Jurnal Akuntansi, Manajemen dan Ekonomi Digital (JAMED) terbit pertama pada bulan November 2021, yang dikelola oleh Tim Insight Power dan LPPM STIKes SITI HAJAR. JAMED berisi tentang hasil penelitian atau review literatur dibidang yang terkait dengan akuntansi, manajemen dan ekonomi digital. JAMED bertujuan menjadi media untuk mempublikasikan isu-isu empiris yang berkaitan dengan studi akuntansi, manajemen, dan ekonomi digital. JAMED terbit 4 (kali) setahun yaitu bulan Februari, Mei, Agustus, dan November. Artikel karya ilmiah yang ada di dalam Jurnal ini telah ditinjau, dan direvisi. Penulis artikel bertanggung jawab atas apa yang dipublikasi. Redaksi mengundang para Peneliti, Dosen, Mahasiswa, Profesional dan Praktisi untuk mempublikasi karya ilmiah dibidang yang terkait dengan akuntansi, manajemen, dan ekonomi digital berupa hasil penelitian atau kajian pustaka yang belum pernah diterbitkan secara resmi. Journal of Accounting, Management and Digital Economy (JAMED) was first published in November 2021, which is managed by the Insight Power Team and LPPM STIKes SITI HAJAR. JAMED contains the results of research or literature reviews in fields related to accounting, management, and the digital economy. JAMED aims to be a medium for publishing empirical issues related to the study of accounting, management, and the digital economy. JAMED is published 4 (times) a year, namely in February, May, August, and November. The scientific articles in this journal have been reviewed and revised. The author of the article is responsible for what is published. The Editor invites Researchers, Lecturers, Students, Professionals, and Practitioners to publish scientific works in the fields related to accounting, management, and digital economy in the form of research results or literature reviews that have never been officially published.

Abstract

Sociology of literature is a research that examines the relationship of literary works with humans in society and their social processes. Megat novel by Rida K Liamsi contains many elements of sociology of literature, especially ethical, social, and cultural aspects. The research problems are (1) what are the ethical aspects in Rida K Liamsi's Megat novel, (2) what are the social aspects in Rida K Liamsi's Megat novel, (3) what are the cultural aspects in Rida K Liamsi's Megat novel. The purpose of this research is to find data and information about ethical, social, and cultural aspects in the novel Megat by Rida K Liamsi. This literary sociology research approach uses a qualitative approach to the type of library research. The method used is descriptive method. The data collection technique used is hermeneutic technique. The results of the research and the amount of data in Rida K Liamsi's Megat novel contain several ethical aspects, namely (1) ethics of responsibility 9 data, ethics of conscience 7 data, and ethics of rights and obligations 6 data. The ethical aspects contained in the novel Megat by Rida K Liamsi are reflected in the attitudes and behavior of the characters seen in the story. (2) The social aspects contained in Rida K Liamsi's Megat novel are social interaction 27 data, social group 2 data, and social conflict 4 data. The social aspect in Rida K Liamsi's Megat novel can be seen from the way the characters interact, group together, and the social conflicts contained in the novel. (3) The cultural aspects contained in Rida K Liamsi's Megat novel are language aspects 11 data, knowledge system 7 data, living equipment system and technology 9 data, living livelihood system 4 data, and religious system totaling 13 data from quotes in the novel Megat by Rida K Liamsi.Keywords: sociology of literature, ethics, social, culture

Abstract

Abstrak - Dalam research ini mempunyai tujuan dalam menganalisis adanya pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bintang Rezeki Maju Medan. Dekriptif kuantitatif dipakai sebagai research method dan kuesioner sebagai pengukuran jawaban responden. Adapin 151 karyawan sebagai populasi dan 110 berjumlah sampel penelitian. Abstract

