Economica: Journal Of Economic And Economic Education, sebuah jurnal internasional elektronik, menyediakan forum untuk menerbitkan artikel penelitian asli, artikel ulasan dari pakar yang diundang, dan berita teknologi baru yang terkait dengan Riset ekonomi dan Riset pendidikan ekonomi. Jurnal ini dirancang dan dikhususkan untuk dosen, peneliti, guru ekonomi sekolah, pendidik guru, mahasiswa (S1, S2 dan S3) yang ingin mempublikasikan laporan penelitiannya baik lokal maupun internasional. Fokus dan Ruang Lingkup Teori Ekonomi Teori Ekonometrika: penerapan metode statistik pada data ekonomi untuk memberikan konten empiris pada hubungan ekonomi Ekonomi Lingkungan dan Sumber Daya Alam: alat ekonomi untuk mengevaluasi alokasi dan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam dan pengelolaan lingkungan alam, mengatasi masalah lingkungan dan sumber daya alam, memprediksi kemungkinan dampak dari kebijakan dan peraturan pemerintah, dan merancang solusi untuk menekan masalah ekonomi dan lingkungan. Ekonomi perilaku: Model perilaku biasanya mengintegrasikan wawasan dari psikologi, ilmu saraf, dan teori ekonomi mikro. Studi ekonomi perilaku mencakup bagaimana keputusan pasar dibuat dan mekanisme yang mendorong pilihan publik. Perilaku kewirausahaan: teori kontemporer pengambilan keputusan kewirausahaan - neoklasik, dan Austria. Perdagangan internasional: Kebijakan dan teori perdagangan internasional, rezim perdagangan multilateral Ekonomi pertanian: mencakup ekonomi pertanian dalam arti luas, mulai dari konsumsi pangan dan nutrisi hingga tata guna lahan dan lingkungan, pada setiap skala analisis dari rumah tangga hingga pasar dan ekonomi makro ekonomi.

This study concuted at SMA Negeri 5 Kabupaten Tangerang. The porpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the application of the project based learning model of learning to improve the ability to think creatively and self efficacy. This study uses a Non-euivalent control group desgin hich is one of the research design that is part of a quasi experimental and data collection technique in form of tests, questionnaires, observation sheets, and documents. Samples were taken using the convenience sampling technique so that selected tenth grade IPS. The result of the calculation prove there is a significant difference and an increase between the ability of creative thinking and self efficacy of students who apply the project based learning with the creative thinking abilities of students ho apply conventional learning models in cooperative economic subjects. Based on the result of research usung the t-test then the results of testing the questionnaire with the average value that it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between students creative thinking abilities applying conventional learning models and increasing self efficacy of class students experiments that apply the project based learning model of learning in cooperative economic subjects.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian pemasaran SMK Negeri Bisnis dan Manajemen Kota Padang. (2) pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian pemasaran SMK Negeri Bisnis dan Manajemen Kota Padang . (3) pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap minat berwirausahan siswa pemasaran SMK Negeri Bisnis dan Manajemen Kota Padang.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII kompetensikeahlianpemasaranSMK Negeri Bisnis dan Manajemen Kota Padang, berjumlah 137 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel dengan proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 102 orang. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis induktif: uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresiberganda.Hasil penelitian : (1) pengetahuan kewirausahaan, dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian pemasaran SMK Negeri Bisnis dan Manajemen Kota Padang . (2) pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian pemasaran SMK Negeri Bisnis dan Manajemen Kota Padang. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a severe impact on the health, economic, transportation, and other industrial crises. The implementation of the lockdown or PSBB has affected the operations of various economic sectors. The purpose of this research is to describe the concept of Quadruple Helix collaboration as part of the collaboration and synergy initiative between multi actors to help find solutions as an effort to recover the national economy after COVID-19 in implementing government policies. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method using secondary data from various literature sources, such as books, articles, the home page, to access information data relevant to the Quadruple Helix collaboration concept, namely government, academia, company, and society. Research result. The analysis technique was carried out by descriptive analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the Quadruple Helix collaboration concept is a solution for national economic recovery, which can refer to the structure, process, input, and output

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan dan menganalisa: 1) Kontribusi motivasi berprestasi terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang, 2) Kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang, 3) Kontribusi motivasi berprestasi dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 129 orang guru SMA Negeri Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang yang berstatus sebagai guru PNS, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Stratified Proportional Random Sampling yaitu diperoleh sebanyak 58 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul itu kemudian dianalisis secara statistik dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regresi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kontribusi motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang sebesar 12,20 %, 2) Kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang sebesar 10,50%, 3) Secara bersama sama (simultan) motivasi berprestasi dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berkontribusi terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang sebesar 18,40 % dan sisanya 81,60 % ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dikaji di dalam penelitian ini. Disarankan agar dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru, dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan motivasi berprestasi dalam bekerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. .Keywords: Motivasi Berprestasi, Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, dan Kinerja Guru.

