Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of promotion and product innovation on marketing performance through brand image in Muslim clothing SMEs in Makassar City. The research was carried out at the Akhwat Sewing House in Makassar City using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling and produces 114 samples. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis with the SEM-PLS method. The results of the study show that promotion has a positive and significant effect on brand image indicating that effective promotion can increase consumer positive perceptions of the brands offered. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on brand image so that it is able to present innovative products from competitors. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance so that it can increase consumer awareness of their products. Product innovation has no significant effect on marketing performance which indicates that other factors besides product innovation may be more dominant in influencing the marketing performance of these MSMEs. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance which contributes to building consumer loyalty to the product. This study also found that brand image is able to mediate promotion on marketing performance, which means that good promotion will enhance brand image and contribute to marketing performance. Brand image is also able to mediate product innovation on marketing performance. Innovative products can build a positive brand image and enhance their marketing performance. This research recommends that MSMEs develop more effective and targeted promotion strategies, unique innovative products, and strengthen their brand image.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether or to find out: Whether or not the use of Student Teams-Achievement Division (STAD) can improve the vocabulary mastery of the students. Whether or not the students have positive attitudes toward cooperative learning type Student Teams-Achievement Divisions (STAD) in learning vocabulary. This research took place at Mts. DDI Enrekang. The kind of this research was Quasi-experimental which have two groups namely experimental and control group. Population of research was the seventh grade students of Mts. DDI Enrekang in academic year 2022/2023 which consisted one class. Sample of the research was 24 in experimental and 24 in control class. The researcher using vocabulary test as instrument of the research. The result showed that there is different result of students who given treatment by STAD and students who given usual technique in teaching vocabulary mastery. The mean score of post-tests for experimental group was higher than the control group (80.83 > 71.25). on the analysis of students’ attitude in following teaching learning process, it was found that the use of STAD influenced the students’ attitudes in learning vocabulary. STAD method helped students’ attitudes turn into positive to improve vocabulary mastery. Most of the students agreed to use of STAD because it could build students’ confidence and work together. Many students also agreed that the use of STAD was interested and active in teaching learning process.

Abstract

The implementation of the Example Non Example model in teaching explanatory text writing to the 11th grade students of UPT XI Akuntansi at SMK Negeri 5 Pinrang. This study aims to test the application of the Example Non Example model in teaching explanatory text writing to the 11th grade students of UPT XI Akuntansi at SMK Negeri 5 Pinrang. The experimental group used the Example Non Example model, while the control group used the demonstration model. This research employed an experimental method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all 11th grade students of UPT XI Akuntansi at SMK Negeri 5 Pinrang. The sampling technique used was probability sampling, where each element (member) of the population had an equal chance of being selected as a sample member. Data collection was conducted through a test of writing explanatory texts and questionnaire distribution. The research sample consisted of 60 students, with 31 students in class XI.1 as the experimental group and 29 students in class XI.2 as the control group. The results of data analysis using hypothesis testing through t-test calculations using SPSS version 23 showed a calculated t-value of 4.477, while the t-table value was 2.001. This indicates that the calculated t-value > t-table, which means that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Thus, the data analysis and hypothesis testing show a significant difference in the ability to write explanatory texts between the use of the Example Non Example model and the demonstration model. Therefore, the Example Non Example model has been proven effective in teaching explanatory text writing to the 11th grade students of the Accounting Department at UPT SMK Negeri 5 Pinrang.

Abstract

He design of the Learning Animation application with the multimedia method in Elementary Schools is carried out by making learning games about the solar system aiming to facilitate and support learning activities, especially learning science. The role of animation in learning to attract students' attention and strengthen motivation to learn. This animation is in the form of moving text or pictures, funny animations that can attract students' attention. The resulting design consists of 4 Scenes, namely the Material Menu Scene, Quiz Game Scene, Profile Scene and Exit Scene from the application, based on the trial results has been running well and can be downloaded on the default android application and makes learning fun so that it can increase student learning motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris: pengaruh tekanan anggaran waktu, pengaruh kompleksitas tugas, pengaruh tekanan ketaatan terhadap kinerja auditor dalam membuat audit judgement. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 35 auditor independen yang bekerja di Kantor Perwakilan Perusahaan. Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Mamuju, Sulawesi Barat, dengan menggunakan metode sensus sampling. Alat penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang disampaikan langsung kepada auditor oleh peneliti. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Metode ini dipilih karena variabel bebasnya lebih dari satu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tekanan anggaran waktu, kompleksitas tugas dan tekanan ketaatan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor dalam membuat audit judgement

