Abstract

This research aims to investigate theoretical and practical approaches in optimizing the potential of human resources and employees. The research method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach to explore the conceptual framework supporting effective HR management practices. The literature review includes an in-depth review of relevant academic literature, covering key concepts in HR management such as motivation, leadership, career development, and performance measurement. Critical analysis of various theories and models helps in understanding the complexity and dynamics of HR management. The findings of this literature review indicate that theoretical approaches provide a solid conceptual foundation for understanding the basic principles in HR management, while practical approaches enable the implementation of strategies appropriate to the organizational context. The integration of theory and practice is key to developing effective and sustainable HR management strategies. The findings of this literature review provide valuable insights for practitioners in designing and implementing successful HR management practices. By understanding the theoretical framework and applying it contextually, organizations can optimize the potential of their human resources and employees, thereby enhancing organizational performance and competitiveness in the dynamic global market.

Abstract

This research aims to examine strategies for developing creative economy-based micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Serang District, Serang Regency. The research method used is qualitative, involving observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as analyzing the SWOT matrix to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in developing MSMEs in the region. Informants consisted of various parties, including the sub-district head, MSME actors, academics, and government agencies. The research results show that creative economy-based MSMEs in Serang District face a number of challenges, such as limited capital, raw materials, production equipment, and limited market access. The recommended development strategy is the SO (growth) strategy, which prioritizes the use of internal strengths to increase competitive advantage, product diversification, strengthening cooperation between MSMEs, improving product quality, and more aggressive marketing. By implementing these strategies, it is hoped that MSMEs in Serang District can increase their contribution to regional economic development

Abstract

Human resources are the workforce needed in every organization and country because this workforce is a driving force in the sustainability of an organization, company and country. Inventory in the procurement of human resources in this context is related to procurement which refers to the amount of availability and characteristics of qualified workforce owned by an organization or country to meet the needs of the organization or country in achieving certain goals. This technique in quality human resource planning is related to the steps in the approach, methods and processes carried out by the organization to ensure that the organization gets a workforce that suits the needs and goals of the organization. Human resource planning refers to an activity or activity carried out by the organization in an orderly manner that is related to preparing future workforce needs by using resources that are appropriate to needs and of good quality.

Abstract

PT Aqua Golden Mississippi Tbk has implemented an effective Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program at all stages of production, distribution to consumers, and post-production activities, as regulated in the Occupational Safety Law No. 1 of 1970. This program requires companies to implement occupational safety and health measures in running their business. As a bottled mineral water company, PT Aqua Golden Mississippi fulfills OSH obligations and carries out Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs in accordance with applicable regulations. The company's commitment to OSH not only creates a safe work environment but also strengthens a sense of social responsibility and nationalism by ensuring quality and safe products for the Indonesian people. The CSR program is related to national values ​​and independence in the context of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, by preserving living space and utilizing resources for the sustainability and welfare of society. As a legal entity, PT Aqua Golden Mississippi has social and environmental responsibilities in accordance with Government Regulation no. 47 of 2012, which aims to maintain company continuity and preserve the environment. This research uses a literature study method, where data is collected from articles, books and national scientific journals. The aim of this research is to understand how national values ​​in OSH are applied in the production process of PT Aqua Golden Mississippi and the company's contribution to society and the environment through CSR programs. The research results show that PT Aqua Golden Mississippi has successfully implemented K3 and CSR programs, fulfilling its obligations as a legal subject in accordance with the laws in force in Indonesia.

Abstract

With the development of the digital world, people can now not only use cash as a means of payment, but can also use cash in electronic form through payment applications such as digital wallets which replace the function of cash so that it becomes a more efficient and efficient means of payment. . One type of digital wallet (e-wallet) payment tool that is widely used by people in Indonesia is the DANA application. This research uses a literature review method, namely utilizing literature to obtain field data without direct involvement. Legal protection for the security of personal data is regulated in Article 28 G (1) of the Personal Data Protection Law. This is reiterated in Article 26 of the ITE Law which states that personal data is everyone's personal right. The DANA digital wallet is also protected by Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of data security and ease of transactions on students' interest in making purchases via the DANA digital wallet. Based on the findings obtained, security and ease of transactions have a significant influence on students' interest in using DANA, and as the level of security and ease of transactions increases, interest in purchasing through DANA will also increase.

Abstract

Supporting customer data security in the digital era requires implementing the values ​​of the 1945 Constitution in relation to the Banking Basic Law and the Indonesian Banking Constitution. According to Article 40 paragraph (1) of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to Banking Law Number 7 of 1998, banks are obliged to keep information regarding depositors and their deposits confidential, unless otherwise specified as follows: Mandatory. Sections 41, 41A, 42, 43, 44 and 44A. In this digital era, Bank BRI utilizes technology to serve its customers in the form of mobile banking services, namely the BRImo application. Mobile banking makes it easy for customers to carry out transactions safely and quickly. Therefore, banks need to improve their services, especially in the area of ​​customer data security, to face the current challenges of cybercrime, maintain customer trust, and contribute to supporting national security. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of security controls in maintaining customer data security and supporting national security. The method used is a literature review where data is collected through articles, books and related research reports. The findings show that security management plays an important role in maintaining the security of customer data by maintaining customer trust and implementing national values ​​that support Masu's national security.

This lawl gives the state thel authority to manage natural resources in the public interest and the welfarel of alll people in relation tol the context ofl social justice. However, the implementation of this law requires strict and transparent supervision to ensure that natural resources are actually used appropriately and fairly for all stakeholders and that uncontrolled environmental damage does not occur. This studyl aims tol find outl how human lvalues, which are reflected inl the 1945l Constitution, Unitaryl State olf the Republicl of Indonesial (NKRI), and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika are implemented in the Health, lSafety, Security, andl Environment (lHSSE) program at PT. lPertamina. The methodl used inl this studyl is thel Literature Studyl approach. In the literature study, the datal used is secondary data in the form of article data from PT. Pertamina (Persero) and various other existing sources. Thel results ofl the study, thel HSSE functionl at PT Pertaminal (X1), and effective management of Natural Resources for prosperity (X2) have a positive relationship with thel 1945 Constitutionl (Y1), the Republicl of Indonesial (Y2), Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Y3). By applying the value of the essence of nationality based on the 1945 Constitution, the Republic of Indonesia, and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika PT. Pertamina emphasizes equality, territorial unity, law compliance, focusing on independence, justice and mutual assistance.

Abstract

E-commerce and digital platforms like TikTok Shop have significantly impacted the business model of MSMEs in Indonesia. This article discusses the role of e-commerce in promoting the growth of MSMEs and the local economy through quality products and competitive pricing. TikTok Shop has opened opportunities for MSMEs to market their products creatively through short videos and other features, including collaboration with influencers to expand marketing reach. However, the closure of TikTok Shop also negatively impacted traditional market traders, causing a decrease in income and challenges in competing with online prices. To support MSMEs, the government coordinates and monitors MSME activities, as well as provides digital-based training programs to improve technical skills. The government also records MSMEs through the Cooperative and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Data System (Simdakop). Effective marketing strategies, such as consistency, planning, and the use of social media, are crucial for MSMEs to remain competitive in an increasingly tight market. With the right efforts from the government, MSMEs are expected to take advantage of existing opportunities and contribute significantly to national economic growth.

Abstract

Motivation and assessment are ways to determine the results of program work both individually and in general for the organization as a whole. The research method is Paired Sample Test, namely comparing the roles before and after the roles of Motivation and SOTH Assessment. Meanwhile, qualitatively, skills are assessed, namely consisting of coordination and teamwork abilities; discipline and solutions to problems. Assessment data from January to March 2024. The time limit was chosen due to ongoing program adjustments. The research results show that SOTH motivation and assessment have an average impact of 26% and make motivation and assessment more attention to all members of the organization. Based on the Paired Sample Test, it can be concluded that from the Paired Sample Test calculations it is proven that there is a significant difference in the average role of Motivation and Assessment before and after the delivery of the material begins (Pre Test) for the participants (students) at a confidence level of 95%. And proves that motivation and assessment are useful for program efficiency and effectiveness, controlling and monitoring performance, and are able to encourage participants (students), managers and presenters to contribute to even better performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of employee involvement in the recruitment and job assignment process on employee performance. The research results also show that employee work performance achievement refers to the employee's abilities. Human resources are a very effective source because they can produce organizational success anywhere, this is also an important part considering the very tight competition. In order to improve performance to perfection, the company must also be able to ensure that an employee is selected and assigned to the right work assignment or position for where they work. This research aims to determine the influence of an employee's recruitment, appointment and commitment to work on employee performance in human resources.
