Studi ekonomi perilaku mencakup bagaimana keputusan pasar dibuat dan mekanisme yang mendorong pilihan publik. Perilaku kewirausahaan: teori kontemporer pengambilan keputusan kewirausahaan - neoklasik, dan Austria. Perdagangan internasional: Kebijakan dan teori perdagangan internasional, rezim perdagangan multilateral Ekonomi pertanian: mencakup ekonomi pertanian dalam arti luas, mulai dari konsumsi pangan dan nutrisi hingga tata guna lahan dan lingkungan, pada setiap skala analisis dari rumah tangga hingga pasar dan ekonomi makro ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the existence of young generation in the development of creative economy in Lamongan regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative design with survey research approach. The subjects of the study were self-employed entrepreneurs who tend to be economic actors in Lamongan regency with population 260,273 people and taken sample of 205 people with Purposive Sampling technique. Instrument data in the form of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results concluded that 19.4% of the population of Lamongan District is active as economic actors with various efforts. Based on the results of data analysis is known that 16.6% is the creative economy. While based on data from all subjects of the study, it is known that the young generation who become creative economic players as much as 9.3% of the total number of respondents. Based on the results of the research shows that there are 10 subsectors of creative economy that have been developed by the community. Overall, the involvement of the younger generation in business activities in the creative economy is still relatively small when compared with other sectors. However, when compared with fellow creative economy actors, the younger generation is more dominant. This is based on the results of data analysis showing the young generation involved in the creative economy as much as 55.9%. While the creative economic actors aged over 35 years as much as 44.1%.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the difference of learning points by using the cooperative learning models between Think Pair Share (TPS) and Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) types of the XI-grade students of IPS SMAN 11 Padang. It is an experimental research. The population of this research is all XI-grade students of IPS SMAN 11 Padang, who were registered in the year 2013-2014. Two samples were selected by using the technique of Purposive Sampling method. The data of this research is primary data, and the data analyses are descriptive and inductive, conducted through t-test by first making tests of normality and homogeneity of both sample variants. Based on the data analyses, it is obtained that the learning points for the experimental class 1 is 76.80 and the experimental class 2 is 65.64 on the average, meaning that Sig 0.018 is smaller than α = 0.05. From the hypothesis tests, tcalc.is 2.444 and ttable is 1.67, so that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is the difference between TPS and STAD. From the results, it is expected that this could provide a solution for the problem of lowering learning points especially in economics subject. Finally, for improving the learning points of economical students, it is suggested for teachers to consider the learning models from Think Pair Share TPS and STAD.

Abstract

The 4.0 industrial revolution causes disruption or disruption not only in the field of business models, but also the labour market in the next five years with enormous changes. Abstract

AbstrakPertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia dalam periode perencanaan tahun 2013 diperkirakan akan tumbuh sebesar 6,3% s/d 6,8%. Meningkatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional terutama di dorong oleh semakin membaiknya kinerja balance of payment terutama mulai membaiknya eksport yang selama krisis global mengalami penurunan yang lambat (slowdown). Pertumbuhan ekonomi Sumatera  Barat yang terus membaik (recovery), tahun 2012 telah mencapai 6,35% keadaan ini sudah mendekati sebelum keadaan krisis. Sehingga jika  dibandingkan dengan target laju pertumbuhan yang ditetapkan dalam RPJM II Sumatera Barat untuk tahun 2014 adalah sebesar 7,12%, optimis akan tercapai dengan baik. Namun, jika harga komoditi ekspor dunia masih belum membaik justru membuat pertumbuhan menjadi melambat di tahun 2014.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low financial literacy in Indonesia. The research objective was to determine the factors that affect the level of financial literacy. The research subjects were teachers of productive majors at SMK in Padang City. Productive teacher financial literacy was measured by a questionnaire. The Feasibility Test of the Regression Model is determined by the Hosmer and Lemeshow's Goodness of Fit Test, Overall Model Fit. The research hypothesis was tested using binary logistic regression. The results showed that: gender factors, age, and length of work had a significant effect on financial literacy, while education and income factors did not affect the financial literacy of teachers in productive majors in SMK Se Padang City.Keywords: Financial Literacy, Gender, Age, Length of Work, Education Level, Income Level

