Abstract

The goals of the thesis were to design a system that supports the documentation anddissemination of better knowledge to all educators and education personnel in SMAN 6 Kota Jambi. Howto design a knowledge management system that can transfer knowledge from documents, guides andsolutions of cases that have occurred so that it can be distributed to all teachers and educationalpersonnel equally. Factors to be studied are the main components of Knowledge Management (KM) iepeople, process, and technology and for the design of Knowledge Management System using knowledgeroadmap theory from Tiwana. The data in this research is taken from interview with Headmaster,Teacher and IT Staff at SMAN 6 Kota Jambi. The tool used is Alfrsco Community Edition. With thisresearch is expected to assist in documenting and disseminating knowledge in SMAN 6 Kota Jambi

Abstract

Cooperative civil servants IAIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi is a Cooperative composed of civilservants who take shelter in the environs of the Jambi, STS IAIN in practice more prioritizing businessSave borrowed. But businesses save borrow managed KPN has not been equipped with an integratedinformation system. The use of technology in the processing of the data Save borrowed that still rely onapplication program Microsoft Word and Excel resulting in multiple various obstacles faced by businessin KPN, such as: frequent occurrence of inconsistencies and redundancies in the data, as well as thelength of the search process and data access/information. For it is needed a web-based information systemthat integrates and can overcome the problems in the field of loan save on KPN IAIN Sultan ThahaSaifuddin mosque Jambi, both in terms of data processing, distribution of information to members and allinterested parties, as well as in terms of search and access data/information. Information systems saveloan at KPN is designed by using the PHP programming language and uses structured modelingtechniques in the form of DFD and ERD to reflect the results of the analysis and design of the system.The output of this research is to design a prototype information system save loan on a Cooperative civilservants IAIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Expected by the existing information systems save borrowthis can contribute to the improvement of information systems save loan which runs at KPN IAIN STSJambi.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction towards PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi services is associated with the level of servicequality of service provided. The use of IT can help to improve the quality of services at PDAM TirtaMayang Jambi and is viewed as a strategic asset that helps to determine business strategies of PDAMTirta Mayang Jambi. This research was conducted with the aim to design information system of PDAMTirta Mayang ITSM Jambi. Data collection method used is through interview, observation anddocumentation, as the data and information obtained were analyzed which resulted in an analysis of thecondition of the running system. The system is designed in the form of protitipe which its design followseach stage of ITIL version 3 area service operation, namely: the process of event management, incidentmanagement (incident identification, incident logging, incident categorization, incident prioritization,initial diagnosis, incident escalation, investigation and diagnosis, resolution and recovery, incidentclosure), request fulfillment, problem management, and access management. The results of this study is inthe form of an information system design ITSM on PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City designed basedframework ITIL version 3 service operation area.

Abstract

Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) the Jambi provincial government is an organization that handlesaffairs - affairs staffing environment Jambi provincial government, one election silyl exemplary publicservant. For example the selection of civil servants still use the registry system manually. Theninvestigated and corrected if these employees deserve to be exemplary civil servants. After that didapatlahlist of names - names of employees eligible. Then sealed by officials echelon existing at BKD Jambiprovincial government. So the authors designed a system that can assist and facilitate the leadership inmaking decisions in the selection of civil servants exemplary. To help the decision-making system usingfuzzy logic decisions. The results of this system design can facilitate BKD Head of Jambi province, andalso can shorten the time civil servants exemplary election.

Abstract

Payroll system for companies mostly have used computer technology or computer-based informationsystems, but there are still some companies that do not implement them as well as on PT. KosambiLaksana Mandiri. In this company in the payroll system is still using manual calculation and use theauxiliary program MS. Excel. The goal in this study Analyze and study the problems of employee payrollinformation system at PT. Kosambi Laksana Mandiri and produce a prototype system of employee payrollinformation on PT. Kosambi Laksana Mandiri. System design in this study using a UML (UnifiedModelling Language) that use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. Meanwhile, in themanufacture of a prototype system using MySQL tools for designing the database and AdobeDreamweaver CS5 to design a prototype system. In this study generates payroll information systemprototype PT. Like a Kosambi Mandiri to manage computerized payroll data, perform calculations salaryevery month automatically and presents reports required salary every month or every year.

