Abstract

This study aims to (1) Know the conditions minimarket in Padang, (a) Size minimarket (b) Number of employees minimarket and (2) Determine the distribution pattern minimarket in Padang. This paper research is a descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all minimarket in Padang totaling 142 minimarket. With data collection techniques directly into the field. Anailisis spatial data is done by a technique that is the nearest neighbor analysis and descriptive analysis with the calculation of percentages. The results showed that (1) Spread minimarket in the city of Padang, where there are 11 districts in the city of Padang there is one sub-district that does not have the minimarket, Bungus Teluk Kabung sackclo districts. Then it is also known that the category minimarket broad based with most major categories are in the Eastern District of Padang as much as 9 minimarket or 42.86%. While the minimarket by category of employees with most major categories in the District that is as much as 6 minimarket or 60%. (2) Distribution minimartket in Padang is not random pattern, but the pattern is clusters (cluster).Key Words: mapping, minimarket, Average Nearest Neighbor Summary

Abstract

Lingkungan merupakan aspek penting untuk diperhatikan terutama pada kawasan berfungsi lindung, tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) mengetahui ketersediaan vegetasi pada daerah tangkapan air Danau Maninjau tahun 2004, 2008 dan 2013, 2) Zonasi dan ketersediaan  vegetasi pada kawasan fungsi lindung, lindung sempadan sungai, lindung sempadan danau dan lindung hidrologis, daerah tangkapan air Danau Maninjau, 3) Mengetahui akurasi citra Landsat dalam analisis vegetasi. Metode dalam penelitian  menggunakan  data  peta  citra  satelit Landsat TM5 tahun 2004 dan 2008serta Landsat OLI8 2013, citra SRTM, peta administrasi, peta curah hujan, peta jenis tanah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan penginderaan jauh tranformasi NDVI normalized difference vegetation index, scoring berdasarkan SK Menteri kehutanan Nomor 837/Kpts/Um/11/80 dan buffer untuk penentuan peruntukan kawasan lindung, uji akurasi citra dengan metode confusion matrix. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh ketersediaan vegetasi pada daerah tangkapan air mengalami penurunan disetiap tahunnya meski demikian vegetasi sangat rapat tetap mendominasi pada tahun 2004 dengan luas 8922.35 Ha, 2008 dengan luas 8180.33 dan tahun 2013 dengan luas 5355.52. Zonasi kawasan lindung diperoleh berdasarkan overlay peta dan skoring. Penurunan vegetasi pada fungsi kawasan lindung, lindung sempadan sungai, lindung  sempadan danau lindung hidrologis, dan daerah tangkapan air, terjadi disetiap tahunnya. Kawasan ini mengalami kerusakan lingkungan dengan menurunnya jumlah populasi vegetasi yang ditampilkan dari nilai NDVI analisis citra dalam mengidentifikasi vegetasi. Hasil uji akurasi confusion matrix  hasil analisis NDVI dengan data lapangan, diperoleh akurasi 79,73%.

Abstract

This study aims to study and analyze changes in ozone concentration and its influence with the phenomenon of forest fires in the Sumtra region and see the distribution of ozone concentrations according to latitude zones of the Sumatra region. With the observation method using AIRS satellite data and utilizing the Giovvani System web tool to calculate ozone concentrations every month from January-September. the results showed a significant decrease in stratospheric ozone concentrations in September following the increase in CO during severe forest fires. Abnormal circumstances occur where ozone concentrations decrease significantly in August and September, occurring with a concentration range of 19 to 26 DU from the highest average in May. The effect of forest and land fires is also condemned by the distribution of CO in September which increased by 119 ppbv compared to January to July CO concentrations ranged from 75 to 85 ppbv. A quite different pattern occurred in August and September where ozone concentrations decreased in zone 2 LS-2 LU which is a zone of forest fires in September.

