Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of prices and facilities on purchase decisions of Griya Dulomo Indah Residential Real Estate. This research method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to resident of Griya Dulomo Indah Residential Real Estate, with a sample of 73 respondents. At the same time, data analysis technique used multiple liniear regression. The finding denoted that partially and simultaneously, prices and facilities variable affected the purchase decisions of Griya Dulomo Indah residential real estate. The simultaneous effect of price and facilities variables on purchase decisions was 25.7% on the other hand, the partial effect of the price variable on purchase decisions was 8.40%, and the effect of the facilities variable an the purchase decision was 17.3%

Abstract

This research employed a quantitative approach with the Ex-post facto research method. The data used were primary data obtained by distributing questionnsires to economics education students in the class of 2022, with a total sample of 70 respondents. At the same time, the data analysis technique technique used was multiple linear regressions. The results of data analysis and discussion denoted that family socioeconomic status and learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on interest in pursuing education. This result signified that good family socioeconomic status and learning motivation could increase students’ interest in pursuing education at the department of economics education, faculty of economics, universitas negeri gorontalo. It could be concluded that the research finding could answer the problems formulated in this research.

Abstract

The present research aimed to determine the effect of the training program on the creativity of Karawo (Traditional Fabric of Gorontalo) embroidery motifs at UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) Serasi, Dulomo Selatan Village, Kota Utara Subdistrict, Gorontalo City. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to customers at UMKM Serasi, Dulomo Selatan Village, Kota Utara Subdistrict, Gorontalo City, with a total sample of 30 respondents. At the same time, the date analysis technique used simple linear regression. The finding revealed that the training program affected the creativity of  the Karawo embroidery motifs at UMKM Serasi, Dulomo Selatan Village, Kota Utara Subdistrict, Gorontalo City. The effect of the training program on the creativity of the Karawo embroider motifs was 20,0%, while the remaining 80,0% were affected by other variables that were not exammed in this research.

Abstract

This study aimed to discover the Role of the Village Government in the Development of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Monano Village, Karamat Sub District, Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive quantitative method, a correlational design, and a sample of 30 people. Meanwhile, the data were collected through observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation and the analyzed using Multiple Linier Regression analysis. In accordance with the finding, it is concluded that the Village Government has played a role in developing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Monano Village, Karamat Sub District, Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

It employed a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to customer at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, Dumoga Timur Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, with a total sample of 32 respondents. The research finding depicted that service quality had a positive and significant effect on costumer satisfaction, which meant that the better the service quality provided by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, Dumoga Timur Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, the better the costumer satisfaction who shop at the company. The coefficient of determination research was equal to 74.3% which meant that the variability of customer satisfaction could be explained by the service quality of 74,3%.

Abstract

The research aimed to figure out the effect of village apparatus service on community satisfaction in Tapa Village, Sipatana Subdistrict. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to the community of Tapa Village, Sipatana Subdistric, with a sample of 40 respondents. In the meantime, the data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The research finding denoted that there was an effect of village apparatus service on community satisfaction in Tapa Village, Sipatana Subdistrict. The effect of the village apparatus service on community satisfaction was 71,4 while the remaining 28,6% was affected by variables that were not examined in this research

Abstract

The data used is secondary data obtained from the Gorontalo City BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Gorontalo) using Documentation analysis techniques. On the results of the correlation coefficient test, the person correlation coefficient value was 0.323. This shows that there is a low relationship between the level of education (X) and economic growth (Y). The test results for the coefficient of determination obtained an R-Square value of 0.104. this value means that 10.4% of the variability regarding economic growth in Gorontalo City can be explained by the level of education. While the remaining 89.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Furthermore, for the results of the t test it is known that the t value is 1.080 t table 2.178 and the significance level is 0.306 0.00, thus the research hypothesis which states that there is an influence between the level of education on economic growth in the city of Gorontalo, is rejected in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development on employee’s work productivity at the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries, and Agriculture of Gorontalo City. This study applied a quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaire. The samples consisted of 58 respondents. Data were analysed descriptively using validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and simple linear regression test. The results of this study revealed that career development has an effect on employee’s work productivity at the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries, and Agriculture of Gorontalo City. The R-Square value obtained 17.5%, indicating that the variability of work productivity in the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries, and Agriculture of Gorontalo City can be explained by career development. Meanwhile, the remaining 82.5% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach, with 35 respondents (students) in the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The main research instrument is a questionnaire. The data collected are analyzed and tested with multiple linear regression. The results show that there is an effect of discounts and consumer trust on purchasing decisions of Shopee application users in the class of 2018 of Bachelor’s Degree Program in Economic Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The effect of discounts and consumer trust on purchasing decisions of Shopee application users are 31,1% while the remaining 68,9% is influenced by variables that are not examined.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach with an ex-post-facto research method. The primary dara obtained were from the distribution of questionnaires and gained 62 respondents as a sample from students in clss XI of Ips SMA Negeri 1 Biluhu in ecomonics subject. Data analysis techniques utilized simple regression analysis and were accompanied by an SPSS application. The results of this study showed that the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model has a positive influence on improving students “learing outcomes in economics subject in class XI of IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Biluhu. Through jigsaw-tipe cooperative learning model, students” learing ability might influence the learning outcomes, besides, leaering ability in economics class had a considerable influence 0f 88,5%, while the remaining 11,5% was influenced by other variables that were not studied.
