Ekonomi perilaku: Model perilaku biasanya mengintegrasikan wawasan dari psikologi, ilmu saraf, dan teori ekonomi mikro. Studi ekonomi perilaku mencakup bagaimana keputusan pasar dibuat dan mekanisme yang mendorong pilihan publik. Perilaku kewirausahaan: teori kontemporer pengambilan keputusan kewirausahaan - neoklasik, dan Austria. Perdagangan internasional: Kebijakan dan teori perdagangan internasional, rezim perdagangan multilateral Ekonomi pertanian: mencakup ekonomi pertanian dalam arti luas, mulai dari konsumsi pangan dan nutrisi hingga tata guna lahan dan lingkungan, pada setiap skala analisis dari rumah tangga hingga pasar dan ekonomi makro ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and see the influence of factors influencing students’ achievement of Economical Faculty of Padang State University. This study was explorative study. The population was all of students majoring in S1 Economical Faculty of Padang State University; the total was 1546 students. In taking the sample, it was used the proportional random sampling with the total sample was 318 students. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis, factorial analysis, and regression analysis and the hypothesis was analyzed by using T-test. The result showed that (1) there were eight factors influence the students’ achievement such as (a) teaching quality factors included lecturers’ creativity, lecturers’ understanding, facilities, learning references, and learning atmosphere in campus; (b) independency factors included competitive atmosphere, taking initiative, teamwork, and study preparation; (c) internal condition factors included living atmosphere, family relationship, and parents’ attention; (d) ethic factors included learning motivation, learning effort, and ability to solve the problems; (e) concentration variables included physic condition, tiredness, and learning variables; (f) eating habit and achievement factors  include eating and achievement to be succeed; (g) supplement factors included learning atmosphere, financial condition and participation in learning; (h) caring factors include how the parents treated the children. (2) the regression showed that the eating habit, achievement to be succeed and caring variables were not significantly influence toward students achievement. Key Word :  Internal factor, external factor and learning achievement

Abstract

This study aims to determine which sub-sectors have the potential and advantages of each regency/municipality in West Sumatra using LQ and shift share analysis. The results of the LQ and shift share analysis obtained 4 regional groups, namely the first group there is 11 region that has fast manufacturing growth; the second group, there is 3 region that has deep growth in the manufacturing but still has the potential to be developed; the third group is 1 municipality which has deep growth but developing industrial sector growth; the fourth group has 4 region depressed regions with weak competitiveness and also the contribution of the province of West Sumatra is low. From the results of the two analyzes, the government can focus more on providing guidance to manufacturing entrepreneurs, including those in potential, developing, and depressed regions.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam penyediaan air bersih untuk penduduk miskin di Kota Padang selama ini adalah dengan penyediaan air bersih melalui infrastruktur hidran umum. Model penyediaan yang dikembangkan adalah Community-Public Partnership, dimana infrastruktur disediakan dan dibangun oleh Departemen Pekerjaan Umum Dirjen Cipta Karya dan kemudian diserahkan kepada pihak PDAM Kota Padang untuk men-supply air bersihnya, sedangkan pengelolaan dan pemeliharaannya diserahkan kepada masyarakat/penduduk miskin secara berkelompok sebagai penguna, model ini sudah dikembangkan di Kota Padang sejak tahun 1974. Data Tahun 2006 mengambarkan tentang pengunaan hidran umum di Kota Padang yaitu 287 unit (52,6%) masih berfungsi dan 259 unit (47,4%) sudah tidak berfungsi lagi. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa fasilitas yang dibangun pemerintah tersebut tidak dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik sehingga tujuan utama pemerintah untuk meningkatkan akses rumah tangga miskin terhadap air bersih tidak tercapai. Kenyataannya, model ini hanya membantu kelompok masyarakat miskin untuk mendapatkan air bersih dalam waktu jangka pendek saja dan banyak hidran umum yang diputus atau tidak beroperasi setelah beberapa tahun berjalan. Dalam paper ini Saya mengurai permasalahan pengelolaan air bersih melalui hidran umum untuk masyarakat miskin di Kota Padang dan pada akhir tulisan ini Saya menyumbangkan gagasan penguatan dan pengembangan kelembagaan lokal dalam pengelolaan air bersih hidran umum di Kota Padang melalui 2 (dua) pilar yaitu pertama, usaha penguatan kelembagaan untuk peningkatan akses rumah tangga miskin terhadap air bersih hidran umum, dan kedua, mengembangkan usaha ekonomi berbasiskan air bersih bagi rumah tangga miskin yang mendapat layanan air bersih hidran umum dari PDAM Kota Padang

Abstract

This paper purpose to seek government intervention in economic which is debated in some parties especially entrepreneur. Some of them desire for government intervention and the rest wishes economic runs without intervention. Government intervention becomes the central point in developing countries. In fact, over intervention generate economic distortion. Government role on development and increasing economic growth is the key to welfare. This paper presence classic economic theory that addresses the importances of government intervention in economic and development. It suggests that government intervention gives impact to “bad” economic actors and public sectors will be protected.

Abstract

 ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas, kedisiplinan, kompensasi dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PDAM kota Padang yang berjumlah 165 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 117 orang karyawan. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk penelitian berupa angket tertutup. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas, kedisiplinan, kompensasi dan komunikasi interpersonal secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM kota Padang digunakan analisa uji t dan uji F. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa (1) kreativitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM kota Padang karena thitung  (2,331) > ttabel (1,65857); (2) kedisiplinan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM kota Padang karena thitung  (8,221) > ttabel (1,65857); (3) kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM kota Padang thitung  (3,429) > ttabel (1,65857); (4) komunikasi interpersonal secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM kota Padang karena thitung  (3,869) > ttabel (1,65857); (5) kreativitas, kedisiplinan, kompensasi dan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM kota Padang karena Fhitung (69,717) > dari Ftabel (2,86). Besarnya sumbangan variabel kreativitas, kedisiplinan, kompensasi dan komunikasi interpersonal secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM kota Padang yaitu 71,3% dan sisanya 28,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

AbstrakPerpindahan merek merupakan salah satu objek yang menarik untuk diteliti. Perusahaan perlu mengetahui apa saja yang memotivasi masyarakat untuk beralih menggunakan produk pesaing. Terutama di jasa telekomunikasi yang berbasis seluler dengan memunculkan berbagai kartu seluler Indonesia. Kartu seluler termasuk kategori low involvement yang mana produk tersebut  tidak terlalu beresiko bagi konsumen maka dengan mudah bagi konsumen berpindah merek jika konsumen tidak puas maka konsumen akan mencari informasi dan evaluasi  terhadap berbagai alternatif  lain dari merek yang digunakan sebelumnya.Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk menguji model perilaku berpindah merek pada produk kartu seluler. Model ini menekankan pada pengaruh dari ketidakpuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikan 0,041< alpha 0,05 sehingga keputusannya ketidakpuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku perpindahan merek sim card simpati di kota padang artinya hipotesis pertama diterima, kebutuhan mencari variasi nilai signifikan 0,000 < alpha 0,05 sehingga keputusannya kebutuhan mencari variasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku perpindahan merek sim card simpati di kota padang artinya hipotesis ke dua diterima  dan  uji signifikan simultan menghasilkan nilai F hitung sebesar 21,343 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 kecil dari sig < 0,05 dapat dikatakan ketidakpuasan dan kebutuhan mencari variasi secara bersama sama berpengaruh terhadap memprediksi perilaku perpindahan merek sim card simpati dikota padang artinya hipotesis  ketiga diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian dapat diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning readiness and classroom climate on students’ activeness both partially and simultaneously. This is quantitative research. The study was conducted at Universitas Indraprasta PGRI, involving 194 students as participants. The data were collected through documentation and online questionnaires using Google form. The results showed that multiple regression analysis was Y = 14.607 + 0,796X1 + 0,344X2. Partially, (t-test) for variable readiness to learn about student learning activeness obtained tcount> 6.132 ttable 0.000 1.9724 with a significance value < 0.005 (Ha accepted) and for classroom climate variables on student learning activeness obtained tcount 4.242 > ttable 1.9724 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.005 (Ha accepted). While simultaneously, (F test) obtained F value of Fcount 49.674> Ftable 3.04 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005 (Ha accepted). Therefore, this research reveals several suggestions: (1) students need to prepare themselves well before attending lectures; (2) students need to create a conducive atmosphere for lectures, by building cooperation and solidarity with other classmates; and (3) lecturers provide the broadest possible space for students to express their ideas and thoughts related to learning material.

Abstract

Artikel ini dimaksudkan untuk mengungkapkan sejauh mana (1) pengaruh komitmen kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru IPS di SMAN Kabupaten Padang Pariman. (2) Hal ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin guru IPS di SMAN Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang terdiri dari dua variabel independen dan satu variabel dependen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 132 guru IPS. Dalam mengambil sampel, peneliti menggunakan proporsional stratified random sampling, dan terpilih 99 guru sebagai sampel penelitian ini. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data, dan menganalisa data dengan menggunakan analisis jalur jalan dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F pada tingkat signifikan 0,05 dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 17.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the readiness of economics teachers to face online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method. The research was conducted at Public Senior High Schools in East Belitung Regency involving 15 teachers spread across 5 schools. The data collection technique in this study used a survey technique with the Guttman scale. The data analysis technique used in this study was to calculate the percentage of data from each indicator, then the data from the percentage score was interpreted and each indicator was analyzed in depth. The results of this study indicate that the readiness of economic teachers to face online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic as a whole is in the ready category, which is 55.60%, but when viewed from the eight indicators for indicators of teacher ability in planning and designing online learning designs and the ability to manage the learning system online, the teachers are not ready yet. Therefore, evaluation is still needed to improve teacher readiness in order to make online learning effective.    Keywords: Economics Teachers’ Readiness, Online Learning, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of brand authentic, brand self-congruence, and brand love on brand engagement of tourist destinations in West Sumatra. The research population is all tourists who have visited West Sumatra tourist destinations in the last 5 years. The sample was collected using a simple random sampling technique and the questionnaire distributed to 585 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) brand authenticity had a positive and significant effect on destination brand engagement. (2) brand self-congruence has a positive and significant effect on destination brand engagement, (3) brand love has a positive and significant effect on destination brand engagement.
