Jurnal Sistem Informasi dan Informatika (JISKA) merupakan jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Dharma Andalas dengan nomor E-ISSN : 2985-9735. Jurnal JISKA Volume 1 Nomor 1 terbit pada bulan Januari 2023 dan dapat diterbitkan tepat waktu. Jurnal JISKA direncanakan untuk terbit dalam rentang waktu 6 bulan yang artinya dua kali dalam setahun yaitu setiap bulan Januari dan Juli. Jurnal ini berisi artikel yang mencangkup bidang ilmu komputer dan teknologi informasi yang dimaksudkan sebagai media dokumentasi dan informasi ilmiah yang sekiranya dapat membantu para dosen, staf dan mahasiswa dalam menginformasikan dan mempublikasikan hasil penelitian, opini, tulisan dan kajian ilmiah lainnya kepada masyarakat ilmiah. Melalui jurnal ini kami mengundang peneliti dan pembaca untuk submit artikel pada Jurnal Sistem Informasi dan Informatika secara online. Abstract

An expert system is defined as a computer system that can approximate the decision-making logic of human experts. By using forward chaining inference logic for the consultation process, it is hoped that an expert system based on information technology can be built to determine the category of people who are classified as poor or not poor. Thus, the Forward Chaining Method can be implemented in tracking the ownership of health insurance cards in an effort to equalize the level of public health, so that this system can make it right on target and effective.

Abstract

In the analysis of decision making on problems based on subjective personal analysis without using a particular method, there is usually a high error rate so this will endanger decision making which will lead to regret. There are several types of methods and one of them is the Decision Support System (DSS) method which can be used for the decision making process, but there are 2 methods that are often used in analyzing the decision making process, namely the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and Technique For Others Referencean by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). To find out the best name between the two methods, several weighting changes were made and the test results showed similarities in the decision making (problem solving) process. The purpose of this research is whether decision making can use one of the SAW or TOPSIS methods. From this, it can result in a ranking of the 2 methods that produce the best solutions, which will determine strategic locations to increase the turnover of printing businesses (MSMEs).

Abstract

E-library is one proof of the development of technology in the 4.0 era. Although E-library as a new breakthrough in conventional libraries continues to develop, it does not rule out the possibility that these developments are always maximally utilized, as is the case with the library at STMIK Indragiri Pekanbaru which still utilizes a conventional library. This is the cause of low literacy at STMIK Indragiri Pekanbaru, because it is still considered uninteresting and boring. The methods used in this research are Waterfall and quantitative, which are methods used in developing and describing a software through several sequential processes, flowing from top to bottom by passing through several phases in the use of SliM 9 Bulian services in improving student digital literacy. Strengthening and mentoring are also well implemented to provide understanding for the STMIK Indragiri Pekanbaru academic community regarding features, book management, book borrowing, and book returns. The results of this study conclude that by optimizing the STMIK Indragiri Pekanbaru library into an E-Library provides many benefits and various positive impacts for library managers and users.

Abstract

The Kampung Baru Village Mosque/Musalla Geographic Information System (GIS) is a web-based application designed to provide accurate and easily accessible information about the locations, facilities, and activity schedules of mosques and musallas in the area. The system utilizes digital mapping technology to visually and interactively display spatial data. Users can search for mosques or musallas based on name, location, or desired facilities. Additionally, the system is equipped with a navigation feature integrated with popular mapping applications to facilitate users in finding routes to places of worship. With this system, it is hoped that it can improve convenience and ease for Muslims in carrying out their religious duties and strengthen ties among the congregation.

Abstract

This study aims to design and build a GIS-based Tire Repair Workshop Information System Application that can be used for data collection of tire repair workshop locations in Padang Selatan District, a container to make it easier for users to find tire repair workshop locations around Padang Selatan District if a tire leak occurs on a vehicle and can help the economic cycle for tire repair workshop business owners, especially around Padang Selatan District. In making the software in this study, the author uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as a database. The final result of this study is a GIS-based application program that is expected to help users obtain information related to the Tire Repair Workshop in Padang Selatan District.

