Abstract

Current scheduling classes at Jambi University graduate there are still some constraints such as thecreation of a relatively long schedules, conflicting schedules and schedule that does not correspond to thetime availability of the lecturers. Therefore, the author provides a solution in the form of lecturescheduling system using genetic algorithm with programming language PHP and the MySQL DBMS. Forsystem development method that is used is the waterfall. Lecture Schedule result generated by a systemthat has been built is becoming more precision with the allocated hours of teaching, classroom andprofessors. From the test results can also be concluded that the implementation of genetic algorithms is incompliance with the need to support the process of scheduling, so that scheduling can be done morequickly

Abstract

Currently a mangement of cash accounting system on satker PSP.TP department of Agriculture Jambi province is stillnot optimal, application management is still in the form of separate and has the deficiency that in made a report on therealization of each of the Parties in detail. Because at the time of inputting his account receipts search view there is nodetailed descriptions of activities, then in making a detailed report on the realization of its still using Ms. Excel, so thesystem can not produce a detailed report on the realization automatically. So that raises some problems, includingerrors in inputting activity account code, the slow process of data search because it involves a lot of applications. Toovercome these problems, in this research designed information system of cash accounting that is expected to assistthe side satker PSP.TP in accelerating data management. This research resulted in the design information systems ofcash accounting related to some reports that the general book, realization of the budget , the details realization of thebudget, bank books, and taxes. The method used is the object-oriented approach using UML (unified modelinglanguage) that is use case diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams. This research produced a prototype thatcan be implemented further so that resulting in a information system of cash accounting that can be implemented insatker PSP.TP Department of Agriculture Jambi Province.

Abstract

Unja ( Universitas Negeri Jambi ) is one of the universities that there dijambi which has a psychologydepartment is one of the educational institutions that have applied information technology both learningmaterials in the field of information technology to the process of academic information systems. AtUniversity has a department of psychology and for the acceptance of new students majoring inpsychology test conducted at this time there are still some shortcomings in terms of slow overallassessment and obtain reports test results that take a lot of time. To overcome all these problems, theresearchers conducted an analysis system Psychological test are ongoing. The object of research focusingon the system Psychological test that have been run and the scope and phases of the systems developmentlife cycle is the purpose of this study is limited to the analysis and design to the prototype. In designingthe system of psychological test online using web-based programming by using PHP and MySQL. Thepurpose of this research is to study and analyze the existing problems in the system of psychological testthat are running test admissions psychology at University as well as designing web-based system ofpsychological test new. Analysis and design of web-based system of psychological test developed will beexpected to overcome the existing problems to the admission process of psychological test can bemanaged online.

Abstract

Currently the sales data processing and computer repair services at Iptek Betara Kabupaten TanjungJabung Barat done conventionally causing some problems, including less extent and duration of thesales area for customer transaction process must come directly to the store to buy a product or just a listof products and prices as well as a service, in the processing of daily sales data is currently not optimal.Where the data is archived in a file and then recorded in the ledger and kept on file. To overcome thisproblem, in this study designed information system sales and web-based computer repair services areexpected to help the efficiency and effectiveness of the Iptek Betara in accelerating sales services, alist of products and prices as well as a service. Design of Information Systems and Services Sales ofcomputer repair Iptek Batara using use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, PrototypeSystem. This research resulted in the design of sales information systems and web-based computerrepair services that berakitan with sales reports, service reports, reports on orders, product data reports.For the design of Sales Information Systems and Computer Repair in Computer Science createdprototype.

Abstract

Guru yang kapasitas sebagai seorang pendidik di lingkungan sekolah peran utama dalam proses belajar mengajar,guru sangat menentukan perkembangan dan kemampuan siswa di bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, lembagapendidikan yang dalam ini merupakan induk kerja dari pada guru, sangat berkepentingan dalam menjaga mutu paraguru dalam proses belajar mengajar. Satu hal yang biasa digunakan untuk menjaga mutu guru adalah denganmelakukan penilaian kinerja dengan membagun sebuah aplikasi system pendukung keputusan , dalam aplikasi inimetode yang digunakan untuk mendukung penilaian proses belajar mengajar adalah Simple Additive Weighting(SAW). Ada empat penilaian disini (1) Kualitas Hasil Kerja (2) Tepat Waktu (3) Prakarsa (4) Kerjasama. Dari hasilpenelitian tersebut bisa membantu guru untuk motifasi dalam pembelajaran

