Abstract

In an era of increasingly intense business competition, it is crucial for companies to understand the factors influencing customer satisfaction and supporting sustainable growth. This study examines the influence of perceived value and service quality on customer satisfaction in the context of digital banks in Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data were collected through questionnaires from 97 digital bank users in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) regions using a simple random sampling technique. The sample includes 54% female and 46% male respondents, with the majority aged between 31-40 years. Data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The analysis results show that perceived value and service quality positively affect customer satisfaction, which can support sustainable growth for companies. Therefore, digital bank companies need to focus on enhancing perceived value and service quality to improve customer satisfaction and ensure sustainable growth. These findings highlight the importance of digital banks focusing on these aspects to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve long-term sustainable growth.

Abstract

In 2023 Shopee will be the marketplace with the most visitors in Indonesia (January-December 2023). In that period Shopee recorded around 2.3 billion visits, far surpassing its competitors. Shopee not only wants to create a better life through technology, but also has a mission to address environmental issues and support environmental sustainability. This research aims to determine price perceptions, product reviews and product appearance on purchasing decisions through trust as an intervening variable, with a focus on Shopee consumers in Pekalongan City. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling technique with 120 respondents who met the criteria. The data analysis technique in this research is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) which is measured through AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) tools or applications. The results of this research show that price perceptions, product reviews, and product appearance significantly influence purchasing decisions through trust as an intervening variable for Shopee consumers in Pekalongan City. These findings emphasize the importance of increasing perceived price appropriateness, obtaining good product reviews, and presenting consumers with an attractive product appearance to strengthen trust and influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of social responsibility (SR), environmental concern (EC), and the use of social media related to environmental issues (SM) on sustainability intention (SI) and sustainable consumption behavior (SBC) among Gen Z (born 1997-2012). Using a cross-sectional design, data from 383 respondents or students in Indonesia were analyzed using the Sobel test to examine mediation pathways. The results indicate that SR, EC, and SM significantly influence SI, which in turn enhances SBC. This research found that sustainability intention plays a strong mediating role between SR, EC, and SM on sustainable consumption behavior. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing social responsibility, environmental concern, and interaction with environmental content on social media to promote sustainable consumption behavior among Gen Z. The limitations of this study include the use of a limited sample and a cross-sectional design. The implications of these findings involve marketing strategies and policies that support sustainability. Future research is recommended to expand the sample, use a longitudinal design, and consider external factors to better understand the dynamics of sustainable consumption behavior.

Abstract

Environmental, social, and governance disclosure are important for corporations to enhance their performance in these areas. In Indonesia, only a few businesses produce sustainability reports. This study seeks to investigate the role of firm size in moderating the influence of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on sustainability performance as measured by ESG disclosures in non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2022. Using the purposive sampling strategy, 61 sample companies were identified. The data was analyzed using the SEM-PLS approach and the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The findings revealed that profitability has insignificant influence but positively on ESG disclosure, whereas liquidity and leverage have a significant effect but negatively on ESG disclosure. Company size was able to moderate by increasing the effect of liquidity and leverage factors on ESG disclosure, but not profitability. The study's findings support stakeholder theory in terms of the company's attempts to develop and publicize its sustainability report.
