The development of public relations in Indonesia began in 1950 and is increasingly known as PR or public relations. The development of Public Relations in Indonesia moved to accompany the political and state conditions at that time. The Indonesian government realizes that the public needs to be aware of developments that have occurred since the recognition of Indonesian sovereignty by the Dutch kingdom. Starting from this thought, public relations activities began to be institutionalized under the name of public relations because the activities carried out were mostly for outside the organization. Up to now, Public Relations has been used by local governments, state-owned enterprises, the central government or what is more commonly known as “Humas”.

Media is a tool for conveying messages to the general public, then the field of public relations does not escape the name of the media because public relations needs the media to publish information about companies or organizations. In the process of performance, the Salimpaung Health Center certainly needs to convey information to its audience about whether it is necessary to receive programs, services, and so on. This does not include media information for such programs and information. This study aims to analyze the role of public relations on Instagram social media as a publication to improve community services at the Salimpaung District Health Center. The research method in this study is qualitative, with descriptive research using case studies. Data collection techniques in this study by conducting interviews with Deep, seeing the results of posts from the Salimpaung Health Center related to the activities and role of the health center as community services. The role of public relations is the role of expert advisor, the role of communication facilitator, the role of facilitator of problem-solving processes, and the role of communication technician. Public Relations are categorized as less active in using Instagram as a means of publication at the Salimpaung Health Center, through the results of research related to the salimpaung health center public relations.

Radio is a public media that conveys the content of its message in the form of information, entertainment, news, and education by audio. In broadcasting, the Radio should have a program that suits the tastes of listeners, has excellent programs, and broadcasters who have their own privileges in communicating with their listeners, as is the case with this Fuad FM radio with some of its program programs that adjust the tastes of its listeners, besides that it does not forget to make its flagship show programs. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze radio broadcast programs in general. The motto used is a qualitative research method. The results obtained from this study show an in-depth analysis of the ins and outs of radio broadcasting, starting from the programs, strategies for creating programs, factors, and others. So, a broadcast program is everything that a broadcasting station displays in the form of sound, image, or sound and image or in the form of graphics, and characters, whether interactive or not, that can be received through a broadcast receiving device to meet the needs of its audience.

The main problem in this study is how to Determine Child Adoption in the Judicial Environment in the Religious Court and the Batusangkar District Court. The problem studied is about the factors and allusions of child adoption between Indonesian citizens who are Muslims and the positive and negative impacts of child adoption at the Religious Court and the Batusangkar District Court. The purpose of this study is to explain the factors affecting the adoption of children in the Religious Court and the Batusangkar District Court and explain the positive and negative impacts of the adoption of the child. Based on the research conducted by the author, the author concludes that the factors that influence the adoption of children both in the Religious Court and in the Batusangkar District Court include helping the education and future of the adopted child, because the adoptive parents do not have children, as one of the ways or solutions for husband and wife who have been married for a long time but have not been blessed with children, to help his underprivileged brother, in addition,/income allowance.

The purpose of this study is to find the values conveyed in the film of Bumi Manusia regarding the social values of the Javanese people and to find out the cultural values conveyed in the film of Bumi Manusia regarding Javanese society. This research is included in qualitative research. The type of research that researchers use is research (documentary research). The data collection technique carried out is to identify several images and dialogues contained in shots and scenes which depict the social and cultural values of the Javanese people. By using descriptive methods and content analysis methods, namely analyzing scenes, and character dialogues based on social and cultural values. The results of this study are expected to be able to answer research questions about social and cultural values in a film and later can be scientifically accounted for and provide advice to young filmmakers in their work.

Today, various problems are being faced by the younger generation of Indonesia. The increasingly advanced and modern times have triggered a crisis of Noble Characters. One of the causes of the current Noble Characters crisis is that humans have paid less attention to religious teachings, especially among young people who are synonymous with promiscuity. The currents of globalization have given birth to new patterns of association that tend to undermine the morals of the younger generation. This is marked by the proliferation of western life patterns in Indonesia. As well as triggering selfishness, selfishness, and the fading of the value of manners in humans, and youth, in particular, Da'wah is a forum as well as the most important sector in the formation of Islamic youth as agents of the change in the spread of Islam. In proselytizing, there is a process of organizing activities or efforts that are carried out consciously and deliberately in an effort to improve the standard and value system of human life based on the provisions of Allah and Rasulullah 'Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam. In other words, Islamic proselytizing aims to invite the human ummah with wisdom (wisdom) to follow the instructions of Allah and Rasulullah. This effort can be made by the coach either directly or indirectly directly if the coaching efforts are carried out by the coach to the party fostered in the activity indirectly if the problem-solving efforts are carried out by the coach through other parties.