Abstract

Banjir merupakan fenomena bencana alam yang frekuensi terus meningkat. Pertumbuhan penduduk yang terus meningkat dan ketidaksempurnaan dalam perencanaan wilayah, seperti kurangnya pertimbangan faktor lingkungan dalam perencanaan. Data spasial distribusi genangan setelah kejadian banjir menjadi sumber data penting dalam evaluasi mitigasi banjir dan analisis bahaya serta penilaian risiko banjir. Dengan meningkatnya ketersediaan data SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) temporal dan spasial, memungkinkan untuk melakukan pemetaan wilayah genangan banjir secara cepat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu kejadian banjir baru-baru ini yang berdampak luas terjadi di propinsi Kalimantan Selatan menggunakan data SAR Sentinel-1. Prosedur dan prosesing data Sentinel 1 dengan menggunakan ambang batas dari hamburan balik untuk membedakan tubuh air banjir dan bukan banjir. Hasilnya menunjukkan perkiraan luasan genangan banjir dapat di proses dengan cepat, meskipun tertutup awan tebal pada masa masa kejadian banjir yang tidak mungkin dilakukan oleh sensor optik. Hasil pemetaan seperti ini dapat membantu dalam proses layanan darurat dan manjemen resiko bencana banjir

Abstract

This study aims to know waste utilization of oil palm empty fruit bunches in Jorong Koto Sawah  Nagari Ujunggading District Of Lembah Melintang  West Pasaman. This type of research is descriptive. The population is head of the family in Jorong Koto Sawah Nagari Ujunggading District of Lembah Melintang  totaled  1141 households. Samples were taken by purposive sampling region (designation) with 3 Jorong Koto Sawah 1) Dusun Banjar Kapar, 2) Dusun Muara Simpang, 3) Dusun Tanjung Harapan which has the highest number of people in Jorong Koto Sawah. The sample of respondents was taken with the proportion of 25% of the number of households, so that a population of 100 families. Data collection through questionnaires or instruments. Techniques of analysis using the analysis of the percentage formula. The research found that: (1) Awareness of the utilization of waste palm empty fruit bunches are in less good criteria, with a percentage of 56,8%, (2) Public Participation on the utilization of waste oil palm empty fruit bunches are in less good criteria, with a percentage of 56,9%, and (3) Motivation Communities to the utilization of waste oil palm empty fruit bunches are in the criteria is not good, with a percentage of 53.5%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sebaran daerah penangkapan ikan berdasarkan 5 jenis alat tangkap yang ada di Desa Pasir Jambak, Kota Padang dan menganalisis hasil tangkapan dengan 5 jenis alat tangkap yang ada Desa Pasir Jambak, Kota Padang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif eksplorasi. Penelitian deskriptif eksplorasi bertujuan untuk menggambarkan keadaan suatu fenomena, dalam penelitian ini tidak dimaksudkan untuk menguji hipotesis tertentu tetapi dengan menggambarkan suatu variabel, gejala, atau keadaan. Pengambilan sampel lokasi berdasarkan titik koordinat nelayan yang tersebar ketika melakukan penangkapan. Melalui purposive sampling dipertimbangkan bahwa 20 titik sampel koordinat pada nelayan yang diambil tersebar sejajar dan tegak lurus dengan garis pantai sehingga dianggap mewakili perairan pantai Pasir Jambak yang telah diketahui posisi lintang dan bujur nya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 5 jenis alat tangkap yang ada dan tersebar pada 20 titik koordinat yang diambil sebagai titik sampel berada pada sepanjang titik koordinat 0°45' - 0°55' Lintang Selatan dan 100°02' - 100°19' Bujur Timur pada kedalaman 30 - 110 meter. Hasil tangkapan selama penelitian terdapat 10 jenis ikan yang diperoleh antara lain Ikan Tete, Ikan Pinang-pinang, Ikan Baledang, Ikan Maco, Ikan Kase, Ikan Bada, Ikan Gambolo, Ikan Suaso, Ikan Todak, dan Ikan Tenggiri.This research aims to examine the distribution of fishing areas based on 5 existing type of fishing gear in Pasir Jambak Village, Padang City and analyze the catches with 5 existing type of fishing gear in Pasir Jambak Village, Padang City. The method used in this study is an explorative descriptive research method. Explorative descriptive research aims to describe the state of a phenomenon, in this study it is not intended to test certain hypotheses but by describing a variable, symptom, or condition. Location sampling is based on the coordinates of scattered fishermen when making catch. Through purposive sampling, it was considered that 20 coordinate sample points in the fishermen taken were scattered parallel and perpendicular to the coastline so that they were considered to represent the waters of the Pasir Jambak coast which had known latitude and longitude positions. The results of the study showed that 5 fishing gears were available and spread over 20 coordinate points taken as sample points along the coordinates of 0 ° 45 '- 0 ° 55' Latitude and 100 ° 02 '- 100 ° 19' Longitude at depth 30 - 110 meters. The catches during the study were 10 types of fish obtained including Tete fish, Pinang-pinang fish, Baledang fish, Maco fish, Kase fish, Bada fish, Gambolo fish, Suaso fish, Todak fish, Tenggiri fish.