Abstract

Kumpeh Karya Lestari Jambi company is an enterprise which moves in selling venneer standart materialin doing the marketing and selling process using manual way. It means from person to person or from onecompany to another company. In the beginning, this company only produces the product to be sold tolocal area or only in jambi. To enlarge in selling the the product, the writer try to make on line sellingapplication or based on web. Through this aplication, the subscriber can buy the product whithour sellingthe seller face by face the transaction whichis done using website should give the ease to many peopleand the subscriber in having an access to do this, use programming language MySQL and PHP (HipertextPrepocessor). The result from using website in selling is hoped to be able to give the ease in doing theinformation quickly accurately and properly, and also give the ease and security to the subcriber in doingtransaction.

Abstract

PT BPR Universal Sentosa yet have information technology systems performance appraisal computerized to facilitatethe assessment of performance and data processing employees. In the performance appraisal process is done using theperformance appraisal form be paper. To know the development of an assessment of employee performance, Ministryof HRD must recapitulate the results of the assessment of each period using office excel. The authors aim to analyzeand design information systems by implementing the performance appraisal system of performance evaluation ofweb-based information. The framework of this study consisted of a literature review, data collection, data analysis,system development, and report generation. System development method the authors do design use case, activitydiagrams, class diagrams as well as the waterfall model and prototype. Employee performance evaluation informationsystem can perform the performance appraisal process and manage data employees well in order to streamline andstreamline the performance appraisal process and accelerate time and minimize error rates when entering data. Theauthor also expects the system is the development of more and officials who can be responsible in operating thesystem to prevent fraud.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 4 Kota Jambi merupakan salah satu sekolah kejuruan yang ada di provinsi Jambi dengan memiliki 6kompetensi keahlian. Pengelolaan aset pada SMK N 4 Kota Jambi dilakukan secara manual dan menggunakanMicrosoft office excel sehingga kinerja sistem manajemen aset masih belum optimal. Salah satu cara agar pengelolaandapat lebih optimal adalah dengan penggunaan sistem informasi. Penelitian manajemen aset ini dilakukan pada tahapperencanaan aset, pengadaan aset, penerimaan aset dan penempatan aset. Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototypesystem yang menggambarkan fungsional perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan dan penempatan aset pada SMK N 4Kota Jambi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan berorientasi objek menggunakan UML (unified modellinglanguage) yakni use case diagram, class diagram dan activity diagram. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah prototypeyang dapat diimplementasikan lebih lanjut sehingga menghasilkan sistem informasi manajemen aset yang dapatdiimplementasikan pada SMK N 4 Kota Jambi.

Abstract

More advanced information technology has an important role that can be used as tools in all fields it is supported bythe development of the internet is so rapid and increasingly competitive cost Internet access. But the problems thatoccur when no in filters that can lead to healthy Internet abuse, which should be used to help find positiveinformation, can actually open access negative sites. The government can not fully block porn sites, hence the needfor filtering access to the internet which can be filtered or blocked by the proxy server facility. The goal of thisresearch is to build a system that utilizes a proxy server to secure access to information that avoid negativeinformation or that is not good for the school environment. Proxy server service system is one of the reliablealternative in creating a healthy or positive internet access so as to raise the matter with the building services systemthat uses a proxy server Debian 6 Linux Operating System and its use Squid proxy application.

Abstract

Cloud storage memiliki keunggulan dalam hal skalabilitas atau penggunan storage dapat disesuaikan dengankebutuhan dari sisi pengguna itu sendiri, selain itu dari sisi administasi IT dikarenakan semua aktivitas terpusat padaserver, penambahan kapasitas penyimpanan dapat secara cepat, perbaikan sistem dapat dilakukan dengan mudah sertabiaya yang jauh lebih kecil dibadingkan dengan mengganti resources hardware pada banyak tempat. sebuah layananyang mampu menangi kebutuhan akan cloud storage di IAIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi secara efektif danefesien. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan tipe cloud storage relational database system untuk merancanganarsitektur cloud storage pada IAIN STS Jambi. Perancangan yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa arsitektur cloudstorage menggunakan WSDL dalam membuat relational database system memberikan hasil yang baik dan sesuaiuntuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut
