Abstract

Penerapan sistem informasi pada suatu bisnis secara umum dapat meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing (competitive advantage) dengan cara memberikan nilai tambah pada produk dan jasa yang dihasilkannya. Penerapan sistem informasi memerlukan input berupa data dan yang kemudian akan diproses menjadi informasi. Informasi ini nantinya diperlukan perusahaan untuk membantu operasionalnya dan juga dalam pengambilan keputusan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran secara menyeluruh mengenai pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penjualan Dan Pengeluaran Kas dalam meningkatkan Pengendalian Internal. Penulis dalam melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan penelitian deskriptif, dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian deskriptif karena pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel dengan prosedur pengumpulan data penelitian kuisioner (angket) yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang jelas mengenai penelitian. Dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kepustakaan, lapangan dan kuisioner. Melalui penelitian yang dilakukan penulis, maka didapat hasil antara lain: hasil perhitungan antara variabel independent yaitu Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penjualan dan Pengeluaran Kas serta variabel dependent yaitu Pengendalian Intenal. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis didalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dan pengeluaran kas berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pengendalian internal. Abstract

Computerized accounting system is an accounting system where the computer as information technology is useful to run applications used in processing accounting transactions and at the same time to generate financial statements in a company. With the computerized system in the company's operational activities, especially in the recording of financial statements can facilitate and help the computer user complete his activity report effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this discussion is to find out how to use computerized accounting system in PT. Mainstay Fluid system as well as in running using the system whether there are perceived obstacles, especially in the financial part.The results of the discussion showed that the computerized accounting system used by PT. Fluid System's mainstay is to use microsoft office excel in helping to make the company's financial statements. Keywords : Computerized Accounting System, Microsoft Office Excel.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia yang semakin global yang kemudian didukung dengan kemajuan teknologi membuat setiap bidang otomatis mengalami perkembangan yang sama. Namun, salah satu industri yang saat ini berkembang dengan pesat adalah industri manufaktur. Dalam perkembangan industri ini, tentu saja adanya penggunaan alat menjadi salah satu komponen penting. Karena dengan adanya alat yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan atau bahkan mampu digunakan untuk menghasilkan barang dengan lebih cepat akan sangat menguntungkan. Salah satu alat yang tidak asing lagi dalam produksi bidang manufaktur sendiri adalah CNC Drawing Machine . Abstract

Blended learning atau pembelajaran campuran dalam 2 tahun terakhir telah menjadi budaya baru dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Sejak adanya pandemi, dunia pendidikan didorong secara masif untuk berevolusi dalam hal penyelenggaraan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Pola pembelajaran tidak lagi terpusat pada pertemuan tatap muka, dan media pendidikan pun menjadi sangat beragam. Penyelenggaraan pendidikan di daerah dengan infrastruktur jaringan yang terbatas perlu menjadi perhatian. Penerapan teknologi yang tepat guna dan efisien harus dilakukan guna mengakomodasi perubahan pada pola pendidikan hari ini, sehingga siswa tidak tertinggal dalam hal penguasaan teknologi. Dengan adanya penerapan E-Learning Menggunakan Moodle Box, diharapkan lembaga-lembaga pendidikan di daerah terbatas infrastruktur dapat merasakan pengalaman dalam pembelajaran campuran. Studi kasus dalam implementasi E-Learning secara intranet dapat menjadikan contoh dalam pembelajaran di wilayah yang terbatas jaringan internet dan infrastruktur serta biaya yang terjangkau dalam pembangunannya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid internet users. This is due to the increasing needs of the community. One of the people's needs for internet users is the need for bank facilities that can facilitate people in transacting. With good quality bank facilities can affect customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of the Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Baranangsiang Branch, Bogor City. (2) The influence of Mobile Banking on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Baranangsiang Branch, Bogor City. (3) The effect of Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) and Mobile Banking services on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Baranangsiang Branch, Bogor City. The purpose of this research is to examine the significant effect of Automatic Teller Machine and Mobile Banking on Customer Satisfaction at Bank BRI Baranangsiang Branch, Bogor City, partially (individually) or simultaneously (together). The result of this study shows that partially Mobile Banking had positive and significant effect on customer statisfaction. Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) have a positive and significant effect on customer statisfaction. And simultaneously Mobile Banking and Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) have a positive and significant effect on customer statisfaction.The number of respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data in this study were collected using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. This study used a quantitative approach. Sampling by simple random sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis method by fulfilling the classical assumption test. Abstract

