Abstract

In today's competitive business world, customer satisfaction is one of the main focuses of companies in maintaining their reputation and growth. However, in the midst of efforts to meet customer expectations, things do not always go according to plan. Sometimes, errors or customer dissatisfaction occur in the service process or business transactions. This is what encourages researchers to consider the importance of service recovery in the EV Charging division of PT PLN Haleyora Power Jateng DIY, as an effort to restore customer satisfaction after dissatisfaction or detrimental incidents. Service recovery is a strategy that focuses on how companies respond to and resolve customer complaints or dissatisfaction. However, the success of service recovery is determined not only by how well the company resolves the problem, but also by how those efforts affect the customer's perception of the company as a whole. Therefore, the role of customer trust as an intervening variable is very important in understanding the relationship between service recovery and customer satisfaction. This research uses explanatory research methods with quantitative methods. Explanatory research is research with the aim of finding out whether there is a relationship and influence between the independent variables and the dependent variable. If there is a relationship and influence, then how close is the relationship and influence to the Partial Least Square (PLS) test tool? The research results show the importance of customer trust as an intervening variable in the relationship between service recovery and customer satisfaction because trust plays an important role in moderating customer perceptions of recovery efforts carried out by the company.

Abstract

The sustainability of a pharmaceutical company is determined, in part, by how well its products are known and subsequently purchased by consumers, both loyal and new. In this regard, the role of the Merchandiser Display (MD) in carrying out AVP activities (Availability, Visibility, and Predictability) for products is highly central and strategic. The objective of this article is to understand the strategic importance of the MD's role in enhancing sales through merchandising activities. We employed a qualitative research method involving direct non-participant observation, documentation, and interviews with the Head of Area (HOA) and Team Leader (TL) overseeing 100 MDs from three different pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia. The research findings and discussions revealed that MDs play a strategic role in increasing sales through close monitoring of AVP products, which results in impulse buying and perceived quality. The research results contribute to and benefit pharmaceutical companies by maximizing the role of MDs as a crucial factor in optimizing sales performance and maintaining the company's sustainability.

Abstract

The rise in fraud cases in the banking sector has led to negative market sentiment, which can affect market performance. Prospect Theory highlights how individuals make decisions under conditions of uncertainty. As we know, the development of advanced security features through technological innovation can drive sustainable economic growth, and transparent and reliable security features can help reduce this uncertainty. Therefore, banks must enhance the security features in their savings products. These bank security features include security tokens (hard tokens and soft tokens), Mobile Number Verification (one mobile number registered to one CIF), Safety Mode, cardless accounts (to avoid skimming and card trapping), and biometric validation. The problem is how security features in banking savings products can influence bank marketing in the context of negative market sentiment and Prospect Theory, while also supporting sustainability goals towards Gold Indonesia 2045. To address this issue, this research discusses thematic analysis of interviews to gain in-depth insights into the impact of security features on bank marketing and economic development. This study supports Indonesia's long-term vision by showing how banking security features contribute to the economic stability and growth necessary for achieving the goals set out for 2045.