Abstrak - Hubungan industrial mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting pada perusahaan terhadap karyawannya dalam menjalani sebuah bisnis yang efektif dan menghasilkan profitabilitas yang tinggi. Salah satunya adalah perusahaan pada sektor perbankan, dunia perbankan masih memiliki peran penting yang strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penulis mencoba menulis penelitian mengenai hubungan industrial dalam penetapan upah minimum pekerja pada perusahaan PT Bank Central Asia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif dengan acuan undang-undang cipta kerja yang berlaku saat ini sebagai peranan pemerintah dalam melindungi hak-hak tenaga kerja dalam penetapan upah minimum serta melalui media cetak maupun media elektronik terupdate mengenai informasi dan semua hal yang berkaitan dengan hubungan industrial perusahaan dalam penetapan upah minimum pekerja.Kata kunci : hubungan industrial, upah, perusahaanAbstract - Industrial relations have a very important role in companies for their employees in running an effective business and generating high profitability. One of them is a company in the banking sector, the banking world still has a strategically important role in economic development in Indonesia. The author tries to write research on industrial relations in determining the minimum wage for workers at PT Bank Central Asia. Abstract

This study aims to describe the manifestations of some educational values in the novel Bumi Cinta by Habiburrahman El Shirazy related to the value of moral education, the value of religious education, the value of social education and the value of cultural education. The purpose of this educational value is to describe its implementation for the readers. This type of research uses descriptive methods and uses primary and secondary data sources. The subject of this research is the researcher himself. The data collection techniques in this study are: 1. Reading technique, namely by reading the novel Bumi Cinta by Habiburrahman El Shirazy repeatedly so that the data obtained is precise and clear. 2. The note-taking technique is taking notes by describing the educational values in the novel Bumi Cinta by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. 3. Library technique, namely by collecting several journals or theses in the library. The results obtained in this study There are several educational values, namely: 1. the value of moral education such as the main character having ethics and manners, 2. the value of religious education, namely by prioritizing religious values without being influenced and praying for help from Allah Ta'ala. Alla so that his faith remains solid and strong, 3.the value of social education, such as not choosing in interacting between people and having a pattern of behavior and good behavior in social life, 4. the value of cultural education, namely not being influenced by the existence of sex culture.Keywords: Education, Values, Novel, Religious, Moral.

Abstract

Abstrak-Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Reward dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Disiplin Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Restoran Nelayan Medan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan analisis data pengujian statistik. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 72 orang, dan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji t secara parsial, uji F secara simultan dan analisi jalur serta uji sobel. Hasil penelitian  dari  uji  regresi  linear  berganda yaitu pada persamaan I Y1 = 2,635 + 0,656 X1 + 0,879 X2 + e dan pada persamaan II Y2 = 1,894 + 0,473 X1 + 0,642 X2 + 0,242 + e. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Reward dan Punishment Berpengauh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Disiplin Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Restoran Nelayan Medan. Dan hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan  bahwa  Reward  dan  Punishment  Berpengauh  Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Disiplin Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening pada RestoranNelayan Medan.Kata Kunci: Reward, Punishment, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan. Abstract-The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable at a Medan Fisherman's Restaurant. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method which is carried out through data collection using questionnaires and statistical test data analysis. The population in this study was 72 people, and the sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample, where all members of the population were sampled. The instruments used are validity and reliability tests. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis test used is a partial t-test, simultaneous F-test and path analysis, and Sobel test. The results of the multiple linear regression test are in equation I Y1 = 2.635 + 0.656 X1 + 0.879 X2 + e and in equation II Y2 = 1.894+ 0.473 X1 + 0.642 X2 + 0.242 + e. The results showed that partially reward and punishment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at a Medan Fisherman's Restaurant. And the results of the research simultaneously show that Reward and Punishment Have a Positive and Significant Effect on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable at Medan Fisherman Restaurant.Keywords: Reward, Punishment, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstrak – Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan bahan ajar geometri berbasis geogebra yang telah dikembangkan untuk tingkat sekolah menengah pertama. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian reseacrh and deveploment (R&D) menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) namun dalam penelitian ini dibatasi hanya sampai tahap development (pengembangan). Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket dan literatur. Angket validasi penilaian ahli digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Hasil penelitian pengembangan bahan ajar berupa modul pembelajaran dengan menggunakan geogebra sebagai media pembelajaran. Bahan ajar ini dinyatakan valid oleh validator sehingga memenuhi kriteria kelayakan bahan ajar. Bahan ajar ini mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 3,45 dari ahli materi dan nilai rata-rata 3,44 dari ahli media dengan kriteria layak.Kata Kunci: Bahan Ajar, Geometri, Geogebra Abstract− This development research aims to determine the feasibility of geogebra-based geometry teaching materials that have been developed for junior high school level. This research is included in research and development (R&D) research using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) but in this study it is limited only to the development stage. Collecting data using questionnaires and literature techniques. The expert assessment validation questionnaire was used as a research instrument. The results of research on the development of teaching materials in the form of learning modules using geogebra as a learning medium. This teaching material is declared valid by the validator so that it meets the eligibility criteria for teaching materials. These teaching materials get an average score of 3.45 from material experts and an average value of 3.44 from media experts with appropriate criteria.Keywords: Teaching Materials, Geometry, Geogebra

