Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi dan sistem pengendalian internal terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemerintah daerah Kota Bogor. Sample penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan metode sampling insidental yang diperoleh dari kepala sub bagian keuangan, bendahara dan staf bagian keuangan, maka di dapat responden 48 orang responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan langsung kuidioner kepada responden yang bersangkutan. Teknik analisi data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, uji t, dan uji f, dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1)Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan, (2) Sistem Pengendalian Internal (SPI) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan,. Abstract

Sistem informasi akuntansi merupakan salah satu sarana untuk manejemen dalam melakukan pengendalian internal yang berkaitan dengan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas agar pelaksanaannya dapat berjalan sesuai dengan rencana dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas merupakan hal yang penting karena merupakan suatu kegiatan yang saling berkesinambungan. Dimana penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas yang terjadi nantinya akan dijadikan sebuah laporan keuangan untuk diberikan kepada direktur agar divalidasi dan diotorisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas, mengetahui pengendalian internal kas, dan untuk mengetahui sitem informasi Akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kan terhadap pengendalian internal kas. Metode yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan objek penelitian berdasarkan fakta dan data yang ada di subjek penelitian kemudian di Tarik menjadi suatu kesimpulan Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas di PT. Embrio Biotekindo masih belum memadai karena sistem yang digunakan perusahaan tidak berkesinambungan antara penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas. Pengendalian internal kas di PT. Embrio Biotekindo mempunyai tujuan untuk memberikan informasi yang akurat agar dapat berguna bagi perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan. Dengan dibantu komponen yang mencangkup pengerndalian internal kas seperti lingkungan pengendalian, manajemen resiko, aktivitas pengendalian, informasi dan komunikasi, serta pemantauan. Sistem informasi Akuntansi penerimaan kas dan pengeluaran kas terhadap pengendalian internal kas di PT Embrio Biotekindo dapat meningkatkan pengendalian internal kas karena segala transaksi atas penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas dapat terdata pada sistem. Namun, untuk pelaporan keuangan perusahaan masih menggunakan penginputan manual menggunakan excel. Kata Kunci : Penerimaan Kas, Pengeluaran Kas, Pengendalian Internal

Abstract

In this fast-paced era, the need for precise, fast, and accurate information is something that must be done. Effectiveness and efficiency should be carried out according to needs so that the information can be relevant to its users. Thus, the registration information system, which has been manual in agencies or organizations, can be changed to online with accurate and timely data. Likewise, the Tamansari Religious Affairs Office in Bogor Regency. The current marriage registration system at the Tamansari Bogor Regency Office of Religious Affairs is no longer in line with the current development. The current system does not use computers as data processing tools, the results are still not well structured. Especially for processing the data of the prospective bride and groom. In this system, what is processed is registration data, bridal data, guardian data, witness data, admin data, and other data. The problem that occurs at this time is that the processed data feels slow, the resulting report has to pass data collection several times. In the information system to fulfill this final project, we will explain how to design and build a web-based marriage registration information system. The tools used in designing this system are MySQL, Entity Relational Diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams, while for data collection using observation, interviews, and literature study. Meanwhile, database application development tools use MySQL and the programming language uses PHP. From this application, the benefits of data processing of brides, guardians, witnesses, etc. will be automatically obtained. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality Mobile Banking BCA towards E-commerce customer satisfaction specifically Shopee customers in Bogor. There were several previous researches had been done with different periods, samples, and methods with the various results so it is necessary to do further research. Additionally, the researcher also has interest to do further research since E-commerce business has been rapidly growing and how it is impacted the products of banking sector which is Mobile Banking BCA. This research consists of four independent variable taken out from service quality dimensions which are efficiency, fulfillment, reliability and privacy and one dependent variable which is e-commerce customer satisfaction. Primary data were collected by using questionnaire from costumers shopee in Bogor. At the first, the researcher uses validity and reliability test for questionnaire. Furthermore, the researcher tested the classical assumptions using the multiple linear regression with the margin of error 5 %. Last the researcher tests the hypothesis using t-test, f-test and coefficient of determination. The result indicates that reliability has no partial significant influence toward e-commerce customer satisfaction while efficiency, fulfillment and privacy have partially significant influence toward e-commerce customer satisfaction. Moreover, those four independent variables have simultaneously significant to the dependent variable which is 77,3%. Abstract

