One of important points of Synod III dioses of Ruteng is to refuse the privatization of Pede Beach by enterpreneur. It's the reasonable decision.Pede Beach is the only one of public space that so far could be accessed by public freely. The government of NTT province that has the property of rights of Pede Beach enstruted the third party to manage Pede Beach. In this case, PT Sarana Investama Menggabar (SIM) of Setya Novanto is the party that will get the big benefit.Itseems, Memoranduum of Understanding (MoU)between NTT province and PT SIM has dealt the 25 years ofcontract byPT SIM in managing Pede Beach. Of course, it will increse the capitalization of public space on the coastal area of Labuan Bajo. It means, in just a little while the indegenous of Manggarai Barat will be "ata bana" (the staranger) in their land. The will be excluded from their area of existence. Synod as legal reprsentative and aspirative forum is impossible keeping silent in facing this public space problem. Synod insists the government of province to give the management of Pede Beach to Manggarai Barat Regency.The synod wants the good management of beach as the public space, in whic the people can express themself as the recreative human. Inosentius Mansur,through this article wants to discover our eyes of heart in placing the Pede Beach not only in tourism economyside. More than that, Pede Beach must be placed as the symbol of'selfdignity' of Manggarai Barat's people. So, the management of Pede Beach by enterpreneur that marginalize the local society is not worth to do.

This paper seeks to answer the following three main questions. First, why is religious moderation being socialized intensively; second, how religious moderation is understood in the light of Charles Sander Peirce's philosophical pragmatism; and third, what are the implications of Peirce's thinking for the development of religious moderation for Catholic Education Teachers. To answer the questions referred to, the authors use library research. From the results of the analysis found the following answers. First, the socialization of religious moderation is carried out in the midst of the proliferation of chaotic religions, namely ethno-religiocentrism, island mentality, myopic understanding of religion towards humanity, radicalism in the world of education. Second, religious moderation inspired by Peirce's pragmatism refers to the balance between belief, investigation and meaning. Third, the implications of Peirce's pragmatism for the development of religious moderation in Catholic teachers is that the religioucity of Catholic teachers must uphold a balance between belief, investigation and its meanings for social transformation.

This study aims to describe and analyze the idea of religious moderation in the cultural perspective of Manggarai, Flores, East Nusa Tenggara. Using qualitative methods and with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, the author found that the idea of religious moderation was not something entirely new in Manggarai culture. It was found that the Manggarai people have cultural wisdom which contains the idea of moderation that can be applied in the context of religious life. The idea of such moderation is contained in two things, namely in various expressions and in practice. The various expressions found clearly indicate that the Manggarai people have a clear concept of moderation, including religious moderation. That means that the religious moderation echoed by the government has a clear cultural basis in the context of Manggarai culture.

This article specifically describes the model of public theology development played by the Catholic Church of the Diocese of Ruteng in responding to the destructive impacts of tourism development in Labuan Bajo - West Flores. The main issue that will be described in this article is that there are a number of destructive impacts in the development of the Labuan Bajo tourism industry that sacrifice the interests and lives of local people. The development of Labuan Bajo tourism only provides benefits for business actors and state actors, while the local community must bear the burden of destruction due to tourism development. On the other hand, the public role of the Church has not been so significant. The research method used to elaborate this article is a qualitative study with a contextual theological paradigm and approach. The results of the study conclude that the public role of the Church by prioritizing the concepts and messages of public theology is very important for establishing a just tourism development model, especially for the local community in Labuan Bajo.

The digital era with its rapid and inevitable development today presents a simultaneous challenge and opportunity for the Catholic Church in relation to spiritual services to the faithful. This document study aims to describe, explore and analyze it by using the authoritative documents as the primary data and the various articles and online news as the secondary data. This study shows that the ordinary spiritual services provided by the Church which some of them presuppose direct interactive-communicative participation and encounters as a condition for appropriateness and for validity is challenged by the rapid development of technology that supports various activities, mobility and flexibility. On the other hand, it also brings a golden opportunity. This study concludes that the Catholic Church must develop a digital era spiritual services for the faithful by turning the challenges into opportunities while maintaining a spiritual service that requires physical presence for it appropriateness and validity.

Bullying is a form of violent behavior that often occurs among students. This article aims to discuss the phenomenon of bullying among students. There are several formulations of the problem posed. First, what are the forms of bullying among students? Second, what factors cause bullying among students? Third, what are the impacts caused by bullying among students? Fourth, what are the strategies used to overcome bullying among students? By using the literature study method, including reviewing research findings regarding the bullying phenomenon, the writer concludes. First, the forms of bullying among students are verbal, physical, social, cyber and sexual bullying. Second, the factors that influence bullying are distinguished between internal and external factors. Internal factors are related to the individual factors themselves in the form of introverted personality and wrong self-concept. While external factors in the form of family, school, peers, mass media. Third, the effects of bullying can occur for both victims and perpetrators. For victims, the impact occurs physically and psychologically. As for the perpetrator, the act of bullying that he does makes him a person who is not empathetic, considers this action as normal and becomes a perpetrator of a criminal act. Fourth, several strategies were implemented to prevent and overcome bullying among students are exploring the root causes of bullying, giving punishments, forming study groups, providing advice and adequate information about bullying, running a "stop bullying" program and supervising.

