Abstract

The author understand spirituality in a more personal sense.He doen't no longer think of a person spirituality as something that comes from outside. This spirituality has taken a certain shape and it is a result of my own choice| have made in the sourse of mylife.What/ think of my spirituality, what I have in mind is the outlook, the approach and the set ofattitudes and values which are the expressions of this “me" at the most authentic.The spirituality of a "married life" is more that what shapes the marriage.It is also what moves the husband and wife in their life.The marriage is surely God's call ,the married people is moved byGod to do some action and therefore the God's call is experienced day bay day.The spirit of God touches and operates with the human spirit helping us in our weaknesses and enabling us to live in the assurance of being God's children.

Abstract

One in every fifty human beings has crossed borders as migrants.All indications are that the numbers of migrants and other uprooted peoples will continue to increase.Most migration today takes plece as a result of compelling circumstances.As is now widely recognized,the rising hostility towards mnigrants workers and other foreigners in so many societies,obviously exacerbated by the traumas ofrecession and unemployments, appears to be an ominous and malignat cancer spreading accorss aour societies.Therefore, authentic Christian faith must be lived in a world in which millions people have no home and are making demands on the countries to which they immigrate or are deported. What is the Church's attitude towards these people? How should people of the Church respond to the urgent needs of these human beings? Fr.Joe Masan Toron is empowering us to have the biblical perspectives to cope with migration and migrants workers in our society.

Abstract

Charismatic movement in the catholic Church has been known as a legal spiritual organization.The authos is more than convinced that this movement has renewed the Church in certain cardinal points as "option for the poor,devotion to the Holy Spirit, effrt for the healing broken humanity and for restoring peace and justice to human community"Loving God and loving brothers and sister are two sides of the same coin.Communion with God and the wholeness of human community are closely interrelated.Compassion is the heart of charismatic movement, love is creative.it creates humanity.It creates community.The charismatic movement has been more than convinced that we love because we are made to love, to be able to love is a sign of humanity.The depth ofone's capacity to love is a sign of the depth of onés humanity.These arè the strengths of charismatic movement and as such they can not be denied.

Abstract

Themost voluptuous BREAKTHROUGH at century21 happened notonly because of the technology, but also because of the growth of the concept about what is the meaning of becoming a human being.The Existence of human being deals always with a rich “ posibility" and “ actuality". Human being who is always in the process of “ becoming” can only happen through a steady process of education The demand of an urgent process ofeducation aiming at universal human building through certain evolution emerges all the time.Human being is neverconsidered not onlyas "being" but alsoas “becoming, a motion, a process, and transistion, which really never ends. Essentially education deals with human attainment ofhuman being.. Education in this case assist the paradigm shift and facilitate the process of being in solidarity eventhough there is a lot of limitations ( Naisbitt & Aburdene, 1990: 10).In the light of this point of view education cannot be comprehended except as cultural endeavour for the shake of a civil society..Hence the permanent and real solution for the complexity of the problems of our nation is how to invest properlyand correctly the human resources more than any other superficial wayout.

Abstract

The poor are those who are (1) materally impowerished; (2) economically and politicallypowerless, and (3) cognizant oftheir own weakness, looking to God for help since thay cannot find it anywhere else. Theologically, it can be said that in the old testament the mere fact of poverty laid a heavy responsibility on the non-poor, an obligation which was demanded by the law and not left to the goodwill ofthe individual. This article made it clear that social responsibility for the poor and the oppressed belonged to the Covenantand took priority over worship God has a particular love for the poor and disadvantaged in society and he would stand up for them Jesus critique is not based on a comparison of doctrine and teachings. His critique is not a theoretical exercise, as is often the case with cathechists. It is this God of compassion that Jesus tried to reintroduced to the followers of him. He wants the teachers of the church to gain their faith in such a God. He did not do byconstructing a doctrine of God but by telling the story of the good samaritan.What he said was: "go and do as that good Samaritan did" (Lk 10:37). Jesus never did away with the Old Testament view on everyone's responsibility towards the poor in society. He onlyadded one dimension to poverty which might be called "the poverty of spirit". The poor in spirit are those who have found their security in the knowledge that God loves them and will save them not because ofwhat they have but because of his love.

Abstract

Now, we are in Asean Economic society. It means every man is demanded to improve him/herself, undergoing severe training as a competitive person in order to not be marginalized in MEA. Catehist as the part of society is also included in this insist. So, the catechists must perform theirself competitively and professionally. As a professional, chatechist must have the standard of expert and certain competency in running their profession.The consequences of prefession is contract of employment, namely doing the job in compliance with minimal demand rewarded and decided standard. Beside it, pastoral as a profession has etiher inside or outside competition. The outside competitions such as the the better capability and skill. Through this article, Christian Dahurandi presents the ideal concept about the ideal, professional and competitive chatechist in coping with MEA. At least, the writer suggests that in relation with inside competition, pastoral agent must competitive and creative in obtaining the job opportunity. The pastoral profession will face the global market context that current to free trade are in MEA asociation.

The nation live and social civilized must be built from inside. It means the quality of heart and mental of human are the most important thing. So, the charater person is necesarried. It can help in building the character of nation. The pastoral agent should have some qualities, originaland positive character in order totake a part ofnation building. In this article, Vinsen Nase explains about character building ofpastoral agent. Character building is to buid the character of pastoral agent and it is so important for them. Pastoral agents are man and woman that work in serving the religious community and Cahatholic Church. Characater building go hand in hand with mental revolution. What kind of character that belongs to pastoral agent? In case of pastoral agent, the required character comprises of physic, intelectual, emtional and social maturity. All those characters are required in serving the society. Character building could be built through organization, education, family and media.

Abstract

Talking about education never be separated from terminology of education psychology. One of theories in relation with this topic is beaviorism learning theory.The beaviorism concept is elaborated by Albert Bandura in social cognitive theory.For him,most ofhuman learning occurs in social environment. In contacting with others, the man gets the knowledges, rules, skills, strategies, convictions and attitudes. At the same time,the man also sees the models, by those they will learn the advantage, conformity and the results of those behaviours. So, individuals act upon their convictions about their capabilities and the expected results from their acts. In this writing, Emanuel Haru will go further in presenting some constucts of social cognitive theory of Albert Bandura. The way of learning concept, modeling process, its effect on learning and performance, goal and expectation, self eficacy and the application of learning theory in education realm.

Abstract

Destination development at education field in the same direction that is enhancement human resources in a way implement quality education. Therefore government should seek a system quality education implemented in school. Coordinating to achieve school success determined by competence coordination principals. In context research focused on school leadership to assess how much influence personality traits and transformational leadership style of the principal to increase spirit at work of teachers. The Population this research is the teachers on public and private Senior High School that meet the criteria the homogeneity of the population. Sampling technique use proportional random sampling.
