Abstract

Population inequality and the unequal distribution of income are indicators of unemployment in Indonesia, while unemployment plays an important role in economic growth. The increase in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) means that the level of public welfare improves in direct proportion to the gross domestic product (GDP) which is used as a measuring tool for economic conditions. School Enrollment Rates (SER) and employment opportunities are also identified as having an effect on economic growth, so it is important to conduct research using the ECM method using time series data for 1990-2019 sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (CSA). Based on the results of data processing, it can be seen that in the short and long term employment opportunities and GDP have a positive effect on unemployment. However, in the long term GDP and SER have no significant negative effect on unemployment.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of knowledge, attitudes, disaster training and self-efficacy of adolescents of Sirnaresmi Village, West Java on disaster preparedness. This study uses the qualitative method with field research in Sirnaresmi. The results showed that there was a simultaneous or shared influence on knowledge, attitudes, disaster training and self-efficacy on disaster preparedness. The results revealed that there is a relationship between the four aspects in influencing disaster preparedness. Training is needed in mitigation as a short-term educational process. It needs to be conducted by using systematic and organized ways and procedures where training participants will learn practical knowledge and skills for specific purposes. By conducting disaster training, an individual will gain knowledge and skills in dealing with disasters so that with the training carried out, knowledge about disasters will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of school partnerships, benefits, supporting factors, and inhibitors associated with the quality of Catholic High School education in Central Kalimantan Province. The study uses a qualitative approach and is conducted on a small scale. The sample consisted of 20 people, namely principals, teachers, parents, alumni desks, school committees, and the government. All information belongs to 5 Catholic Senior high schools in Central Kalimantan Province in Indonesia. All informants agreed to follow the study. Information collected from study participants used semi-structured interviews. The results showed that the synergistic partnership model has not been applied in the scope of Catholic Senior High School educational institutions in Central Kalimantan Province The participation of parents, communities, alumni ties, the government, and industry is very low due to limited access and lack of information about the existence of schools. Exclusive attitude and minder become a factor inhibiting the relationship of partnerships with stakeholders. The emergence of awareness on the part of the school of its limitations captures opportunities to build partnerships with stakeholders.

Abstract

Fund transfers can now be done virtually. Innovations in fund transfers have not only positive but also negative impacts. Legal protection is needed so that there is legal certainty for the community in carrying out fund transfer activities. Law No. 3 of 2011 concerning Funds Transfer is a statutory regulation that was passed to provide such protection. This paper aims to describe the corporate criminal liability in Indonesian law concerning fund transfer. One arrangement that is different from the general provisions of the Criminal Code is related to the subject of criminal law. The Funds Transfer Law expands the subject of criminal law, namely not only humans but also corporations. Unfortunately, the expansion of the subject of criminal law in the Funds Transfer Law is not accompanied by the existence of a new type of crime. The absence of new crimes in the Funds Transfer Law can be used by corporations to not carry out court decisions.

Abstract

To get the concept of developing an effective and efficient fixed broadband network, it is necessary to standardize fixed broadband access network technology. This standardization will facilitate in determining the design and development costs of the overall access network. In this paper, the process of determining the standardization of access networks is discussed through the Fuzzy SWOT MCDM (Multiple Criteria Decision Making) method. The process that is made is by establishing the SWOT access network technology that is available then the ranking process is carried out with fuzzy MCDM algorithm from the results of the questionnaire provided by network experts at PT. Abstract

Skybridge can be considered as a corridor space because it connects one place to another. One of which is the Pandanaran Skybridge which connects the parking building with the Pandanaran souvenir center area in the downtown of Semarang City, Indonesia. This study attempts to analyze the effect of skybridge planning on user behavior with a case study in the Pandanaran Semarang skybridge corridor. The Semarang City Government made these public facilities to cope with traffic flow and the need for parking spaces. This building is fairly new because it was completed in 2020, therefore the Pandanaran Skybridge needs to be reviewed. The study begins by studying the understanding and standards of pedestrian bridges, the factors that affect crossings, physical and non-physical views of buildings, as well as visitor perceptions of Skybridges. The architectural design approach is design recommendations based on user needs and convenience. In conclusion, there are things that need to be improved on the Pandanaran Skybridge along with design recommendations.

Abstract

Inflation is the most important indicator of the economy, and the exchange rate always tries to be lower and stay stable. If the levels are going high and become unstable, that will reflect a general and continuous increase in the prices of goods and services, weakening purchasing power of the population and thereby reducing national income. As a result, the inflation rate must be under control, and the recent growth curve is visible. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect inflation in Indonesia for the 2015-2020 period and uses the Engel Granger (ECM) model error correction test to learn about the effect of variables such as currency supply and demand, interest rates and rate of exchange on inflation. The results conclude that it has a positive and significant effect on the inflation rate in Indonesia. At the same time, the Rupiah money supply is positive and insignificant compared to Indonesia’s inflation rate.
