Abstract

Abstrack This study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of learning strategies on economic learning achievement of class XI social studies at SMA N 1 Sawahlunto, 2) the influence of learning styles on the achievement of learning economics class XI social studies at SMA N 1 Sawahlunto, 3) the influence of learning discipline on economic learning achievements of class XI social studies at SMA N 1 Sawahlunto, 4) the influence of the family environment on the achievement of learning economics class XI social studies at SMA N 1 Sawahlunto, 5) the influence of learning facilities on the achievement of learning economics class XI social studies at SMA N 1 Sawahlunto.This type of research is descriptive and associative. The population in this study was all students of class XI social studies at SMA N 1 Sawahlunto The sample was 51 people with a sampling technique in the form of proportional random sampling with the Slovin formula. The instruments used for this study were in the form of a closed questionnaire with multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesesy tests with t testsThe results of the study were (1) Based on the research, the results of learning strategies (X1) affected student learning achievement (Y) with a learning strategy regression coefficient value of 0.152 and a calculated value of 2.533> ttabel of 1.679 while the significance value of 0.015<005, means that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. (2) Based on the study, the results of the learning style (X2) affected student learning achievement (Y) with a learning style regression coefficient value of 0.237 and a calculated value of 2.943> ttabel of 1.679 while the significance value of 0.005<0.05, means that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. (3) Based on research, the results of learning discipline (X3) have an effect on student learning achievement (Y) with a learning discipline regression coefficient value of 0.098 and a calculated value of 2.071.071.> ttabel of 1.679 while the significance value of 0.044<005, means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. . (4) Based on the research obtained, the results of the family environment (X4) affect student learning achievement (Y) with a family environment regression coefficient value of 0.096 and a calculated value of 2.302> ttabel of 1.679 while the significance value of 0.026<0.05, means ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (5) Based on the research obtained, the results of learning facilities in schools (X5) affect student learning achievement (Y) with a regression coefficient value of learning facilities in schools of 0.080 and a calculated value of 2.090> ttabel of 1.679 while the significance value of 0.042<005, means ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Keywords: Learning Strategies, Learning Styles, Learning Disciplines, Family Environment, Learning Facilities In Schools Towards Student Learning Achievement.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDi era global ini, bahasa Inggris merupakan bahasa yang perlu dikuasai oleh banyak kalangan, salah satunya kalangan penyedia jasa seperti pelayan restoran (dihotel). Berdasarkan observasi non-formal, ditemukan bahwa masih banyaknya pelayan restoran yang kesulitan berbahasa Inggris. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan menganalisa keinginan pelayan restoran dalam belajar bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan maximum variation sampling dalam menentukan respondennya . Respondent penelitian ini ialah 20 pelayan restoran yang berasal dari 4 hotel dengan tingkatan bintang yang berbeda. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan cara mendistribusikan angket dengan menggunakan Google Form. Adapun teknik yang peneliti gunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu Reading, Describing, dan Classifying. Peneliti menggunakan enam indikator dari Learning Situation Analysis dengan hasil sebagai berikut;1) tujuan pelayan restoran belajar bahasa inggris adalah untuk berkomunikasi dengan tamu, dan kemampuan yang ingin dikuasai adalah speaking skill, 2) metode pembelajaran yang diinginkan pelayan restoran adalah Role-play, 3) ketersediaan material yang diinginkan pelayan restoran yaitu materi yang diberikan lengkap teori dangan contoh, dan media pendukung pembelajaran dalam bentuk vidio, 4) mayoritas pelayan restoran memiliki gaya belajar visual dan menginginkan lebih banyak melakukan praktek dalam proses pembelajaran, 5) pelayan restoran menginginkan agar proses pembelajaran berlangsung di dalam kelas, 6) pelayan restoran memilih untuk belajar dipagi hari, dan dilakukan tiga kali seminggu. Dari hasil tersebut diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa Learning Situation Analysis dapat membantu pengajar mengetahui keinginan pelayan restoran dalam belajar bahasa inggris Jadi sebaiknya, pengajar melakukan analisa kebutuhan sebelum mengajar.  Kata kunci: Pelayan restoran, Analisa Kebutuhan, Learning Situation Analysis.

Abstract

 This study aims to find out the influence of the influence of husband's role on women's motivation for entrepreneurship, the source of capital on women's motivation for entrepreneurship, self-empowerment of women's motivation for entrepreneurship, education on women's motivation for entrepreneurship and interest in women's motivation for entrepreneurship, influence of husband role, source of capital, self-empowerment, education, interest and motivation jointly influence women's motivation for entrepreneurship in West Pasaman. This type of research is descriptive associative research, the population in this study is women in West Pasaman as many as 440 people with a sample of this study is as many as 50 people using total sampling techniques. Instruments used for research in the form of open and closed questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis and inductive analysis. The results of this study showed that: 1) The role of husbands has a significant effect on women's motivation to be entrepreneurial with a regression coefficient of 0.235. The coefficient value is significant because the thitung value is 3,650> ttabel is 2.0141. 2) the source of capital has no significant effect on the motivation of women to be entrepreneurial where at the value of x2 loglikelihood ratio which shows x2 count< x2tabel thus means receiving HO which means receiving eliminating the capital source variable (x2). 3) self-empowerment has a significant effect on women's motivation to be entrepreneurial with a regression coefficient value of 0.464. The coefficient value is significant because the thitung value is 4,069 > ttabel of 2.0141.  4) Education has no significant effect on women's motivation to be entrepreneurial with the value of x2 calculate likelihood ratio which shows x2 count< x2tabel thus means receiving HO which thus accepting eliminates educational variables (x4). 5) interest has a significant effect on women's motivation to be entrepreneurial with a regression coefficient value of 0.308. thitung of 3,254 > ttabel of 2.0141. The role of husband, source of capital, self-empowerment, education and interest in women's motivation for entrepreneurship where obtained A value of FCalculated 25,350> FTabel 2.40 means Ho reject Ha accepted.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students' mathematics. Low learning outcomes are characteristics of students experiencing obstacles or obstacles during the learning process. This study aims to describe and analyze the factors that cause students' learning difficulties in mathematics. The sample of this study amounted to 32 students of class XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Limau. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The instrument used is a learning difficulty questionnaire, interview sheets and documentation to strengthen the results of the questionnaire answers. The data analysis technique of this research is the analysis of questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study indicate that: 1) internal factors that affect learning difficulties are described as follows, in the indicator of readiness in learning as much as 71.8% in the category of very influential on the learning process, on motivation indicators as much as 29% in the category of being quite influential in the learning process , on the indicator of interest as much as 53% with the category influential in the mathematics learning process and the health indicator as much as 50.6% with the category having an effect on learning mathematics. 2) external factors that affect learning difficulties in mathematics are as follows, indicators of family factors in learning as much as 37.5% with a category that is quite influential on the mathematics learning process, on school indicators as much as 51.5% with categories that affect the online learning process and on environmental indicators community as much as 39.6% with the category quite influential on the student learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan buku saku korespondensi berbasis mind mapping materi surat-menyurat di SMK Negeri 4 Sarolangun. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development atau R&D. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah validator ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli media. Objek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 4 Sarolangun dengan jumlah sampel 30 siswa. Data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Data kuantitatif adalah data yang didapatkan dari angket yang telah di isi oleh validator. Data kualitatif adalah data yang diperoleh dari hasil kritik, saran, tanggapan maupun masukan dari validator dan peserta didik. Prosedur pada penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Pada penelitian ini penulis hanya sebatas tahap Pengembangan (Development). Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi dari ahli materi dengan skor rata-rata 4,54 dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil validasi ahli bahasa dengan skor rata-rata 4,54 dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil validasi ahli media 4,33 dengan kategori sangat valid. Dan hasil penilaian siswa terhadap buku saku dengan skor rata-rata 4,52 dengan kategori sangat layak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of independent learning on learning motivation. 2) the influence of learning methods on learning motivation 3) the effect of parental support on learning motivation. 4) the influence of peers on learning motivation. 5) the influence of independent learning on learning outcomes. 6) the influence of learning methods on learning outcomes. 7) the effect of parental support on learning outcomes. 8) peer influence on learning outcomes. 9) the effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes. The type of research used in this research is descriptive associative research. The population of this study were students of class XI IPS SMA N 9 Sijunjung in the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 104 students. Sampling technique with total sampling with a total sample of 104 students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique and inductive analysis, using Path Analysis with the help of SPSS version 16.0 and Eviews 8 programs.    The results showed that: First, learning independence had a significant effect on learning motivation, the path coefficient value for learning independence was 0.332. This coefficient value is significant because the tcount value is 4.313 > and tTable is 0.05 (1.66055). The two ways of learning have a significant effect on learning motivation, the coefficient value of the learning path is 0.235. This coefficient value is significant because the tcount value is 3.088 > and tTable is 0.05 (1.66055). The three parental support have a significant effect on learning motivation, the path coefficient value of parental support is 0.250. This coefficient value is significant because the tcount value is 3.292 > and tTable is 0.05 (1.66055). The four peers have a significant effect on learning motivation, the peer coefficient value is 0.198. This coefficient value is significant because the tcount value is 2.595> and tTable is 0.05 (1.66055). The five learning independence have a significant effect on learning outcomes, the coefficient value of the path of learning independence is obtained of 0.248. This coefficient value is significant because the tcount value is 4.313 > and tTable is 0.05 (1.66055). The direct effect of learning independence on learning outcomes is 6.1%. While the indirect effect of learning independence on learning outcomes through learning motivation is 2.2%. The total effect of learning independence on learning outcomes is 8.3%. The six ways of learning have a significant effect on learning outcomes, the coefficient value of the learning path is 0.170. This coefficient value is significant because the tcount value is 2.525 > and tTable is 0.05 (1.66055). The direct effect of learning methods on learning outcomes is 2.9%. While the indirect effect of learning methods on learning outcomes through learning motivation is 1%. The seven parental support has a significant effect on teacher performance. The path coefficient value of parental support is 0.214. This coefficient value is significant because the tcount value is 3.162 > and tTable is 0.05 (1.66055). The direct effect of parental support on learning outcomes is 4.6%. While the indirect effect of parental support on learning outcomes through learning motivation is 1.4%. The total effect of parental support on learning outcomes is 6%. The eight peers have a significant effect on learning outcomes, the path coefficient value of the peer path is 0.184. This coefficient value is significant because the tcount value is 2.754 > and tTable is 0.05 (1.66055). The direct influence of peers on learning outcomes is 3.4%. While the indirect influence of peers on learning outcomes through learning motivation is 1%. The total influence of peers on learning outcomes is 4.4%. The nine learning motivations have a significant effect on learning outcomes, the path coefficient value for learning motivation is 0.265. This coefficient value is significant because the tcount value is 3.113 > and tTable is 0.05 (1.66055). Abstract

