Abstract

Web 2.0 technology has supported the arrival of various social and collaborative applications. Those applications, which is known as social media, provide an opportunity for  users to express their opinions and share their knowledge and thoughts with others in online space.  This provides opportunities for reseachers to extend their research setting and generate data within a broader environement. As a result, researchers have increasingly turned to social media sites  to practice their research  to expand the scope and improve the analytic power of their studies. Yet there is still relatively little direction on and much confusion about how to gather data using qualitative and quantitative approaches on social media sites. Through an exstensive literature review from Information Technology and Information System journals, this studi  proposes new data gathering strategies within a broader environment of social media sites.   This study contributes to understanding of using social media for new  research settings. The limitation and future research of this study is addressed.

Abstract

One strategy of the Ministry of Finance in the institutional transformation is to strengthen the role of Financial Education and Training Agency (FETA) in the development of human resources is to become a corporate university. Furthermore, base on theory that one of the important elements that should exist in an organization to become a corporate university is knowledge management (KM). The problem which occurs in FETA is that the organization does not have specific mechanisms to manage the knowledge. Moreover, to overcome that problem, the organization need to build a KM system that allows each individual to share useful knowledge for the organization. As the first step, it needs a good preparation to lessen the failure in implementing it; which is by measuring the readiness level of knowledge management implementation. Therefore, this study aims to measure the readiness level of knowledge management implementation in FETA in order to provide recommendations for improving the readiness of it. The readiness level is measured based on the variables mapping including KM Infrastructure, KM Enabler, and KM Critical Success Factor  and then mapped into the KM aspects. The data were collected by using a sample survey method which were gathered from the employees of FETA. The data are then analyzed descriptively and inferentially to get the description about the readiness level of FETA in implementing knowledge management. Based on this research, it can be concluded that FETA is at the receptive level of readiness in implementing knowledge management. It indicates that all the indicators in KM, have been very supportive to the implementation of KM in FETA.

Abstract

Advances in information technology produces wide range of choices in accessing information including reading books. The increase in the number of readers who turning to electronic books making sales of printed books has decreased in the recent years. PT Gramedia Asri Media is one of book retail company in Indonesia. Gramedia implement CRM by launching a member card named Kompas Gramedia Value Card (KGVC). Promotion given has not been able to increase book transaction of KGVC members.This research focus on make customer segmentation in CRM at PT Gramedia Asri Media. Data mining process is done by clustering using K-means algorithm for segmenting customers based on RFM, as well as hierarchical clustering algorithms for segmentation of customers based on the number of books type. Evaluation is done on cluster result using elbow method, silhouette method, and Calinski-Harabasz index. Customer segmentation based on the RFM produce two optimal clusters, occasional customers and dormant customers. Customer segmentation based on the number of types of books purchased produce 3 optimal cluster, namely low, medium, and high. With these results, it is expected to help the company classifying KGVC members to determine the appropriate strategies, so company can increase the number of books transactions.

Abstract

The goals of the thesis were to create a model enterprise architecture strategic planning of IS / IT college in the form of IT blueprint with Zachman framework in STP Trisakti. Data were compiled by the main supporting documentation college events, questionnaires, interviews and field observations. Development of IT blueprint is done by utilizing the methodology of Ward & Peppard framework and EA (Enterprise Architecture) Zachman Framework is mapped into the Framework as the ultimate form of IT blueprint. Data were analyzed using analysis tools for internal and external environment. Internal environmental analysis using Value Chain, CSF (Critical Success Factor), the current application portfolio and Asset / IT, while the external environment analysis using the PEST (Political, Economic, Social, Technological), Porter's five force and the latest technology trends. It also carried defining enterprise architecture in the form of business architecture, data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture. Results of the Analysis were a blueprint IT shaped matrix cell 36 Zachman. It can be concluded that the can are 5 stages of implementation in the IT blueprint STP Trisakti with three major central system development in four areas of development of the IS / IT is the application portfolio, HR IT, Hardware, Software and Networking

Abstract

Teknologi informasi merupakan hal yang sangat umum pada era globalisasi ini. Teknologi informasi telah banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat khususnya di dalam perusahaan untuk membantu kegiatan sesuai dengan proses bisnis yang diterapkan perusahaan, salah satunya adalah PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ  merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki program utama yaitu penyelenggaran pendidikan dan pelatihan serta assessment kompetensi pegawai. PT. XYZ memanfaatkan teknologi untuk melakukan penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan menerapkan Learning Management System (LMS). Saat ini, LMS yang diterapkan perusahaan hanya mengakomodasi sebagian dari proses bisnis perusahaan sehingga perlu adanya pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk membantu dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja yang dilakukan sesuai dengan proses bisnis yang berjalan di perusahaan. LMS ini digunakan untuk mempermudah dalam pengolahan data-data master yang dibutuhkan dalam menunjang kegiatan pelatihan dan pembelajaran salah satunya adalah data master materi. Metode pengembangan LMS yang digunakan adalah metode SDLC dengan model inkremental. Implementasi LMS menggunakan framework Bootstrap, AngularJS, dan Codeigniter, serta Database Management System (DBMS) MySQL. Hasil pengujian sistem menunjukan bahwa LMS telah berjalan sesuai dengan permintaan dan kebutuhan perusahaan sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dan pelatihan para pegawainya.

