Abstract

The background of this community service activity was the need for continuous instilling of religious values to students so that they could internalize these values properly. The purpose of this community service was to instill religious values into students through Tahsin Al-Qur'an activities where the verses were relevant to science. This activity was carried out online and offline at the Ma'had Al-Jami'ah Dormitory II of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin from February to November 2021. The methods used in this service were assignments, exercises, and lectures. The number of service participants was 41 students of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The Tahsin Al-Qur'an was carried out well. After this activity was carried out, students could read the Qur'an properly and correctly and recognized the verses of the Qur'an that contain science.

Abstract

The problem that occurs in this community service activity is the use of learning media that is less varied. This is because most teachers are less creative in utilizing the objects around them as innovative learning media. Therefore, the solution used to overcome this problem is to carry out workshops on using used goods as learning media in Kindergarten. This activity aims to provide insight and skills to teachers in partner schools to use used materials around them in interesting learning media. This activity was carried out at the Pembina State Kindergarten, East Banjarmasin District, Banjarmasin City. The method used in this activity is the lecture, demonstration and question and answer method. All teachers in the school participated in this activity. This training activity results in teachers gaining knowledge and skills in utilizing used goods in the surrounding environment in interesting and innovative learning media.

Abstract

The objectives of the program "Merdeka Learning Merdeka Campus" are to provide opportunities for students who have an interest in education, to participate in conveying their knowledge, to deepen their understanding of science itself, to participate in efforts to equalize the quality of education and to support the relevance of basic education and education. Secondary education with higher education, and the times. This activity is carried out for approximately 45 days that supports students in implementing the Merdeka Learning program at the Merdeka Campus to be directly involved in the real world. In this activity, students help teachers teach, assist school administrators, and help complete teaching facilities. Then from the results of this experience, the author can conclude that this program is very helpful for teachers or schools, where this program is useful and also beneficial for students.

Abstract

This counselling and demonstration were conducted to analyze the improvement of disaster mitigation abilities in school-age children through the educational game media "UTAS-GANA" in the New Transfer Village, Rantau Badauh District, Batola Regency. The method used in this activity uses lecture and demonstration methods. This activity was held on Monday, March 7, 2021, in the Village of New Transfer, Rantau Badauh District, Batola Regency. The counselling and demonstrations show an increase in disaster mitigation abilities in school-age children. This activity uses media in the form of an educational game UTAS-GANA (snake and ladder-disaster alert). The learning process about disasters will be well recorded in students' long-term memory.

Abstract

In an effort to develop scientific works in the field of History education, it is necessary to increase the ability of teachers as history educators to obtain the latest information related to educational developments. The purpose of this activity is to provide history teachers with comprehensive information and descriptions of scientific publications for disseminating information related to classroom experiences. This activity was attended by 36 history teachers who are members of the subject teacher consultation of history in Samarinda. The limitation faced in this activity is that the implementation of the activity is only for history teachers in Samarinda City. In the future, the training will be further expanded, not only in Samarinda City, but also to history teachers in other areas. The input given by the participants to this activity is the factor of facilities and infrastructure available at the activity site. The activity room is very representative, but its location on the top floor makes some participants tired.