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang listing di BEI tahun 2012-2014. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 21 perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri dasar dan kimia tahun 2012-2014. Variabel yang digunakan adalah dewan direksi, dewan komisaris, Corporate Social Responsibility, dan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel independen, sedangkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran dewan direksi, ukuran komisaris dan Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, hanya ukuran perusahaan yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Pengaruh media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI di SMA Adabiah 2 Padang, 2) Pengaruh konsep diri terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI di SMA Adabiah 2 Padang, 3) Pengaruh cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI di SMA Adabiah 2 Padang, 4) Pengaruh media pembelajaran, konsep diri dan cara belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi siswa kelas XI di SMA Adabiah 2 Padang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama media pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI SMA Adabiah  2 Padang. Dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,341, nilai koefisien ini signifikan karena nilai thitung 3,239 > ttabel sebesar 1,663. Artinya apabila media pembelajaran meningkat sebesar setiap satuan. Maka hasil belajar akan meningkat sebesar 0,341 satuan. Kedua konsep diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI SMA Adabiah  2 Padang. Dimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien sebesar 0,310. Nilai koefisien ini signifikan karena nilai thitung 5,034 > ttabel 1,663. Artinya, apabila konsep diri meningkat, maka hasil belajar akan meningkat sebesar 0,310 dalam setiap satuannya. Ketiga cara belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI SMA Adabiah  2 Padang. Dimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien sebesar 0,480. Nilai koefisien ini signifikan karena nilai thitung, 4,949 > ttabel sebesar 1,663. Artinya, apabila cara belajar meningkat, maka hasil belajar akan meningkat sebesar 0,480 dalam setiap satuannya. Keempat media pembelajran, konsep diri dan cara Belajar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI SMA Adabiah  2 Padang. Dimana diperoleh nilai Fhitung 100,460 > Ftabel 2,32 dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 <  = 0,05. Hal ini berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze: 1) the effect of household consumption, private investment, and development spending revenue to the regional economy, 2) the effect of private investment, construction spending, employment and regional economy on local income. This study is an exploration studies conducted throughout the Kabupaten/Kota is as much as 19 districts / cities in West Sumatra province. Years of the study period was 2005 to 2009 (5 years).The study found that: 1) household consumption, private investment, and development spending revenue simultaneously or partially significant effect on the regional economy regencies / cities in West Sumatra province. The higher the level of household consumption of a region, the allocation of development spending is high, the amount of private investment that invested in the area and the higher revenues will be able to improve the condition of the local economy. 2) Private investment, construction spending, employment and regional economy simultaneously and partially significant effect on revenue Kabupaten/Kota in West Sumatra province. A growing number of private parties to invest in the area, the size of the allocation of development funds for various public sector facilities, the more labor is absorbed by the sector of the economy will be able to increase local income. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) Pengaruh konsumsi rumah tangga, investasi swasta, belanja pembangunan dan pendapatan asli daerah terhadap perekonomian daerah, 2) Pengaruh investasi swasta, belanja pembangunan, tenaga kerja dan perekonomian daerah terhadap pendapatan asli daerah.

Abstract

The present study focused on an investigative issue in which Economic teachers’ performances in Tasikmalaya should be enhanced through the implementation of academic supervision and work culture conduciveness. Grounded in quantitative paradigm, this study utilised survey as the research method. This study involved 29 Economic teachers in Tasikmalaya as the research participants collected through interview, observation, document analysis and administering questionnaires. They were analysed quantitatively by deploying t-test and f-test. The results designated that academic supervision and work culture significantly affected Economic teachers in Tasikmalaya. Besides, academic supervision and work culture dominated the influence of Economic teachers’ teaching performances.

Abstract

AbstrakUsaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu komponen pelaku usaha yang mempunyai sumbangan cukup besar dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan di Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu keberadaan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat khususnya masyarakat dengan kemampuan ekonomi dan keterampilan yang terbatas sebagai sarana untuk mendapatkan  penghasilan, dan mengembangkan potensi atau keterampilan yang mereka miliki. Salah satu jenis usaha UMKM yang memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian masyarakat di Sumatera  Barat adalah agribisnis karena di daerah ini sector pertanian mempunyai kontribusi terbesar dengan rata-rata kontribusi  23,81% dari PDRB selama periode tahun 2018-2012. Perkembangan agribisnis tentunya juga akan dapat mendorong peningkatan pendapatan petani. Dalam menjalankan usahanya seringkali  UMKM mengalami berbagai kesulitan dan hambatan, diantaranya adalah masalah pemasaran, permodalan, dan pengelolaan. Sekitar 57% usaha mikro dan kecil di Indonesia mengalami kesulitan dalam menjalankan usahanya, dengan kesulitan utama yang dihadapi adalah kesulitan permodalan yaitu sebesar 31,11%, kesulitan bahan baku sebesar 24,80%, dan kesulitan pemasaran sebesar 24,60% (BPS Indonesia, 2010). Salah satu sumber pembiayaan yang dapat membantu UMKM dalam mengatasi masalah permodalan adalah BPRS. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa peran BPRS dalam pengembangan usaha UMKM pada umumnya dan agribisnis pedesaan khususnya di wilayah Sumatera Barat
