Abstract

As the Constitution observes, the purpose of the establishment of the Indonesian state is to achieve dignity and justice. One form of this justice is land rights. Until now, the land law is still a complicated discussion and often raises the pros and cons. This article aims to examine how the concept of land ownership in Indonesia is based on the state constitution. The method used in this research is normative-juridical law research with a descriptive-analytical approach. Under the Constitution, the state is not the owner but the land use and ownership regulator. The state’s function is to regulate the allocation and use of land as regulated in the Basic Agrarian Law (BAL). Thus, the law must be able to minimize the negative excesses of the development of land conflicts by creating the legal norms needed to protect people who may be harmed. The law must be able to control business transactions and economic development without having to leave the function of law to provide a sense of security and justice.

Abstract

The problem of food security has always been an important and urgent concern for Indonesia. The greater uncertainty in food production, greater price volatility, increased demand due to population growth and rising incomes, uncertain climate change, and natural disasters are still latent problems. Strategic, sustainable, and comprehensive efforts that can overcome these challenges must be immediately carried out to ensure the availability of sufficient and equitable food availability. This article reviews the role of Bulog as a state-owned enterprise (SOE) established to ensure the availability and security of domestic food. With the presence of Bulog, it is hoped that food availability will be maintained at any time and place at affordable prices, especially for low-income households. Comprehensive food and agriculture policies that can respond to future challenges must be followed up in the form of policy implications in each sector and the implications of various relevant institutions. The food security system must be created based on efficient food self-sufficiency and optimal levels of buffer stocks. For this reason, the government must provide adequate policy support so that food self-sufficiency can be realized and Bulog can function optimally.

Abstract

Economic growth is closely related to the community's welfare; therefore, economic growth is one of the government's priorities. There are many factors that can affect economic growth. This study analyzes the effect of inflation, exports, and employment on the economic growth of Central Java Province from 1994-2019. The error correction model (ECM) with E-views 10 software is used. The test results show that the inflation variable significantly affects economic growth in the long and short term. In contrast, export variables do not affect long-term and short-term economic growth. The variables of the working population also do not affect economic growth in the long and short term. This research uses secondary data. Secondary data has a weakness; namely, the results of the study may not be able to answer the question. In addition, research results are only oriented to the value and amount of data processing. The study suggests that the government build and develop regional exports with long-term economic growth. It is also recommended that future studies take other variables to add insight related to economic growth in Central Java.

The research population is all users of the Go-Jek application in Semarang City, with the criteria of at least 2 purchases through the Go-Jek application and a minimum age of 17 years. The sample of this research was 100 respondents through purposive sampling. The hypothesis testing was conducted by using Linear Regression with Partial Least Square (PLS)-based SEM tools. The results showed that experiential marketing and perceived price positively and significantly affect purchase decisions. In contrast, brand image and trust do not significantly affect the purchase decision. It confirms that purchasing decisions are influenced by experiential marketing and perceived reputable prices in customers of the Gojek super-app. The results highlight the importance of experiential marketing as a sales strategy that provides customers with a unique, good and memorable emotional understanding. A practical suggestion would imply that paying attention to this variable is more likely to improve customer purchasing decisions on the Go-jek application.
