Abstract

Performance measurement system is one of the existing models to monitor the successful implement-tation of a predetermined objective strategy leadership of the company including Microfinance Insti-tutions (MFIs). In this case, the Balanced Scorecard is a performance measurement method considered suitable for Microfinance Institutions in IndonesiaTherefore, researchers are trying to apply the Balanced Scorecard performance measurement models in the form of performance measurement application program of Microfinance Institutions using the web -based programming languages PHP and MySQL which the Microfinance Institutions can perform measurements on himself (self assessment) so that the measurement of the performance of Micro fi-nance Institutions can be run effectively and efficiently. The test is done by doing research in Micro-finance Institutions located in Sidoarjo. The sample data is Microfinance Institutions in Sidoarjo.For performance measurement criteria based on the Balanced Scorecard method namely financial pers-pective, customer perspective, internal process perspective and learning and growth perspective. While the method of Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy-AHP) and Weighted Product Model used for weighting the criteria and sub-criteria and the final assessment. Weighting is done based on the criteria and sub-criteria prioritization interest rate. The results of the analysis and design of the system will be applied to the measurement of application performance Web-based Microfinance Institutions.

Abstract

Tata Kelola TI melengkapi keberadaan TI itu sendiri dengan tujuan agar implementasi TI dapat mem-berikan kontribusi nilai bagi bisnis dan mengurangi risiko TI. Tata Kelola TI merupakan sebuah lan-dasan kerja yang dapat mengukur bagaimana penggunaan dan pemanfaatan TI dengan melihat bagai-mana tujuan dan sasaran bisnis perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) dalam melakukan analisis dan perancangannya. Tahap perta-ma pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan assessment maturity level untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan TI PT XYZ Domain Deliver and Support (DS). Kemudian dilakukan analisis prioritas dengan memetakan sasaran perusahaan dengan business goals, IT goals, dan IT Process pada COBIT 4.1. Proses yang dihasilkan dari analisis prioritas kemudian dilakukan analisis kondisi saat ini yang mencangkup analisis gap dan analisis risiko. Hasil dari penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa proses kritikal yang harus dilakukan perancangan yaitu proses DS1, DS4, DS6 dan DS13. Perancangan yang dihasilkan berupa kebijakan dan prosedur atas proses-proses yang kritikal.

Abstract

Companies that implement information technology should have the ability to manage the governance and the implementation of the Information Technology Governance (ITG). Application of IT Governance may support the organization in building a framework to direct and decide the utilization of IT according to the organization needs aligned with its vision, mission, values, strategy, and culture. Keputusan Minister of BUMN is the reference on good IT governance through its implementations in state-owned enterprises. According to the IT governance framework mentioned in PER-02/MBU/ 2013, COBIT 4.1 is a framework that focuses on the relationship between IT and enterprise business. Hence, in this research, COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) 4.1 framework is used to analyze and design the IT governance. In the first phase, the maturity level is measured to analyze the maturity and gap level of the IT governance in PT. XYZ, i.e. using Plan and Organise (PO) and Acquire and Implement (AI) domains. In the next phase, the priority analysis is conducted. The result of the analysis is considered as essential and critical process take the next analysis, i.e. gap and risk analysis. Afterwards, the IT governance map is designed. The design includes policy, procedure, organization structure, technology recommendation, and processes priority related document template.

Abstract

Established in 2001, XYZ Cargo is a Freight Forwarder Service Company specialized in the logistic transportation located in Jakarta. XYZ Cargo has broad experiences in both ocean freight and air freight service and has more than sixty agents of partnership around the world. XYZ Cargo has implemented Information Technology (IT) that covers all key aspects of business processes of the enterprise. It has an impact on the strategic and competitive advantages of its success. Many organizations have started implementing IT governance in order to achieve the collaboration between business and IT. The purpose of this research is to get an overview of performance measurement of the currently-running IT Governance with several aspects to consider such as effectiveness, efficiency, functional unit of information technology within an organization, data integrity, safeguarding assets, reliability, confidentiality, availability, and security. The analytical tool used in this research is the COBIT 5 standard procedure by ISACA. The result of IT Governance based on COBIT 5 in domain EDM, shows average values at the level of 2.0 until 2.7 (managed process) for EDM01, EDM02, EDM03 and 1.3 until 1.7 (performed process) for EDM04, EDM05.