This research aims (1) to know how much influence the dimension of quality of use to website quality on the website blibli.com. (2) To find out how big the quality dimension of information on website quality is influenced on the website blibli.com. (3) To find out how much interaction service dimensions affect website quality on the website blibli.com. (4) To find out how much the website's quality affects the repurchase decision on the website blibli.com. (5) To know how much quality of logistic service is affected on the repurchase decision on the website blibli.com. (6) to find out how influential the quality of the use dimension is to repurchase decisions through website quality on the website blibli.com. (7) To find out how large the dimension of quality information is influenced by the website's quality of re-purchase decisions on the website blibli.com. (8) To find out how much interaction service dimensions affect the re-purchase decision through the quality of the website on the website blibli.com. This research uses variable independent (quality of use, quality of information, interaction services, Website quality and quality of logistics suits), variable dependent (Website quality and repurchase decision) variable intervening (Website quality). The number of respondents in this study amounted to 400 respondents which were taken from the average of transactions occurring monthly in the warehouse of Blibli.com in Bogor Regency. The research Data is processed using SPSS and Lisrel 8.80 tools. The results of the research (1) Quality of use have a positive and significant effect on Website quality based on the T value value of 3.12. (2) Quality of information provides a positive and significant effect on the quality of the Website based on the T value value of 4.44. (3) The interaction service provides a positive and significant effect on the quality of the Website based on the T value value of 30.46. In models 1.2 and the remaining 3 0.01 are influenced by factors that are not researched. (4) The quality of the Website provides a positive and significant effect on the repurchase decision based on the T value value of 5.50. (5) The quality of logistic services provides a positive and significant effect on the repurchase decision based on the T Value value of 2.01. On models 4 and 5 The remaining 0.19 are influenced by a factor that is not in meticulous. (6) The quality of use provides a positive and significant effect on the re-purchase decision through the quality of the website based on the T-value of the Sobel test of 4.2. (7) Quality of information provides a positive and significant effect on the repurchase decision through Website quality. Based on the T-value of the Sobel test of 4.8. (8) The interaction service provides a positive and significant effect on the repurchase decision through the Website quality with the based on T value of the Sobel test of 10.2. On models 7, 8 and 9 the remaining 0.20 are influenced from the factors that were not researched. Keywords: quality of Website services, quality of logistics services and repurchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Electronic Media Advertising and Sales Promotion have a partial and simultaneous effect on the Interest of Repetitive Transactions. The population in this study is the community who have used the application D A N A with a total sample of 110 people. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression to determine the effect of Electronic Media Advertising, and Sales Promotion on the Interest of Repetitive Transactions. Data testing was performed using SPSS 20. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Electronic Media Advertising partially affects the Interest of Repetitive Transactions with the value of t arithmetic greater than t table (5,024> 1.65). (2) Sales promotion partially influences the Interest of Repetitive Transactions with t value greater than t table (3.478> 1.65). (3) Electronic Media Advertising and Sales Promotion partially have no effect on Repetitive Transaction Interest. (5) The two independent variables (Effect of Electronic Media Advertising and Sales Promotion) are able to explain variations in the dependent variable (Interest in Repeated Transactions) by 32.8%, while 67.2% Repurchase Interest is influenced by other independent variables. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemudahan bertransaksi menggunakan fitur Go-Pay dilihat dari aspek kualitas layanan, harga, persepsi manfaat serta persepsi masyarakat dengan kehadirannya Go-Pay sebagai layanan transaksi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner pada 50 penggunaan fitur Go-pay dalam bertransaksi khususnya pada kaum millenial di IBIK Bogor. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah data dari penjelasan kata verbal tidak dapat dianalisis dalam bentuk bilangan atau angka. Dalam penelitian, data kualitatif berupa gambaran mengenai objek penelitian. Data kualitatif memberikan dan menujukkan kualitas objek penelitian yang dilakukan. Penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk menjelaskan fenomena yang terjadi di masyarakat secara mendalam dengan mengumpulkan data secara lengkap. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam riset ini kelengkapan dan kedalaman data yang di teliti merupakan sesuatu yang sangat penting. Dalam penelitian ini data kualitatif yang digunakan berupa deskripsi pada kaum millenial di IBIK Bogor Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, data primer adalah data yang diperoleh peneliti secara langsung dari narasumber yang diperoleh dengan wawancara dan observasi. Data ini bersumber dari kaum millenial di IBI Kesatuan Bogor.