ABSTRACTSThis research is motivated by the concept of Agraria, Agraria is what is in the sea, on land such as forests and land or what is called natural resources. Natural resources are essentially used or utilized for the benefit of the community. Likewise, what happened in Nagari Sungai Pinang was due to too much power so that there was an inaccuracy in the issue of ownership of an island which was the trigger for the ownership conflict of Marak Island, Koto XI Tarusan District. The formulation of the research problem is the factor of ownership conflict in Marak Island in Koto Xl Tarusan District and how to manage Marak Island ownership conflict in Koto Xl Tarusan District and who are the actors involved in the ownership conflict of Marak Island in Koto Xl Tarusan District.            The theory used in this research is conflict theory according to Randall Collins. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. There were 7 informants involved in the conflict over ownership of Marak Island in Koto Xl Tarusa District. Data collection methods used in two ways, namely non-participant observation, in-depth interviews and document study. To achieve the validity of research data using triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis units used were groups and individuals with data analysis by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.            From the results of the study it can be concluded that there are several factors that support this conflict, such as the construction of homestay without permission, and the struggle for a physical tenure. In resolving this conflict, Wali Nagari, Pemuda, BAMUS as well as Ninik Mamak and Mr. Alex have made efforts to resolve this conflict through various processes and development carried out by PT Dempo since 15 April  2018. however this problem has not been resolved until now. Keywords: Conflict Cause, Actor involved, Conflict Resolution

