Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapatmemudahkan dalam proses penerima beasiswa bantuan siswa miskin. Sistem pendukung keputusan inimenggunakan metode perhitungan metode profile matching. Sistem ini menampilkan hasil perangkingansiswa yang memenuhi kriteria dalam penerimanan beasiswa. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah aspek akademik terdiri dari nilai semester dan kelas, aspek ekonomi keluarga, terdiri dari pekerjaanorang tua, penghasilan orang tua, jumlah tanggungan orang tua dan status anak. Aspek penunjang adalahorganisasi dan prestasi non akademik. Sistem pendukung keputusan penerima beasiswa bantuan siswa miskinmembantu mempermudah dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is a medical record system that uses electronics based on a sheet ofpaper / medical record file in the handling of patients. However, this EMR system does not alwaysdevelop rapidly in other Hospitals / Clinics / Health Care Centers, one of them at Kambang Eye Clinic.The purpose of analyzing data processing on the business process of medical record in Kambang EyeClinic which there are still many obstacles such as lack of data accuracy, frequent inconsistency andredundancy of data, and the length of process of searching and accessing data needed because there is nointegrated system between one with other. As well as designing Electronic Medical Record System (EMR)Web Based on Kambang Eye Clinic is using PHP programming language and using object-basedmodeling techniques to describe the analysis and system design, namely in the form of use case diagrams,class diagrams, and activity diagrams. Abstract

Analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan komputer pada LKP TriArga bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah sistem yang terkomputerisasi yang dapat digunakanperusahaan dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasional pesrusahaan, dimana kegiatan tersebutselalu membutuhkan informasi . Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodekepustakaan, mencakup mempelajari buku dan literatur, serta melakukan penelitian denganmengadakan pencatatan, pengumpulan dan penganalisisan laporan, dan metode analisis danperancangan sistem informasi akuntansi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalahkebutuhan akan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan tunai dan penerimaan kas, seperti laporanpenjualan yang dapat membantu pihak manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan. Sehinggadengan demikian, keputusan yang tepat dan berkualitas akan dapat dihasilkan, yang padaakhirnya akan dapat meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

Since acreditation program for Early Childhood Education Institution and Nonformal Education Institution wasexecuted manually. The processess require much staffs to accept accreditation proposals, check them using manualinstruments as well as reporting the checking result and reporting the riil condition of the institution. These set ofactivities are sometimes troubled by “self-tired condition” and the possibility of “data lost”. If these occured willcause unobjectivity of accreditation process even miss scoring. Due to the purpose of the research, to solve suchproblems, the writer has analyzed current system. The research object focuses on the accreditation proposing currentsystem, the scope as well as system development life cycle. The purpose of this research is to analyze problemshappened at current system as well as designing web base information system for accreditation administration. Theresult of the research is hoped to be able to solve current problems so that accreditation proposals can be processedby online system

Abstract

The management of a good information system produces ease in accessing information data foran organization. For ease of accessing the information required integration between informationsystems, with the existence of various computer information system it will facilitate andaccelerate the process of management in the field of business one form of business that requiresthe management of computer based information system is a cooperative effort. Data is still donemanually.The objectives in the study are to analyze and study the problems of savings and loan basedcooperative information system on MTs Negeri Talang Bakung. System design in this researchusing UML tool (United Modelling Language) that is Use Case diagram, activity diagram andclass diagram. While in making prototype system using adobe dreamweaver and to designdatabase using MySQL. In this research produce prototype information system of web basedsavings and loan cooperative at MTs Negeri Talang Bakung which can manage.

Abstract

Manajemen pengelolaan aset di Politeknik Jambi belum terkelolah dengan biak, pada bagianinventarisasi terdapat berbagai macam permasalahan yaitu masalah operasional, hal ini dikarenakanpengelolaan asset tersebut masih bersifat manual. Secara spesifik masalahnya adalah tidak adanyainformasi pendataan mengenai detail aset, lokasi aset dan jumlah aset yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukankegiatan operasional manajemen. Selain itu, belum adanya sistem yang terintegrasi sehingga pembuatanlaporan aset menjadi lebih sulit. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Pemodelan Sistem yang digunakan dalamanalisis system dengan pendekatan berorientasi objek menggunakan UML (unified modellinglanguage). Pemodelan sistem informasi manajemen aset ini dapat digunakan sebagai analisisperancangan system informasi mnajemen aset yang dapat diimplementasikan lebih lanjutsehingga menghasilkan sistem informasi manajemen aset yang dapat diterapkan padaPoliteknik Jambi.

Abstract

Problems in the administration of the occupation of the village of Kota Karang to the absence of a systemto manage data on population which has a database of mutual terinregrasi as well as reporting sluggish.The purpose of this research was to analyze and design the system of the administration of population onthe population data, employee Administration certificate as well as centralized reporting databsenya. Thisresearch method either using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to design the system. The results of thisresearch resulted in the design of administrative information systems process data directly to theintegrated population making the letters as well as a description of the reporting system. This plan couldbe developed into an application that can be implemented, as well as expected this research can be areference and learning especially in the field of information systems.

Abstract

The Office of Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics of Jambi Province is a public service whosemain task is to provide flight meteorology information for aviation safety as well as providing daily andweekly weather forecast information. Asset management at BMKG Office of Jambi Province is donemanually so that asset management system performance is still not optimal. One way of assetmanagement can be more optimal is to use information systems. Asset management research is carriedout at the planning, procurement, receiving, deployment, depreciation, deletion and administration stage.This study produces a prototype system that describes the functionality of planning, procurement,acceptance, use, depreciation, deletion and administration of assets at the Office BMKG Jambi Province.The method used is object-oriented approach using UML (Unified modeling language) that is use casediagram, class diagram and Activity diagram. This research produce a prototype that can be implementedfurther to produce asset management information system that can be implemented at Office BMKG JambiProvince.

Abstract

In processing the school academic data of Junior High School 5 Jambi City, it was found that the school still usesconventional method. As a result, there are some problems appeared during the processing of students data, teachersdata, students’ scoring data, and the most common problems are loosing the data in the main school data report. Thepurpose of this research is to analyze the needs of based web information system at Junior High School 5 Jambi byusing UML (Unified Modeling Language). The result of this research is an academic information system that canhelp teachers and staffs process students data, teachers data, and make the scoring system easier and integrated eachother. The information system performed through this research is in the form of teaching materials, teachers andstudents data, score data, and information for new school candidate, and information for the alumni of Junior HighSchool 5. It’s expected that the result of this research can be implemented in schools to revise the weaknesses of theprevious system. The recommendation for this research is that the design of this system needs to be improved so thatit can be used effectively at Junior High School 5 Jambi and the further research can be completed with data safetysystem. Hopefully, this research can give a great contribution toward the improvement of information and technologysystem.