Abstract

In this article, several legal views regarding metaverse law are analyzed and discussed. In addition, this article analyzes the new changes that the metaverse brings to our lives, a brief history and new concepts of the metaverse, the application of artificial intelligence in the metaverse, the six main challenges and legal problems of the metaverse, and such scientific problems. As a result of this article, the author provides several suggestions and recommendations for the development of Uzbekistan's digital legislation at the end.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the optimization efforts carried out by the Legal Aid Office (Posbakum) at the Mamuju District Court in providing pro bono legal assistance to defendants, as well as to identify the challenges faced by legal advisors in providing pro bono legal assistance to defendants. This study falls under the category of empirical legal research, utilizing a socio-legal research approach, often referred to as "law in action". The legal aid standards encompass litigation legal aid standards, non-litigation legal aid standards, legal aid implementation standards, legal aid provision standards, and budget management reporting standards. Litigation legal aid standards cover cases involving criminal, civil, and administrative law. The provision of litigation legal aid is carried out by lawyers who hold the status of legal aid providers and/or lawyers recruited by legal aid providers.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct structural geological analysis to evaluate the potential for earthquakes in certain areas. The methods used include field surveys, geological modeling, structural analysis, and mapping of earthquake potential zones. The results of this study will provide better insight into the potential earthquake risk in the region and can be used in disaster mitigation planning. In addition, the study also applied modern seismic monitoring technologies, including the use of seismometers and seismic data processing to monitor current earthquake activity. The collected seismic data has helped in a deeper understanding of the behavior of potential earthquake zones, including the frequency, magnitude, and energy released by previous earthquakes. The results of this monitoring provide valuable insights in mitigating earthquake risk by improving early warning and emergency response planning. By combining structural geological analysis and seismic monitoring, the study makes a significant contribution in understanding and managing earthquake potential in the region holistically.

Abstract

The design of a 3D map visualization application using the Unity Engine at the Madrasah Aliyah Guppi Mamuju building was carried out by creating 3D objects and then inserting them into the Unity Engine. The resulting design consists of 4 scenes, namely the Main Menu Scene, Exploration Scene, Room Select Scene, and Information Scene, where based on the implementation test results, all scenes ran well. Implement the 3D map visualization application using Unity Engine in the Madrasah Aliyah Guppi building. Mamuju is only carried out on computer devices with minimum specifications of 2.0 GHz Processor, Windows 10 Operating System, 4GB RAM, Video Card, and minimum 20GB Hard Disk.

Abstract

There are 2 main problems of this research: how is the form of communication culture of Bugis and Mandar tribe in SMP Negeri 1 Pasangkayu?, and how is the speech strategy of Bugis and Mandar tribe in SMP Negeri 1 Pasangkayu? Data were collected by taking notes and listening methods using the tapped technique. Data were analyzed using four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Furthermore, the result of this research reveals 9 communication forms they are: 1) command form, 2) suggest form, 3) complain form, 4) invite form, 5) ask form, 6) congratulate form, 7) apologize form, 8) joke form, and 9) promise form. Meanwhile, there are 8 direct speech strategies 1) direct command strategy, 2) direct suggest strategy, 3) direct complain strategy, 4) direct invite strategy, 5) direct ask strategy, 6) direct congratulate strategy, 7) direct apologize strategy, and 8) direct promise strategy. There are also 6 undirect speech strategies: 1) indirect command strategy, 2) indirect suggest strategy, 3) indirect complain strategy, 4) indirect invite strategy, 5) indirect ask strategy, 6) indirect apologize strategy.
