Abstract

Humans in meeting the needs of their lives need natural resources, in the form of land, water and air, and other natural resources that are included in renewable and non-renewable natural resources. However, it must be realized that the natural resources that humans need have limitations in many ways, namely limitations regarding their availability in quantity and quality. Certain natural resources also have limitations according to space and time. The government needs to take alternative steps to determine the potential and problems in the use of natural resources. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of the government through its policies in managing the environment. This research uses the descriptive analysis method. The results of the study indicate that the creation of a fair and firm environmental law enforcement to manage natural resources and the environment in a sustainable manner with the support of quality human resources, the expansion of the application of environmental ethics, and socio-cultural assimilation are increasingly stable.

Abstract

Adat badamai is one form of dispute resolution commonly carried out by the Banjar people. Adat Badamai is also meant as a result of the process of deliberation in the discussion together with the intention of achieving a decision as a solution to a problem. Adat Badamai is done in order to avoid disputes that can endanger the social order. This study aims to determine the existence of Badamai Customary Law in Banjar Community, Kalimantan. The study was conducted by using socio-legal approach in analyzing the role of modern regulation with the customary practices. results showed that the existence of customary law in South Kalimantan in the Banjar tribe community is a reality that can be found in the people of Banjar people in South Kalimantan, known as the Badamai custom. Adat Badamai is done in order to avoid disputes that can endanger the social order. The Badamai decision produced through the mechanism of deliberation is an alternative effort in finding a way out to solve problems that occur in society. In the Banjar community if there is a dispute between residents or acts of persecution or violation of norms (adat) or fights or traffic violations, then the community tends to resolve in a customary-based manner.

Abstract

Data management is part of information resource management which includes all activities that ensure that company data resources are accurate, up-to-date, and safe from tampering, and are also available to users and the company. This study aims to find out about the role of concept database management in managing large volumes of company data. The result showed that data management activities include data collection, integrity, and testing, storage, maintenance, security, organization, retrieval. Meanwhile, the database structure includes hierarchical database structure, network database structure, and relational database structure.

Abstract

The waste problem has become a global public concern in sustainable development goals (SDGs) through the concept of "zero waste". The uncontrolled waste problem causes environmental quality degradation which then affects the environmental resilience of an area. The application of green business practices in a green startup companies is one of the business development models that supports the goals of a green economy and environmental sustainability. This study aims to find the development of a green startup of “Sampah Muda” in reducing waste problem in Semarang City and to describe the implication of developing a green startup “Sampah Muda” to environmental resilience. The results demonstrate that the development of “Sampah Muda” is carried out by implementing environmental-based business practices through the application of green startup characteristics and based on the right development basis as a determining factor for the startup success factors. Research shows that the development of environmental-based startup "green startup" “Sampah Muda” has positive implications for environmental resilience. Environmental resilience conditions are reflected in the preservation of environmental elements including abiotic, biotic, and socio-cultural from the implementation of environmental ethics in startup activities.

Abstract

Research related to the effect of product turnover on the performance of companies in the industrial sector is still needed to do research and study in depth. This is needed because the developed sector, especially related to product rotation, has an important role in advancing the sustainability of the company. The research methodology in this research is descriptive quantitative using simple linear regression analysis and using SPSS v 23 and Amos v 23 software as a calculation tool through a measurement model using simple Linear Regression at 87 MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate a positive effect of product turnover on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises.

Abstract

Recently, the Government through the Ministry of ATR/BPN launched a plan to adopt digital transformation. In accordance with this goal, there is a new breakthrough in making land certificates, namely electronic land certificates. This study aims to find out the challenges and results achieved in the application of electronic land certificates. The results showed that the transformation from physical certificates to electronic certificates takes time. The land certificate was an implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN No. 1 of 2021 concerning Electronic Certificates. The issuance of electronic certificates could later be done through land registration for the first time for unregistered land. In addition, the change of physical certificates into electronic certificates for registered land can be done voluntarily by the owner by visiting the land office

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of customer relationship management (CRM) capability, business network accessibility (BNA), and value co-creation (VCC) on the improvement of familial distribution network (FDN). In addition, this study also analyzes the influence of customer relationship management (CRM), familial distribution network (FDN), business network accessibility (BNA), and value co-creation (VCC) on improving marketing performance (MP). The results of the study show that the accessibility of the business network has a positive contribution to the strength of the familial distribution network and marketing performance, the strength of the family distribution network has a positive contribution to the marketing performance. In addition, the combination of social networking and customer relationship management provides a great opportunity to enrich customer interactions and provide businesses with a way to manage and measure how they use social networks while successfully attracting social customers.

Abstract

The Sirnaresmi indigenous people are one of the communities that still maintain their traditional culture to this day. In carrying out the rules and customs in the community, Sirnaresmi Village has its own institutional structure. There are several stakeholder institutions that support landslide risk reduction in Sirnaresmi Village. This study aims to determine the socio-cultural life and disaster risk management of the customary community in Sirnaresmi Village, West Java. The result showed that efforts to reduce the risk of landslides in Sirnaresmi Village have been carried out. However, the capacity in Sirnaresmi Village is still insufficient to reduce the risk of landslides. Some possible solutions are disaster risk reduction efforts by community organizing in disaster management through the formation of Disaster Management Community Groups (KMPB) and increasing public knowledge in reducing disaster risk together with experts from the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Sukabumi Regency. The other practical implications were also suggested such as by nurturing local traditions to help reduce disaster risk and involving local leadership roles in disaster risk reduction efforts.

Abstract

This study aims to the influence of employee discipline, learning and supervision on the service performance of public works in Bina Marga office of Ponorogo Regency. The results showed the simultaneous influence of discipline and organizational learning behavior on the performance. The results empirically prove that discipline and organizational learning behavior is highly relevant as a measuring tool with sufficient accuracy to determine the service performance of service employees in the Public Works and Bina Marga Office of Ponorogo Regency. The simultaneous influence of employee discipline with learning behavior of organization on employees in the licensing sector at PU in Ponorogo Regency which has an impact on the performance or performance of public services can be illustrated that Public Works Department employees as a learning organization are not far from the mindset that only senior management can and do all the thinking for the whole institution. The learning behavior of organization challenges all employees to utilize their mental resources and potential, with the hope that every employee in the PU office can build their own community based on the principles of freedom, humanity, and a collective desire to learn. As a managerial implication, it can be said that discipline in the work process at the Ponorogo District Public Works office goes hand in hand with the willingness of employees to increas discipline and organizational learning behavior which are correlated to form service performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of discovery blended learning towards understanding concepts and learning motivation in the material of class VIII human excretion system in SMP Negeri 27 Semarang. This research is an experimental study with a true experimental design type posttest only control group design. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, with each experimental group and the control class. Data was collected using tests, observation sheets, and questionnaire sheets. The results showed that discovery blended learning was effective against the understanding of concepts and learning motivation of VIII grade students in SMP Negeri 27 Semarang which was seen from the percentage of conceptual understanding between the experimental class and the control class, there were significant differences between the average value of the experimental class concept understanding and the control class and the average learning motivation of the experimental classDiscovery Blended Learning, Concept Understanding, Learning Motivation