Abstract

Based on statistics from data.id, in the first quarter of 2016, there are 1,137 datasets distributed at 32 institutions and 18 groups in Indonesia. DKI Jakarta Province contributes to these data at the most, i.e. 714 datasets. A lot of accessible open datasets have an impact on the availability of valuable information that can be extracted to good use, for businesses, governments, and personal lives. To get the desired information, an exploratory data analysis is needed to make data more alive. The goal of this research is to provide a proper visualization of the given data. Data visualization is a way (perhaps a solution) to communicate abstract data, to aid in data understanding by leveraging human visual system. The result of this visualization is effective and engaging charts appropriates to the given data and can be run on mobile platforms.

Abstract

IT Consultants are in the need of knowledge resources from experts who have either tacit, implicit, or explicit. Hence, a system that is able to manage knowledge (Knowledge Management/KM) is required. Along with success stories and failure experienced by many organizations in the implementation of KM system, it indicates that there should be factors that have roles in determining the successes of KM implementation. These factors are highly related to the readiness of the institution or company. Therefore, before implementing KM, it is necessary to analyze the readiness of the institution or organization. Analysis of readiness is expected to give an overview to the management about the state of readiness and aspects related to the successful implementation of KM. This study aims to measure the readiness of KM implementation in IT division in one of the IT consultation firm. The measurement of readiness was based on the extraction results of previous studies from which seven research aspects are obtained to be analyzed. Those aspects are strategy, organization, culture, technology, motivation, process, and human resources. Data was collected by questionnaires while data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical analysis. The analysis showed that the overall implementation of KM in IT division reached a readiness level of 2.26 in implementing KM.

Abstract

Crimezone is the application of citizen journalism developed to report crimes in Bandung which is available on windows phone platform. In its use, this app still has some problems in the backend system. One that often occurs is failure in sending image stream data with a large size, the provided web service is slow in delivering the requested data, and the backend system is highly vulnerable of web attacks. The purpose of this research is to improve the performance of Crimezone’s backend system. This is achieved by migrating from the current programming language to the new one. The selection of the Scala programming language will improve the performance of the backend system, facilitate use of asynchronous programming, concurrency, and parallelism and improve the security on the system.

Abstract

Di era digital ini strategi atau cara marketing telah berkembang, banyak pengusaha yang sedah memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai salah satu alat untuk melakukan strategi pemasaran dan salah satu media sosial yang digunakan adalah Twitter. Twitter digunakan sebagai media untuk memasarkan produk dalam marketing. Sayangnya Twitter tidak memberikan fitur untuk memudahkan penggunanya dalam melakukan promosi seperti memberikan informasi tentang waktu keaktifan follower serta mengkategorikan sesuai dengan ketertarikan dari follower. Oleh karena itu, agar dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan sebuah Twitter client yang dapat melakukan klasifikasi terhadap follower dari pengguna dan memudahkan cara promosi di Twitter. Salah satu cara untuk mengkategorikan ketertarikan dari user di Twitter adalah dengan menggunakan text mining. Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor adalah salah satu algoritma yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk implementasi pengklasifikasiannya. Pembangunan sistem Twikipedia dengan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor mampu mengklasifikasikan follower dari pengguna dan memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan promosi di Twitter dengan fitur yang tidak disediakan oleh Twitter.

Abstract

The emergence of social networking sites, particularly Facebook, encouraging the emergence of a new paradigm in e-commerce, known as social commerce (s-commerce). S-commerce business model is currently a trend in the commercial world. Based on literature studies that have been done, we obtained two factors in the behavior and interaction of social networking site Facebook users that affect a person's intention to make purchases through social media, there is social support and relationship quality. This study aims to conduct research on the relationship between social commerce intention, social support, and relationship quality, through a questionnaire survey conducted online to Facebook users by using purposive sampling method. Data results of the questionnaire that has been collected, then analyzed quantitatively by using PLS. From the analysis and quantitative testing can be concluded that social commerce intention on Facebook as a medium s-commerce is affected by relationship quality on social media itself (in this case Facebook), and are not directly affected by the social support that occurred on social media Facebook . However, it is known that social support on Facebook has a direct influence on the quality of the relationship quality between the user and Facebook as a medium of s-commerce.
