Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tourism facilities and service quality on revisit intention through visitor satisfaction in Yogyakarta. Tourism managers in Yogyakarta are faced with the demands of exceeding visitor expectations in order to achieve maximum satisfaction. This research method uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis to test the relationship between the quality of facilities, services, and visitor satisfaction with revisit intention. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to 170 respondents who were visitors to tourist attractions in Yogyakarta, using non-probability purposive sampling techniques. The results of the analysis showed a significant influence between tourism facilities and service quality on revisit intention, where visitor satisfaction functions as an intervening variable. The p-value of 0.027 for tourism facilities and 0.014 for service quality indicates a significant positive influence of both variables on revisit intention. This finding is in accordance with previous studies which emphasize that visitor satisfaction plays an important role in strengthening the relationship between facilities and service quality with revisit intention. This study provides valuable insights for tourism managers to design more effective improvement strategies to improve the attractiveness and quality of tourism in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

In order to encourage sustainable economic growth, the Government is trying to revive the Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises (MSMEs) and Ultra Micro (UMi) sectors, through the Ministry of SOEs. The presence of the UMi program through ultra-micro holding is expected to drive the development of micro-enterprises by providing easier access to financing, reduce poverty levels, improve community welfare, and contribute to sustainable national economic growth. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of holding ultra-micro BRI, Pegadaian, and Reduction of State Capital (Pengurangan Modal Negara/PNM) on financial performance and business sustainability at BRI. The research method used is literature review with a qualitative approach and the data source used is secondary data. The data collection technique is done by means of documentation, namely data collection techniques through written materials published by the institution that is the object of research. The analysis technique is by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the existence of ultra-micro holding had a real impact on increasing BRI's profit, showing the success of the integration strategy in supporting the growth and sustainability of BRI's business in the MSME sector.

Abstract

The implementation of CSR environmental disclosure and the degree of institutional ownership by companies influences the reduction of information asymmetry and increase firm value. The implementation of good CSR environmental disclosure by following regulations and with supervision carried out by existing institutional ownership can increase information transparency which can reduce information asymmetry which ultimately increases investor confidence in a company to increase firm value. This study investigates the relationships among CSR environmental disclosure, institutional ownership levels, firm value, and information asymmetry as a mediating factor. The research utilizes a dataset of 270 observations from companies listed in the LQ45 Index spanning from 2013 to 2022. According to the findings of the PLS analysis, CSR environmental disclosure exerts a direct negative impact on firm value and indirectly affects it through information asymmetry as a mediator. Similarly, institutional ownership does not have a direct negative impact on firm value, but it significantly diminishes firm value through its influence on information asymmetry as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the impact of the BRI Business Cluster Program on micro enterprises growth through a green economy approach at BRI Pasar Kodim Pekanbaru. This research used a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaire surveys and secondary data analysis. The research population is the Business Cluster Program at BRI Pasar Kodim Pekanbaru, with a sample of 13 micro enterprises at Gerai Kembang Setaman. The results of the linear regression analysis show that micro enterprises growth (X) has a significant impact on environmental sustainability (Y) with the regression equation Y=18.058+0.405X. The ANOVA test results show an F value of 15.179 with a p-value of 0.002, indicating that the regression model is significant at a 95% confidence level. The R Square value of 0.580 indicates that 58% of the variability in environmental sustainability is explained by this model. Descriptive analysis shows significant improvements in various aspects of micro enterprises after joining the BRI Business Cluster Program, such as increases in monthly turnover, number of employees, and the use of QRIS/EDC. These findings reflect the program's success in promoting business growth and environmental sustainability through the application of the green economy.