Abstract

The ability to understand concepts is one of the goals of mathematical ability. One of the factors for the lack of ability to understand concepts is self-confidence. This study aims to determine the relationship between students' self-confidence and understanding of mathematical concepts in class XI MIA SMAN 3 Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam.This study uses inferential research where inferential research is a study that tests a hypothesis, and relates one variable to another with quantitative analysis. The subjects of this study were students of class XI MIA 1 SMAN 3 Lubuk Basung. The research instrument used was a self-confidence questionnaire and a test for understanding mathematical concepts. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and product moment correlation.Based on data analysis, the regression coefficient of the questionnaire score (b) is with a significant level of 0.05 because the regression coefficient (b) is positive, so there is a positive effect of X on Y. It means that the bigger X, the bigger Y on average. The close linear relationship between X and Y can be seen from the correlation coefficient r = where r approaches 1, then a positive linear relationship between X and Y so that it can be concluded that the bigger X, the greater Y and self-confidence has a positive influence on the ability to understand concepts of class XI students. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh pendidik belum begitu menarik minat peserta didik, media yang telah digunakan disekolah adalah media charta, power point dan video. Pendidik membagikan media pembelajaran melalui grup whatsapp sehingga pendidik terkendala dalam mengontrol proses pembelajaran dan media yang membagikan peserta didik untuk mengunduh sehingga membutuhkan ruang penyimpanan yang besar. Media yang dapat digunakan tanpa harus mengunduhnya terlebih dahulu adalah Microsoft Office 365. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran pada materi sistem peredaran darah manusia menggunakan Microsoft Office 365 untuk siswa kelas VIII SMP yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pemgembangan menggunakan model 4-D, yaitu tahap define, merancang, mengembangkan dan mendeseminasi. Penelitian dilakukan sampai tahap develop pada uji validitas dan uji praktikalitas, yang telah divalidasi oleh validator yaitu 2 orang dosen dan 1 orang guru IPA, praktikalitas oleh 1 guru IPA dan 32 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket validitas dan praktikalitas. Hasil dari uji validitas mendapatkan nilai 85,18% (kriteria sangat valid) dan hasil dari uji praktikalitas mendapatkan nilai 76,56% (kriteria sangat valid). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa media pembelajaran pada sistem peredaran darah manusia menggunakan Microsoft Office 365 untuk siswa kelas VIII SMP yang dikembangkan sangat valid dan praktis. yang telah divalidasi oleh validator yaitu 2 orang dosen dan 1 orang guru IPA, praktikalitas oleh 1 guru IPA dan 32 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa media pembelajaran pada sistem peredaran darah manusia menggunakan Microsoft Office 365 untuk siswa kelas VIII SMP yang dikembangkan sangat valid dan sangat praktis.Kata kunci : Validitas dan praktikalitas, media pembelajaran Microsoft Office 365, sistem peredaran darah manusia

Abstract

Kemandirian Belajar sangat di perlukan bagi manusia sepanjang hidupnya. Namun mahasiswa belum memiliki kemandirian secara optimal dalam belajar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemandirian belajar mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat jurusan bahasa inggris pada saat pandemic. Sehingga mahasiswa dapat belajar di rumah dengan menggunakan kemandirian belajar. Pendekatan yang di gunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan menghitung jumlah pada kuesioner.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket kemudian menggunakan skala likert. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa juruan bahasa inggris tahun 2019-2021 dengan jumlah 10 orang.Bentuk kemandirian belajar mahasiswa yang di kembangkan di Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat di antaranya percaya diri,mampu bekerja sendiri,mampu mengambil keputusan,bertanggung jawab,hasrat bersaing maju,disiplin dan aktif dalam belajar.Bedasarkan hasil penelitian dapat di simpulkan bahwa kemandirian belajar siswa pada masa pandemic di universitas PGRI Sumatera barat berkembang dengan sangat baik dan sangat terstruktur sehingga kemandirian belajar sesuai dengan yang di harapkan.