This study describes the use of the Balanced Scorecard as a measure of hospital performance. The formulation of the problem is how the performance of Yos Sudarso Hospital when assessed by a financial perspective. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Yos Sudarso Hospital when assessed by a financial perspective. This research was conducted at the Yos Sudarso Hospital Padang in November 2003 to January 2004. Types of data collected is primary data in the form of interviews with the hospitals and secondary data from a general overview of the company, the income statement of 2000 to 2002, the balance sheet of 2000 to 2002 and other documents that support. Techniques of data collection are interview and observation techniques. While the data analysis techniques used in the financial perspective is ROI, ROA, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Receivables Turnover, Average Collection Period, Asset Turnover. The results of this study are as follows: Hospital Performance ODOT Padang is the first ROI in 2002 increased 1% respectively from 2000 and 2001, ROA from 2001 to 2002 did not increase, current ratio in 2002 decreased their respectively (5.60%) and (16.60%), Quick Ratio at the end of 2002 compared with the end of 2001 and 2000 also decreased respectively (5.90%) and (17.90%), Average collection In 2002 the time period it takes to collect receivables is 10 days results decreased compared to 2001 and 2000 respectively was 3 days and 4 days, Asset turnover in 2002 was 1.67 times also decreased each is equal to (0.16) times and (0.56) times.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio likuiditas, leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap return saham pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Penelitian ini bersifat explanation research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sumber data yaitu data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) current ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham; (2) debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham; (3) return on equity berpengaruh terhadap return saham.

AbstrakPokok persoalan yang diteliti pada skripsi ini adalah apakah motivasi memasuki dunia kerja dan pengalaman praktek kerja industri berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi kerja siswa SMK Muhammadiyah I Padang.Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan uji signifikan menggunakan uji t dan uji F sedangkan uji asumsiklasik menggunakan uji Normalitas, uji Heterokedastisitas dan uji Multikolonieritas.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa,: Motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kompetensi kerja siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien motivasi memasuki dunia kerja sebesar 0,325. Praktik kerja industri berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kompetensi kerja siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien pengalaman praktik kerja industri sebesar 0,435. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi memasuki dunia kerja dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kompetensi kerja siswa.Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah dorongan dari pihak sekolah dan orang tua memotivasi siswa perlu lebih ditingkatkan agar motivasi siswa memasuki dunia usaha lebih tinggi. Pihak sekolah agar mengoptimalkan pengelolaan waktu dan biaya praktik kerja industri siswa supaya tercapainya salah satu tujuan dari praktik kerja industri adalh efisiensi proses pendidikan .

With the end of the era of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), thoughts have arisen to re-search for internationally agreed development goals. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are one of them. In this research, sustainable development is described as a balance of economic, social and environmental development. Sustainable development achievements are measured using a partial approach between indicators. The development indicators partially indicate progress in the economic and social fields. But progress in both fields seems to put pressure on the environment. The Sustainable Development Index (IPB), which is a composite of the GRDP, IPM and IKLH also gives the same message. By using multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that the human development index has the most influence on sustainable development in West Sumatra with a coefficient of 0.792.

AbstractThis research was aimed at finding the effect of using the ‘Power Point ‘media to the result of the learning the students’ learning result in the subject of Economy. The research was a quasi-experiment whose population was grade XI IPS students of 2014 Economic Education STKIP PGRI SUMBAR. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling. The Sample is Student 2014 F Economic Education STKIP PGRI SUMBAR. The data of the research consisted of two kinds : primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed by using a descriptive method. In the descriptive analysis techniques are the learning outcomes of students who achieve mastery of 75% and which did not achieve mastery of 25%. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap mahasiswa yang diajarkan dengan media power point memiliki hasil belajar lebih tinggi. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa 2014 pendidikan ekonomi STKIP PGRI SUMBAR. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive Sampling. Sampel adalah mahasiswa 2014 F pendidikan ekonomi STKIP PGRI SUMBAR. Jenis data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik analisis data adalah deskriptif. Pada teknik analisis deskriftif terdapat hasil belajar mahasiswa yang mencapai ketuntasan sebesar 75% dan yang tidak mencapai ketuntasan sebesar 25 %.

This study aims to analyze factors or inputs that affect the number of graduates of private high schools in Jambi City and measure the level of technical efficiency of private high schools in Jambi City. The results showed that the factors or inputs that influenced the number of private high school graduates in Jambi city from 2015-2019 were students and classrooms. While the factors or inputs that do not affect the number of graduates are study groups, teachers, administrative personnel and support rooms. The technical efficiency level of 27 private high schools in Jambi city from 2015-2019, the highest in 2015 reached 0,78 = 78%, the lowest figure occurred in 2019 only 0,27 = 27% and the average only reached0,49 = 49%, this explains that the efficiency of managing private high schools in Jambi city has not been efficient. The results of the study recommended that private high schools in Jambi city be technically efficient by optimizing the achievement of graduate competencies consisting of qualification criteria of learners' abilities that are expected to be achieved after completing their studies in the secondary education unit and the addition of classrooms is necessary to create a comfortable and disciplined learning atmosphere, orderly, anti-smoking and drugs, harmony between teachers, students and parents and maintain optimal conditions in the learning process.
