This paper purpots to spell out the crucial challenges which emerge in the encounter beteen the local Christian communities and their traditional cultures:in other words, the interaction between the faith in Jesus Christ received from missionaries and ther salient features of the cultures which have shaped the people down the centuries.It aims, likewise, to outline the fruitful possibilities ofthe encounter.The basic assumptions ofthe concept of Inculturation are taken forgranted namelythat Inculturation neverto be conceived as a finished product, is essentially a process through which Faith in Jesus endures as the principle of inspiration and of action within a given culture. And that Inculturation of the Faith goes beyond the frontiers of Liturgy, spiritual-pastoral life and ecclesial organizations, and embraces the entire ambit of human life. Evangelization and Inculturation are positively correlated terms in an eminent degree.

Ancestor worship is of course a religious phenomenon, it is part and parcel of a complex of beliefs,attitudes, obligations,social relations, ect., centered around the ancestors.If the attitude towards the ancestors is of such basic importance then there can hardly be any doubt that the Church in her effort to bring the Gospel to the Ngada people cannot afford to disregard it.The article tries to show an effort how mithological figures could be used as a locus for interpreting Jesus as the founder and the beginner of a customary and human tradition. Sili as has been exposed as the initiator the festival “Reba” in Ngada is partially used by this article to undesrtand and comprehend Jesus as the peak figure in renewing tradition. The article is an effort in constructing local theology, using a traditional terms and figure but giving it a new interpretation and new meaning.

The article introduces the basic concept of “Cultural Intelligence" (CQ),a theoretical framework for evaluating effectiveness in intercultural interaction. Each of the four major components is decribed: Knowledge CQ (understanding cultural differences); Interpretive CQ(ability to interpret cues); Perseverance CQ(persevering though intercultural conflict) and behavioural CQ (acting appropriately).To help readers understand the practical implications of these categories, the article develops a recurring case example in Education. By describing some of their inaccurate assumptions and inappropriateness behaviours, a clear picture emerges ofhow CQ operates practically. Total Quality Education(TQE)based on Total Quality Management (TQM) very much count on how is Cultural Intelligence (Cl) put in practice regularly.

Ora et Labora has been wellknown in Church History as a way of living a life very much based on the Bible. No spiritual life without praying and at the same time no spirituality without labour . Christian spirituality has been woven with prayer life dan with a serious commitment to dayly labour whatsoever.These two dimension was verymuch shown bythe life of St.Paul, the great Apostle and missionary.Paul according to the article is a man of prayer and at the same time a man of labour.Prayer is always a felt need for an apostolic work meanwhile labour is always an anwer for the economic poverty of men and at the same time “homo faber" is a rich illustration for our vows of poverty in the Church.

Basic Christian Community(BCC) is a newwayofbeing Church. The fundamental self-understanding ofthe Basic Christian Communitybecomes clear from“being a community of Jesus" and the Community stands under the apostolic norm of discipleship ofJesus wich is to be realized again and again in new circumstances. The rearch of Fr.Adam shows clearly a realistic picture about the appreciation of the members in various Basic Christian Communities in the Cathedral Parish in Ruteng that The practice of Bible Sharing is a phenomenon that is still to be properly socialized due to the fact that Basic Christian Community is a new movement in the Church.There is for sure a gap between the appreciation and the reality of participation and involvement in the Basic Christian Communities. The do have the Bible at home and honor it in a special place but still they don't have yet a regular habit to read the bible.

Enterpreneurship is well kown all over the world only because it reflects perfectly an autonomy and freedom of man. Enterpreneurhip has been socially defined as way of self-responsibility and theologically is defined as an expression of a human self-trencendence, and psychologically is realized as way of being smart in relation to the others very much linked to the basic human rights.The article is a lengthydiscource about man's creativity to deal with social and psychological, ecological, and political environment as part of being faithfull to God's mandate about their being in the world. There are five theological reflections about ENTREPRENEURSHIP:Enterpreneurship is a way of participating in God's work of creation; -Enterpreneurship is an expression of man's responsibility to the world according to God's mandate;-Enterpreneurhip is an expression of man's faith to God's presence; Enterpreneurship creates people around the world as “men of God", - Enterpreneurship is surely a divine vocation as "homo faber".

Almost all bishops'conferences,chatechetical congresses and religious conggregations have made “preferential option for the pocr” on of the priorities of their resolutions.This option includes the issues of justice,liberation,peace and ecology.The question remains, however, as to how deeply this option really affected the life and spirituality of the committed Christian and of the ecclesial group like pastoral agents?The implementation of this option, according to Mr.Valens Jebagu, will be one of the acid tests of whether the christian faith willbe relevant and whether traditional churches and their institutions will survive.Option for the poor is for the Church not only realized as a political strategy but more than that an existensial choice, A.Schweitzer states it this way:"As for humankind todaythe realiztion ofthe Kingdom of God here on earth byoptioning the poor, has become a matter of survival or extinction.Option for the poor is the most powerful symbol of hope in the religious and socail histiry ofhumankind.

He is aware that to make an option for the poor that counts very much the pastoral shape and involvements ofthe Chatechists in the church.Spirituality andjustice that shapes verymuch the model ofthe Chatechist in the church is an original and challenging contribution to the church as a whole No animation in the church without advocation.A chatechist in the church should stress the need fora transformation ofsocietyby“kingdom values', advocationg and discussing an alternative approach to politic, economics and theology itself as well as an alternative model of the church.The author would like to stress that spirituality andjustice verymuch linked to politics are topics ofcentral concern to the church today.Politic for a chatechist in the church is seen as an articulation of a basic religious outlook or spirituality.