Abstract

Selama ini siswa belajar dengan bahan materi yang saling lepas dan kurang terencana secara sistematis. Bahan ajar pelajaran Geografi khususnya materi Flaura dan Fauna cenderung kurang menarik karena hanya menjelaskan materi secara konseptual dan kurang berisi gambar serta contoh pendukung pembelajaran dengan modul menghargai perbedaan individu, sehingga siswa dapat belajar sesuai dengan tingkat kemampuannya, maka pembelajaran semakin efektif dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dari modul pembelajaran geografi pada materi flora dan fauna yang dikembangkan. Pengembangan modul ini mengunakan model Borg and Gall. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tanggapan ahli media, ahli materi, peserta didik sebagai calon pengguna. Responden adalah guru Geografi dan peserta didik kelas XII SMAN I Waru Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil angket ahli media (tampilan, isi/sistimatika) modul dengan skor 4,85 (sangat baik), ahli materi (isi materi, Bahasa, pendekatan kontekstual) dengan skor 4,79 (kategori “Sangat Baik”), dan peserta didik sebagai calon pengguna (ketertarikan, dan setuju terhadap modul) dengan rerata persentase sebesar  96,78%, sehingga modul yang dikembangkan layak, dan dapat diterima untuk  digunakan dalam pembelajaran geografi flora dan fauna.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how these green technologies is a solution to preserve water resources. The research method is literature. The results obtained are: climate change caused by global warming are already being felt its impact in people's lives. If no preventive efforts, the impact of global warming in the future is a very serious threat to the lives of all the creatures on earth. In the face of the impact of Global Warming necessary mitigation efforts and adaptation that involves the community, such as water resource conservation technology with plant biology (bio-park), domestic waste water treatment technology with ecological sanitation (Ecosan), flower garden waste water (waste water garden), sanitation garden (sanita) and the concept of green technology (green tecnology). Green technology is one of adaptation and mitigation of the impact of Global Warming which is in line with the principle of sustainable development (sustainable development). Various Green Technology in the field of preservation of water resources and wastewater treatment has been available to be applied in the construction. Suggestions in this study are: for the government to attempt to campaign for the use of green technology and for the community also can use green technology in order to minimize global warming ranging from the household.Keywords: green technology and conservation of water resources

Abstract

Development of the tourism sector is expected to provide benefits to the community, because the tourism sector is one of the sectors of economic development. Tourism activity is one of the non-oil sector is expected to provide a substantial contribution to the economy Negara.Strategis pengebangan tourism in rural areas, namely by taking into account the advice and the existing infrastructure and the application of the stepping tourism. Tourism facilities can be divided into three parts, namely the principal means of tourism, tourism complementary means and means of supporting tourism. Infrastructure is divided into two parts, namely economic infrastructure and social infrastructure. And subsequent application of Sapta charm on attractions, Sapta charm which contains seven elements that define a good image of the attraction yaitunya: Safe, Orderly, Clean, Cool, Beautiful, and Suave and memories, his presence is very deeply felt important and it was time needed and not only as a basic requirement of tourists, but also as a measure to improve the quality of tourism. Pelaksananaan stepping is at the core of the program in improving the community and tourism awareness is a requirement in tourism development efforts towards the better.

Abstract

This research is conducted in order to find out students’ result on geography subject in X.5 class of SMA Negeri  2 Siakhulu academic year 2015/2016, after applying Cooperative Learning Model of Number Head Together (NHT). The subject of the research is X.5 students of SMA Negeri 2 Siakhulu. The  CAR is conducted in two cycles. The data analysis is done by doing test, interview, observation and documentation. Technique for data analysis used is interactive model analysis, which consist of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the research done, it can be concluded that by applying Cooperative Learning Model of Number Head Together (NHT), it can improve students’ learning result on Hydrosfer Concept in X.5 of SMA Negeri  2 Siakhulu academic year 2015/2016. This can be seen from the improvement of percentage of number of students who can pass above the minimum standard test result, in which only 8.6 % at the beginning, then it becomes 72 % in the first cycle, and reach 92 % in the second cycle. The average test result at the beginning is 58, then it becomes 71 in the first cycle, and 87 in the second cycle.