Abstract

Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) merupakan sistem informasi kesehatan terkomputerisasi yang berisi data sosial dan data medis pasien, serta dapat dilengkapi dengan sistem pendukung keputusan. RME dapat membantu manajemen pelayanan kesehatan pasien dengan lebih baik. RS Universitas Gadjah Mada mewajibkan penggunaan RME. Saat ini RME dalam tahap pengembangan. Pengguna merupakan aspek penting untuk mewujudkan RME yang ideal. MMUST merupakan model untuk menilai kesuksesan sistem pada lingkungan mandatory. Dengan memahami persepsi pengguna mengenai RME dapat ditemukan rekomendasi yang tepat untuk memaksimalkan adopsi RME untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pasien. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor penentu kesuksesan implementasi RME di RS Universitas Gadjah Mada berdasarkan MMUST. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Data dari 100 pengguna RME yang dipilih secara simple random sampling dianalisis dengan teknik analisis SEM-PLS menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.2.3. Hasi penelitian ini membuktikan seluruh variabel MMUST berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan implementasi RME dengan nilai R2 kepuasan informasi 0,394; harapan kinerja 0,292; kepuasan keseluruhan 0,602; manfaat keseluruhan 0,444; dan sikap 0,655. Nilai Goodness of Fit (GoF) sebesar 0.5777, sehingga dapat disimpulkan model penelitian ini secara substansial merepresentasikan hasil penelitian.

Abstract

Proses Persalinan merupakan hal yang dinanti oleh setiap ibu yang sedang melahirkan. Dalam proses persalinan terdapat dua jenis proses persalinan yaitu secara normal atau sesar. Dalam proses per-salinan terdapat resiko persalinan yang dihadapi yaitu komplikasi ibu melahirkan yang dapat mem-perburuk kondisi ibu melahirkan. Resiko terburuk yang dapat saja terjadi adalah kematian ibu dan/ atau bayi yang baru dilahirkan. Data mining merupakan metode yang populer digunakan untuk menggali pola atau ilmu pengetahuan dari tumpukan data yang besar. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan komparasi metode data mining untuk pengolahan data ibu melahirkan dengan menggunakan algo-ritma C4.5, naive bayes dan neural network. Dari penelitian diketahui nilai akurasi untuk pengolahan data ibu melahirkan untuk penentuan proses persalinan dengan metode naive bayes yaitu 94%, neural network 936%, dan algoritma C4.5 yaitu 90%.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement an expert system application to provide minimum computer hardware and operating system requirements, which are capable of running games with certain graphical settings. Backward chaining inference method is used to conclude the output, which the requirements are based on user’s input. The application is made using PHP general-purpose server-side scripting language and MySQL database. By using this application, a user can consult as well as to an expert to know the computer specifications capable of running a game with preferred graphical settings and to estimate the cost to build that computer. This application can also help sellers of computer parts to set price on the custom-built computers, to create category or sales package, as well as to provide information for potential buyers.

Abstract

Tingginya jumlah kecelakaan yang terjadi menjadi alasan penting bagi pihak Satuan Lalu Lintas, salah satunya Polresta Pekanbaru untuk mengetahui hubungan antara factor-faktor penyebab kecelakaan. Hubungan tersebut dipelajari dengan menggunakan teknik data mining. Teknik ini bertujuan untuk menemukan informasi berupa pola yang dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan kebijakan di Satuan Lalu Lintas Polresta Pekanbaru. Teknik data mining yang digunakan yaitu teknik association rule dengan Algoritma Fp-growth. Algoritma ini menerapkan struktur data tree untuk mengetahui pola kecelakaan lalu lintas. Pola tersebut ditentukan oleh dua parameter, yaitu support (nilai penunjang) dan confidence (nilai kepastian). Sistem dibuat berbasis desktop dengan bahasa pemograman Visual Basic.Net. Sistem ini menghasilkan pola kecelakaan yang sering terjadi. Berdasarkan pengujian lift ratio, didapatkan pola kecelakaan yang paling sering terjadi, yaitu faktor kecelakaan dengan jenis_luka adalah luka ringan, jenis_jalan adalah jalan arteri, waktu adalah padat kendaraan, dan jenis_kelamin adalah perempuan dengan nilai lift ratio 1.20%. Sedangkan hasil pengujian skala Likert didapatkan bahwa 88.09% pengguna merasa dimudahkan dengan sistem ini dan dapat membantu mereka dalam mengetahui pola kecelakaan yang sering terjadi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efektivitas pelatihan komputer dasar dengan teori Roughset. Melalui teori Roughset ditemukan rule dan knowledge baru guna mengambil sebuah keputusan mengenai efektivitas program pelatihan Desktop Office Training. Materi pelatihan terdiri dari penguasaan aplikasi Excel, Word dan Power point untuk pengolahan data perkantoran. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di program studi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer, FKIP Universitas Bung Hatta yang bekerjasama dengan Microsoft dan berstandar Internasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda deskriptif yang disesuaikan dengan langkah-langkah teori Rough set. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 35 peserta. Hasil yang diperoleh dari 35 sampel didapat bahwa tingkat keefektifan pelatihan ini adalah 100%. Melalui proses equivalence class diperoleh 86 rule yang tereduksi menjadi 24 rule. Untuk simulasi sistem yang terbentuk diuji dengan program aplikasi Rosseta.
