Problem of Monotheism

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the portrait of Indonesian agriculture, especially in the development of secondary crops. The method used is a literature study and interviews with agricultural experts in Indonesia. The results of the analysis show that palawija plants have the potential to be further developed in Indonesia. However, the challenges faced in developing palawija crops in Indonesia are climate change which affects rainfall and seasonal patterns, limited land available for cultivation, and low productivity. One solution that can be taken is to develop palawija varieties that are more resistant to climate change and more productive. In addition, the use of modern technology such as drip irrigation, the proper use of fertilizers and pesticides, and good land management can increase the productivity of crops. The conclusion from this analysis is that the development of palawija crops in Indonesia still has great potential, but must be accompanied by efforts to develop technology and good management to increase productivity and overcome the challenges faced.