Abstract

The use of accounting software in a company plays an important role in obtaining financial information because the use of appropriate accounting software can help time effectiveness in managing data and minimizing errors so that companies can make decisions appropriately and quickly from the financial information obtained. The research object is PT. Indomaret Bogor Branch 2, is a retail company that sells products such as food and daily equipment as well as serving transaction services such as ticket payments, electricity and water bills as well as serving online transaction payments which are located at Jl Raya Bogor Km 46.7 Kel. Nanggewer Mekar Kec. Cibinong, Bogor Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out how the use of spreadsheet software for the accuracy of sales records and financial reports at PT.Indomaret Bogor Branch 2 and to find out how to implement the use of accurate accounting software at PT. Indomaret Bogor Branch 2. Data obtained through interviews and observations. The results showed that the use of spreadsheet accounting software at PT.Indomaret Bogor 2 branch had quite a lot of shortcomings. Transactions that are inputted are only sales and are quite risky for human error in data entry. The resulting financial statements are manual using Microsoft Excel including recording in cash & bank transactions. The implementation of the use of aaccounting software accurate runs well, data input is faster and integrated starting from the purchase, sale, fixed assets, cash & bank modules and the resulting financial reports, human errors can be minimized. The quality of the information generated can be better and updated. Abstract

Salah satu penyebab terjadinya kerugian pada perusahaan adalah kesalahan manajemen dalam mengambil keputusan karena informasi yang kurang baik dan tidak akurat. Dalam operasional pembelian pada perusahaan yang besar dan memiliki berbagai cabang tentu akan riskan terjadinya kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Cabang Giant Yasmin Bogor. Pengendalian internal pembelian diperlukan untuk menjaga aset perusahaan. Dalam hal ini, sistem informasi akuntansi tentunya menjadi peranan penting bagi suatu perusahaan untuk efektifitas pengendalian kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Cabang Giant Yasmin Bogor menunjukan bahwa pengendalian internal dalam perusahaan sudah cukup baik, Meskipun dari hasil penelitian penulis menemukan kelemahan terkait pengendalian internal yaitu tidak adanya bagian khusus pembelian pada cabang Giant. Sedangkan Sistem informasi akuntansi pembelian yang diterapkan sudah dilakukan dengan baik dan terkomputerisasi sesuai dengan standar operasional yang ada. Abstract

Economic growth in this modern age makes business competition tighter. Banking becomes one of the services industry that supports economic growth in Indonesia. The banking industry is also one of the donations of national donations and serves as an institution to accommodate the funds of the public funds, it can also be relulated in productive economic activities. Thus, the benchmark of success of a bank, one of which depends on the number of customers. The more customers are interested, the more funds are immediately and reconclab by achievement maximum profitability. The purpose of this study is (1) to know and analyze the influence of information technology on customer satisfaction, (2) to know and analyze the effect of service quality to customer satisfaction, (3) to know and analyze the influence of information technology and service quality together with customer satisfaction of the number of respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents taken from the community of Bogor City. Research data is processed using SPSS. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri with the value of regression coefficient by 0.453 and has a significant value of 0.000. (2) The quality of service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri with the value of regression coefficient by 0.443 and has a significant value of 0.000. (3) Information technology and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri with a value of F Count of 47,650 and larger than the F table of 2.70 and has a significance value of 0.000.