Pancasila is a noble agreement of the Indonesian nation that arises from the distinctive cultural values of the people in Indonesia. On that basis, Pancasila contains basic philosophical values, the soul of the nation or the identity of the nation, and becomes the real way of life of the Indonesian nation. With that, the internalization of the value of Pancasila is not something foreign in the life of every local culture to be lived including in the local culture of Manggarai. The divine value is easily integrated in the Manggarai culture which recognizes the existence of God (Mori Kraeng, Ame Rinding Mane) which is strengthened by the inclusion of Catholicism and other major religions. The value of a just and civilized humanity is illustrated in the courtesy of the Manggarai people facing guests (tiba meka). The value of unity is depicted in terms (goet): poe cama ngger one, lewang cama ngger peang or ipung ca tiwu neka woleng wintuk, teu ca ambo neka woleng lako (strengthening unity into one's own group). The fourth precept value is integrated in the wisdom of lonto leok (sitting in deliberation). The value of social justice is embodied in the development of actions that put the "weak" first in the form of dodo, wuat wai and kope gatherings. In short, Manggarai's local wisdom has integrated the values of Pancasila into the way of life of the Manggarai people as part of Indonesian citizens.

This article aims to explain the Church's response to the feminization of migration in the perspective of public theology. The production of a resounding narrative about migration that ensures easy access to finance contradicts to the reality marked by practices of injustice and violations of the dignity of migrants. This article is written using qualitative methods with a literature study approach. With this method, researchers collect and analyze data obtained from various sources such as articles, books, documents, newspapers, policies, and various results of previous research or studies. The results of this study show that in the face of the complexity of the feminization of migration, the Church must assert itself as a community of faith willing to take any risk in order to fight for the fate of migrants. The perspective of public theology contributes to strengthening the Church's response to the issue of the feminization of migration which does not only stop at prophetic appeals, but must also move further to concrete efforts, such as advocating migration policies and collaborating with certain parties to empower migrant women who have returned from overseas. [Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan respons Gereja terhadap feminisasi migrasi dalam perspektif teologi publik. Produksi narasi yang menggema mengenai migrasi yang memastikan akses mudah terhadap finansial bertentangan dengan realitas yang ditandai oleh praktik ketidakadilan dan pelanggaran terhadap martabat para migran. Artikel ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Dengan metode ini, para peneliti mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperti artikel, buku, dokumen, surat kabar, kebijakan, dan berbagai hasil penelitian atau studi sebelumnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam menghadapi kompleksitas feminisasi migrasi, Gereja harus memperkuat dirinya sebagai komunitas iman yang bersedia mengambil risiko apa pun untuk berjuang demi nasib para migran. Perspektif teologi publik berkontribusi dalam memperkuat respons Gereja terhadap isu feminisasi migrasi yang tidak hanya berhenti pada seruan kenabian, tetapi juga harus melangkah lebih jauh ke upaya konkret, seperti mengadvokasi persolan kaum migran, dan bekerja sama serta membangun jejaring untuk memberdayakan perempuan migran yang telah kembali dari perantauan.]

This writing will provide an explanation of the idea and importance of self-management, along with various practices that can be utilized by students. The goal is to provide practical guidelines that can assist students in improving their self-management skills, such as effective time management, task management, self-control, and stress management. This research is a qualitative study conducted through a literature review, utilizing books and previous research findings as the primary sources. Learning discipline is highly crucial in the realm of education to achieve good academic performance. Self-management techniques have proven to be effective in aiding students to become more disciplined in their studies. Students can enhance their academic outcomes by implementing consistent learning discipline, overcoming procrastination, and managing tasks proficiently. One of the pivotal skills to attain optimal academic achievements is self-management. Self-management is an individual's ability to arrange time, regulate oneself, and plan appropriate actions to achieve personal goals. In the academic context, self-management becomes a crucial aspect underlying a student's performance and achievements. [Tulisan ini akan memberikan penjelasan tentang ide dan pentingnya self-management, serta berbagai praktik yang dapat digunakan oleh Mahasiswa. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan pedoman praktis yang dapat membantu mahasiswa menjadi lebih baik dalam manajemen diri mereka sendiri, seperti pengaturan waktu yang efektif, manajemen tugas, pengendalian diri, dan pengelolaan stres. Matrimonial consent is a constitutive element of marriage. As an act of will that involves all dimensions of a person's humanity, a matrimonial consent has certain objects, characteristics and conditions. By using the library research method, this article intends to critically elaborate on the relevance of matrimonial consent to the validity of marriage and its implications. This study finds that matrimonial consent validly declared creates an unbreakable marriage and marital ties. On the other hand, an invalid matrimonial due to certain defects has juridical implications which need to be taken seriously. It concludes that a correct understanding of this matrimonial consent is absolutely necessary for believers, especially for those who are preparing to marry. Premarital pastoral care related to proximate preparation for marriage can become one of the important and strategic pastoral steps in providing an understanding of this matter. [Kesepakatan nikah adalah unsur konstitutif perkawinan. Sebagai perbuatan kehendak yang melibatkan seluruh dimensi kemanusiaan seseorang, kesepakatan nikah memiliki objek, karakteristik serta syarat-syarat tertentu. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan, tulisan ini bermaksud untuk mengelaborasi secara kritis relevansi kesepakatan nikah terhadap keabsahan perkawinan dan implikasinya. Studi ini menemukan bahwa kesepakatan nikah yang dinyatakan secara sah menciptakan perkawinan dan ikatan perkawinan yang tak-terputuskan. Sebaliknya, kesepakatan nikah yang tidak sah karena adanya cacat tertentu membawa implikasi yuridis yang perlu diperhatikan secara serius. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman yang benar tentang kesepakatan nikah ini mutlak perlu bagi umat beriman, khususnya bagi mereka yang sedang mempersiapkan diri untuk menikah. Reksa pastoral pra-nikah berkaitan dengan persiapan dekat perkawinan dapat menjadi salah satu langkah pastoral yang penting dan strategis dalam memberikan pemahaman tentang hal ini.]