Abstract

The research was carried out with the aim of describing the mastery, application, and use of Indonesian Spelling in standard language texts based on EBI rules by students of class X TKJ-1 SMK Swasta Jambi Medan in Academic Year 2021-2022. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a population of 145 people and a sample of 37 people. The total sample is 25% of the total population. The score of the highest student is equal to 85 while the lowest score is 60. Based on the results of data analysis, the average mastery, application, and use of EBI by students class X TKJ-1is equal  to 66.62 (30%) which is categorized as "fairly capable". The ability to use standard language texts based on the EBI rules by students of class X TKJ-1 tests based on standard language knowledge tests based on dictation is equal to 66.01 (38%) which is included in the "fairly capable" category. The results of the standard language text writing test according to the EBI rules and the standard language writing test based on dictation are equal to 66, 315 (quite capable). Thus, it can be concluded that the analysis of the calculation of the two types of standard language writing tests according to the EBI rules for students of class X TKJ-1 SMK Swasta Jambi Medan in Academic Year 2021-2022 are means 66, 315. The average score of students in class X TKJ-1 SMK Swasta Jambi Medan in Academic Year 2021-2022 is the same as 66,315 qualified into the category C grade (fairly capable).Keywords: analisys, ability, standard language text, rule of EBI

Abstract

Abstract-The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance CV. Sun Fortuna with work spirit as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is a descriptive method, this type of research is quantitative data, primary data obtained through questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the company as many as 49 employees. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample where the entire population is used as the research sample. The analytical technique used is multiple linear analysis and statistical tests, namely t-test (partial) and F-test (simultaneous) using SPSS (statistical package for the social sciences) software.The test results show that partially or simultaneously the variables of motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with work spirit as an intervening variable where the overall effect given is 44.3%.The conclusion of this study is that both partially and simultaneously, partially or simultaneously the variables of motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, jenis penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan perusahaan sebanyak 49 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dan uji statistik yaitu uji-t (parsial) dan uji-F (simultan) dengan menggunakan software SPSS (paket statistik untuk ilmu-ilmu sosial).Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial atau simultan variabel motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan semangat kerja sebagai variabel intervening dimana secara keseluruhan pengaruh yang diberikan sebesar 44,3%.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah baik secara parsial maupun simultan, parsial atau simultan variabel motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Sun Fortuna dengan semangat kerja sebagai variabel intervening.Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Semangat Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

Abstract − To develop one's own funds, one needs to invest in order to get a higher return in the future. Because of this opportunity, insurance companies began to issue insurance products combined with investment. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are interviews with the parties concerned and literature review. Abstract

Researchers in various international programs have studied the potential use of remote sensing data to obtain accurate information about an object, area, or phenomenon through the analysis of data acquired by a device that not in contact with it. Remote sensing technology can be used in mapping the potential fishing ground with the important oceanography parameters. The aims of this research are determined the potential fishing ground in Aceh sea waters use oceanography parameters with utilization Aqua and Terra MODIS data images satellite. The methods used in this research are Algorithm Theoretical Basis Document 25 (ATBD 25) and ATBD 19 to images correlation. This study introduced a system to merge two different data image satellite obtained from Aqua and Terra MODIS and data in-situ. The remote sensing technique for retrieving ocean environmental parameters of the potential fishing ground is proposed and is primarily apply to analyze the relationship between data oceanographic, data in-situ, and CPUE of fishing ground in Aceh sea waters.Keywords: Remote Sensing, Fishing Ground, Images Satellite, Aqua Terra MODIS