Mobile banking and Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) services are facilities that the banking industry in Indonesia continues to improve to make it easier for customers to transact so that customer satisfaction can be achieved. In the current era of digital banking, all banks in Indonesia continue to compete to provide the best digital services. This study aims to determine the effect of mobile banking and ATM (Automatic Teller Machine) at Bank Central Asia and to find out Bank Central Asia has a significant role in customer satisfaction of Bank Central Asia. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach. The sample used is the customers of Bank Central Asia Bogor City as many as 100 respondents. The results of the research conducted indicate that mobile banking and ATM (Automatic Teller Machine) have an effect on customer satisfaction. The significant level of mobile banking is obtained by the Sig value of 0.001. The Sig value is smaller than 0.001 (0.001 < 0.05) with a percentage of 0.330 or 33%. And compare the value of t count > t table (3,061 > 1,984). The significant level of ATM (Automatic Teller Machine) is 0.015. The Sig value is smaller than 0.015 (0.000 < 0.05) with a percentage of 0.524 or 52.4%. And with t count of 5.712. So that t count > t table (5.712 > 1.984). Mobile banking and ATM (Automatic Teller Machine) services together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, namely, Ftable at the 5% confidence level (a = 0.05) with a significant value of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05), and the F value table of 3.09 Fcount of 87.765. So that Fcount > Ftable (87.765 > 3.09). Keywords: Mobile Banking, Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Currently, Indonesia is experiencing a national disaster in the form of the Covid-19 which is a virus with a very fast transmission rate.pandemic Covid-19 is allegedly not only attacking health but also affecting the global economy. In the end, many people use digital transactions such as Mobile banking during this pandemic. Mobile Bankingaservice provided by banks to facilitate their customers in transacting anywhere and anytime. Mobile banking useful for customers in carrying out government policies of stay at home and physical distancing to break the chain of virus spread during the covid 19 This study aims to determine the effect of Stay at home (X1) and Physical distancing (X2) on interest in using Mobile banking (Y) during the Covid-19. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, this is an analysis that describes the form of influence between one or more variables with other variables. The type of data used in this study is a secondary data source that was processed from 100 respondents from customers of Bank Central Asia Tbk Bogor Main Branch Office. Based on the results of data processing, there is a significant positive effect between stay at home on interest in using Mobile banking services at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Bogor Main Office, there is a significant positive effect between physical distancing on interest in using Mobile banking services at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Bogor main office. There is a joint influence of stay at home and physical distancing on the Interest in Using Mobile banking Services PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Bogor Main Office. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price Perseption and Advertising on Purchase Decisions Case study on Xiaomi Mobile Phones in the City of Bogor. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 100 respondents taken from users Xiaomi Mobile Phones. The tool used to collect data is a questionnaire and the data in this study were processed using statistical package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of the analysis show that (1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count of 4,252, which is greater than t-table 1.66 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) Price Perseption has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count of 4,832, which is greater than t-table 1.66 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) Advertising has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count of 3,362, which is greater than t-table 1.66 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. (4) Product Quality, Price Perseption and Advertising together have a positive and significant relationship to Purchase Decisions with an f-count of 37,108, which is greater than f-table 2.70 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Abstract

Economic growth is an important indicator of the success of national development. In terms of national economic growth, small and medium industries (IKM), which are also part of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), are considered capable of playing an important role in driving economic growth. The use of social media is spreading faster than ever before. One of the goals of social media is in the application of marketing communications. To advance the products of Small and Medium Industries in the City of Bogor, of course, cannot be separated from the role of more attractive and dynamic marketing communications.The research objectives are: 1) To find out the marketing communication strategy for small and medium industrial products through Instagram social media at the Bogor City Trade and Industry Service; 2) To find out the obstacles in implementing the marketing communication strategy for small and medium industry products through Instagram social media at the Bogor City Trade and Industry Service; 3) To find out efforts to deal with obstacles in implementing marketing communication strategies for small and medium industrial products through Instagram social media at the Bogor City Trade and Industry Service.The results of the study show that: 1) Social Media, Instagram is very well managed by the Department of Trade and Industry in providing information and interesting content from Small and Medium Industry products in the city of Bogor; 2) The obstacle faced is the difficulty of increasing insight to reach Instagram users outside of the Instagram account followers of the Bogor City Trade and Industry Service; 3) As for efforts to deal with obstacles, namely trying to publish content related to Small and Medium Industry products more often and to be accurate in providing information related to these IKM products.Keywords: Marketing Communication, Social Media Instagram, IKM

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Perception of Ease of Use, Perception of Risk, and Perception of Trust have an effect on Mobile Banking Users. The population used in this study is Bank BCA customers throughout Indonesia who use mobile banking. The sample in this study was 160 respondents and the technique used was probability sampling. The data obtained were then processed with SPSS version 26.0. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis. This analysis includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test, the variable Perception of Ease of Use (X1), the variable Perception of Risk (X2), and the variable Perception of Trust (X3) have a significant influence on Mobile Banking Users (Y). Based on the f test, it is known that the variables of Perception of Ease of Use (X1), Perception of Risk (X2), and Perception of Trust simultaneously have a significant effect on Mobile Banking Users (Y).