Starting from the issue of facing the Qibla when defecating, where there are two different hadith editors in their views on the subject. There are hadiths that allow defecation by facing the Qibla, but there are also hadiths that notaben forbid it in one book at a time (kitab al-Bukh?r?). Judging from the two hadiths, it clearly seems to be contradictory regarding facing the Qibla when defecating. With this the author is interested in conducting research with the formulation of the problem. 1. How to understand the hadith about the prohibition and acquisition of defecation facing the Qibla. 2. How to resolve the meaning of the hadith that contradictions between prohibition and the ability to face the qibla when defecating. The study that the author will conduct in this study is to solve two conflicting hadiths using the study of Mukhtalif al-? adith science. The method used by the author is the qualitative method or (library resarch), with reference to the book of hadith, namely: ?a?i? al-Bukh?r? as well as applying the mukhtalif study of ?ad?th in completing two contradictory hadiths about the prohibition and ability to face the Qibla when defecating. Based on the results of research on the hadith contradiction about facing the Qibla when defecating, in resolving the contradiction, namely by compromising (al-jam'u). In a sense, it is not allowed to face the Qibla when defecating if it is done in the open or field. And it is allowed if it is in a building. So the two hadiths are both used, without having to delete or silence one of them.

God gives man many favors, but man often abuses those pleasures on negative things, even to the point of forgetting God's commands in His shari'a. Often, we see people who disobey and ignore God's commands actually given smooth enjoyment and sustenance. They did not realize that the God-given favor was His wrath. This is what is called istidraj. This study aims to find out al-Razi’s interpretation of istidraj verses and al-Razi's interpretation analysis of istidraj verses in mafatih al-Ghaib's interpretation. Knowledge about istidraj is very important so that we as Muslims do not fall into istidraj behavior and can avoid things that lead to this behavior.

The understanding of male leadership (husband) in the household according to the Qur'an in Surah an-Nis?' verse 34 both classical and contemporary mufassirs have different opinions. The existence of a long time span from the time of the Prophet Muhammad as the initial mubayyin of the Qur'an to the present must have changed. Because it has implications for changes in socio-cultural conditions. This research is a descriptive-analytical-comparative qualitative research. Library Research is a research study in which the materials or data used come from the library in the form of books, encyclopedias, journals, documents, magazines and so on. From the analysis of the data collected through the methods used, this study answers that leadership in al-Qur'an letter al-Nis?' verse 34, al-R?z? interprets it with power, while according to Muhammad Abduh the leadership is interpreted in responsibility. In the sense that if a man is able to be responsible in fulfilling the rights of a wife then it is appropriate that the leadership is in his hands

The study of hadith after that experienced a stagnation of almost a century and a half. However, along with the times, gradually the study of hadith gained attention again in the last half of the 19th century, until the beginning of the 20th century, with the inclusion of hadith studies in the curriculum of pesantren-pesantren and madrasah. In this century one of the scholars of Idonesian hadith, Shaykh Nawawi al-Bantani, wrote the book of Tanqih al-Qawul al-Hadith fi Shar? Lubab al-Hadith, this book which later became a reference in several Traditional Islamic Boarding Schools that implemented the yellow book recitation system in the archipelago. In addition, it is also used as material for book studies in the recitation of books in certain mosques. However, in-depth study of this book is still lacking, including the study of the sharah method used. Based on this fact, the author in this paper discusses the Methodology of the Nawawi al-Bantani Hadith Syarh in the Book of Tanqih al-Qawul al-Hadith fi Sharh Lubab al-Hadith. The Book of Tanqi? al-Qawul al-Hathith is an explanatory or sharah of the previous scholarly hadith book Lubab al-Hadith written by Imam al-Suyuti. The Book of Tanqi? al-Qawul al-Hathith contains approximately 40 chapters of hadith related to various religious studies in the form of akidah, shari'a, muamalah. From the reading of each chapter consists of 10 hadiths. As for the systematics of the book of Tanq?? al-Qawul al-Hathith, it can be inferred through its dominance, namely globally or using the ijm?l? method