Abstract

The Mojomanis Village Government, located in Ngawi Regency, faces challenges in recording goods and asset inventories. The manual system using ledgers and spreadsheets is inefficient, necessitating a computerized solution. This study develops a web-based inventory information system using the waterfall method. The system is built with PHP, HTML (Laravel framework), and MySQL, using Visual Studio Code. Blackbox Testing confirms proper functionality, while the System Usability Scale (SUS) test scores 69.875, placing it in the marginal category on the Acceptability scale and class C on the user acceptance scale. The lower SUS score is attributed to user unfamiliarity with the new system. Despite this, the system aids the Mojomanis Village Government in administrative digitalization.

Abstract

Selecting the right stock investment poses a challenge for investors as it requires an in-depth analysis of various financial criteria and investment ratios. This study aims to develop a decision support system to assist investors in selecting stocks based on criteria such as Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price to Earnings Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Dividend Yield (DY). The system is designed using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method, which calculates and ranks stock alternatives based on priority scores. The system development process adopts the Extreme Programming (XP) approach. System testing demonstrates that the TOPSIS method effectively delivers accurate calculations. The system provides stock recommendations based on investment criteria tailored to user preferences. The findings of this study confirm that the developed decision support system can assist investors in selecting stocks that align with their investment preferences. This system is expected to serve as a valuable tool for investors in making faster, well-informed, and data-driven investment decisions.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi peta interaktif berbasis web telah menjadi solusi efektif dalam memberikan informasi lokasi secara real-time dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan peta interaktif untuk lokasi SPBU Pertamina di Kota Padang, sehingga memudahkan pengguna dalam menemukan lokasi SPBU terdekat, lengkap dengan informasi detail seperti nama, alamat, koordinat geografis, dan layanan yang tersedia. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan teknologi Leaflet.js dan OpenStreetMap, yang memungkinkan integrasi data lokasi dengan visualisasi peta yang dinamis. Data lokasi SPBU diperoleh dari survei dan database instansi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem peta interaktif ini mampu meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi bagi masyarakat umum, khususnya pengguna kendaraan bermotor di Kota Padang. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model yang dapat diterapkan di kota-kota lain untuk kebutuhan serupa.

Abstract

Pemetaan lokasi toko bangunan yang efektif dan efisien menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam era digital untuk mendukung akses informasi spasial secara interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Interactive Building Mapping berbasis web yang dirancang untuk menyediakan visualisasi dinamis serta mempermudah manajemen data lokasi toko bangunan. Sistem ini memanfaatkan teknologi pemetaan digital dengan fitur interaktif, seperti pencarian lokasi toko, penampilan detail informasi, dan navigasi yang user-friendly. Metodologi penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan pengguna, desain sistem menggunakan pendekatan berbasis web, serta pengujian fungsionalitas untuk memastikan keakuratan data dan keandalan sistem. Data lokasi toko diintegrasikan ke dalam peta digital menggunakan library Leaflet dan didukung oleh basis data yang memungkinkan pengelolaan data secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik dalam menavigasi dan mengakses informasi lokasi toko bangunan. Selain itu, fitur manajemen data yang terintegrasi memudahkan admin dalam melakukan pembaruan informasi toko secara efisien. Implementasi sistem ini tidak hanya meningkatkan daya saing bisnis, tetapi juga memberikan solusi inovatif untuk kebutuhan informasi spasial di sektor perdagangan bahan bangunan. Dengan demikian, Interactive Building Mapping berbasis web diharapkan dapat menjadi platform yang mendukung digitalisasi data spasial, mempermudah pengelolaan informasi, serta meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dalam mengakses informasi lokasi toko bangunan.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has transformed how society accesses and disseminates information. Unfortunately, this phenomenon also creates opportunities for the massive spread of fake news or hoaxes through digital platforms. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of several machine learning algorithms in detecting text-based hoaxes in Indonesian. The algorithms tested include Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), Naïve Bayes (NB), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Random Forest (RF). The data used consists of online news articles that have undergone text preprocessing stages such as tokenizing, case folding, filtering, stopword removal, stemming, and weighting using the TF-IDF method with a combination of unigram and bigram features. Performance evaluation was conducted using precision, recall, F1-score, and accuracy metrics. The results show that the SVM and MLP algorithms yielded the highest performance with evaluation values above 99.8%, while RF demonstrated strong and stable performance, and NB showed decent performance with high efficiency. These findings provide insights into the effectiveness of text classification methods in hoax detection and serve as a reference for developing more efficient and accurate fake news detection systems