Abstract

Pada saat ini Puskesmas Payo Selincah Jambi dalam pengolahan data persediaan obat, pemakaian obat, penerimaanobat, permintaan obat dan pendistribusian obat, masih dilakukan dengan cara manual, yaitu dengan melakukanpencatatan pada kartu stok. Kemudian direkap dan diinput kedalam microsoft excel untuk dibuatkan laporanpemakaian dan lembar permintaan obat (LPLPO). Adapun tujuan pada penelitian ini menganalisa dan mempelajaripermasalahan sistem informasi persediaan obat pada Puskesmas Payo Selincah Jambi dan menghasilkan prototipesistem informasi persediaan obat pada puskesmas payo selincah jambi. Perancangan sistem pada penelitian inimenggunakan alat bantu UML (Unified Modelling Languange) seperti use case, activity diagram, dan class diagram.Sedangkan dalam pembuatan prototipe sistem menggunakan alat bantu MySQL untuk merancang basis data danVisual Basic.Net 2008 untuk merancang prototipe sistem. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah prototipe sisteminformasi persediaan obat yang dapat mengelola data persediaan obat secara terkomputerisasi dan dapat menyajikanlaporan-laporan obat yang dibutuhkan setiap hari atau setiap bulannya.

Abstract

Problems that occur in managing patient data on Drg. NoorSolikhah clinic such as the redundancy ofdata, patient data search too long, difficulty in seeing the previous patient data history, and the difficultyin determine of action to the patient. The purpose of this research include analyzing and studying theproblems of the system in the patient's medical record Drg. Noor Solikhah and produce a prototypeinformation system that serves as a solution for the problems of the patient's medical record system. Inthis research the tools use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. As for the design of aprototype system using adobe dreamweaver tools, MySQL and HTML programming language. In thisstudy produced a prototype system of medical record information to manage data such as patient data,drug data, the data medical treatment and medical records of patients with the supplied interface systemthat facilitates the inputting of data for users, and these data are stored into a database so that better datastorage as well as facilitate the search data. Recomendation in this research is the design of these systemsneed to be developed so that it can really be applied to the Drg. Noor Solikhah Clinic, and furtherresearch can be equipped with a security system data

Abstract

The application of information technology in the organization or company is not easy to do. Requiresgood planning, co-operation between the elements are compact, strong desire to change and inaccordance with the vision and mission of the organization to be applied. Kantor Kesehatan PelabuhanJambi is an institution of service for the community. At the Port Health Office use the computerinformation technology as tools still work, and use multiple systems are not integrated among units thatcan not share data or use data together between the units part of the existing work in the KantorKesehatan Pelabuhan Jambi .Therefore we need a plan that can describe an enterprise architecture. Todo enterpise architecture design required a complete methodology and easy to use, TOGAF ADM as oneof the methods that can be used to perform the design of enterprise architecture. Each stage of theTOGAF ADM can be carried out correctly if the existing business processes within the organizationreally should be understood and able to be assessed completely and correctly. This enterprisearchitecture modeling, provide guidance in making a blueprint for the development of informationsystems to the data, applications, business and technology. For the modeling of enterprise architecturecan dijadian initial step guide to planning and making the blueprint for the development of informationsystems at the later can be used by an organization to achieve its strategic objectives.

Abstract

Bidikmisi educational assistance is given to students who Excel and has limited the ability of theeconomy. Organizers of the program bidikmisi is the universities and private colleges who have selectedKopertis under the Ministry of research, technology and higher education, one of which is IAIN SultanThaha Saifuddin mosque Jambi. The process of registration and processing of data of the recipientbidikmisi in Jambi Sultan Thaha Saifuddin mosque IAIN has not used the integrated information system,thus causing the onset of various obstacles, among others: waste storage media, data access and dataupdates are slow, the incidence of inconsistencies and redundancies in the data, as well as the lack ofaccuracy of the data. Abstract

Information system of admission new college student based web at Pascasarjana Universitas Jambi stillfound many weaknesses for instance. The aplplicants who did the process of registration and the won’tchange the data because the can’t login into the system, the form of registration only can printed once, soif lost hte applicants can’t print out anymore and should inform to the staff. Administrator and program ofstudy can’t monitored the listed of how many applicants who verified. Form this matter the researcherdeveloping of system with waterfall method for admission new college student at PascasarjanaUniversitas Jambi. It could beasier for the applicants to correcting of data and to print the form ofregistration, administrator and program of study can monitored the listed of how many applicants whoverified. The development of this system can solve all the problem so far
