Abstract

In general, this research is motivated by the problem of the condition of knowledge in one of the multi-ethnic families in the komplek BLKI, Pontianak Tenggara, who still do not fully know about the ethnic they belong to. This was revealed after observing daily habits that do not describe the ethnic group used as the identity. The purpose of this study is to find out about: (1) The application of culture to multi-ethnic families in everyday life. (2) Knowledge of each member of a multi-ethnic family about the tribe they belong to. (3) General material about ethnic groups belonging to multi-ethnic families. (4) Factors influencing ethnic knowledge in multi-ethnic families. This research used qualitative methods in the form of observation and online interview. The data source for this research is one of the multi-ethnic families who live in the komplek BLKI, Pontianak Tenggara. As a result, the condition of ethnic knowledge in the family is not good. The discussion is that family members apply some of the tribal culture in everyday life, knowledge about the ethnicity that is owned is not much, the tribes that are owned are Malay and Bugis, the factors that influence knowledge in the multi-ethnic family are individual factors, heredity, and environmental factors. It can be concluded that the condition of ethnic knowledge in multi-ethnic families in the komplek BLKI, Pontianak Tenggara is still limited.

Abstract

In Indonesia, there are many tribes including the Malay, Javanese, Batak, Sundanese, Dayak and many more. Each tribe has its own culture and language. Then the culture develops and experiences some renewal in traditions or customs. The Malay tribe and the Javanese tribe really uphold, appreciate and respect existing customs. At present, the Malay and Javanese tribes are still very attached to the customs that have been created since long ago even though there are updates and decreases. The culture or tradition that is still carried out today is Saprahan in the Malay tribe and Kenduri in the Javanese tribe. This research was conducted to find out the culture and language found in multi-tribe families. This research method uses qualitative methods with interview and observation techniques in multi-tribe families to collect research data. So from this research it is known that the culture of the Malay and Javanese tribes is still carried out today and has experienced renewal and decline. From the renewal and decline, there is an influence on both tribes such as the existence of culturation and the replacement of a tradition. For language use, it is influenced by environmental factors. Therefore, it is important to maintain the culture and language that has been produced by the ancestors in order to remain a self-identity.

Abstract

In Indonesia there are several ethnic groups and national cultures. Management must be aware of the unique culture of each ethnic group in order to apply it more effectively and skillfully in the home environment. Malay culture and ethnicity, which is the largest ethnic group in Indonesia, is the focus of this study. The national cultural component is used to differentiate cultural variants among diverse ethnic groups. To form an effective family, communication is interaction that occurs in groups, especially in family interactions where a child is expected to understand and follow the directions of his parents. Similarly, parents must provide a good education to their children. In order to obtain data sources for this study, a family residing in Indonesia—specifically, West Kalimantan in Pontianak City—was interviewed and observed. This interview was conducted using particular questions on language and ethnicity. It is obvious that the responses to the questions will depend on how well the study subjects—namely, the two family members—understand them. Second, there is mutual understanding among Malay family members, wherein family members may mold personalities. These two factors together help produce a tranquil home atmosphere where children can be more readily overseen by parents in their growth. Third, communication between family members using Malay is done for harmony, with parents recognizing the problems and sentiments of children as well as parents' hectic schedules.

Abstract

The Headmistress is one of the components of education that is influential in improving teacher performance. The success of school education is largely determined by the success of the principal in managing the educational staff available at school. This study generally aims to determine the principal's leadership in improving student learning discipline. This is in accordance with the regulations of the Minister of National Education where the principal is a teacher who is given additional duties as the principal of a school or madrasa to lead and manage a school or madrasa in an effort to improve student discipline. Managing a school or madrasah requires a professional leadership model and style. Implementation of school rules, factors that cause violations in the implementation of rules and regulations and school efforts to reduce the number of violations against the implementation of rules. The methodology of this research is to use literature review or library research, by collecting data from various sources, books, journals, and other analyses. The principal functions as a leader and manager in the school who has an important role in realizing the school's vision and mission.

Abstract

Students from different regions have different cultures. Students often experience culture shock in a new environment. The purpose of this study was to describe the form and background of the occurrence of culture shock in overseas students in Pontianak, as well as how they passed the culture shock. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Source data is obtained through words and actions, written sources as well as photographs. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. Subjects in this study were students from outside the City Of Pontianak. The results showed that overseas students experienced culture shock on food, language, social, academic lectures, and the community environment. These five aspects arise because they are generally different from their previous daily lives. Students claim they can overcome culture shock by trying to learn and adapt and understand the culture of others around them.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran pengajar dalam membentuk karakter peduli lingkungan pada siswa di sekolah dasar. Kajian ini dilaksanakan secara kualitatif dengan dengan mengambil sumber data dari pengajar di SDS Assalam Pontianak. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan menggunakan pendekatan wawancara. Melalui wawancara, para pengajar dapat berbagi pengalaman, pandangan, dan praktik mereka yang terkait dengan pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan pada siswa. Data yang terkumpul kemudian akan dianalisis secara mendalam untuk mengungkapkan temuan yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian ini. Kesimpulannya pengajar memilki peran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter peduli lingkungan pada siswa dengan menjadi contoh dan teladan bagi siswa serta berkolaborasi dengan orang tua dan rekan pengajar. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengajar melalui kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah berperan penting dalam pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan pada siswa.

Abstract

Kematian pasti tidak akan hilang dari kehidupan manusia, kematian berjalan beriringan bersama manusia selama ia hidup dan manusia pasti akan mati. Berdasarkan keterangan penjelasan yang telah di sampikan, bahwa kematian meninggalkan emosi yang sangat dalam bagi yang di tinggalkan. Oleh karena itu di sini peneliti tertarik ingin mencari makna kematian yang di alami oleh subjek dalam menjalani kedukaan. Jadi tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari makna kematian ayah atau ibu. Mencari bagaimana subjek mernghadapi pasca kematian orang tua. Jadi rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah makna kematian orang tua bagi mahasiswa Psikologi Islam dan bagaimana subjek mengekspresikan kehilangan. remaja akhir paska kematian ayah atau ibu ataupun keduanya bagi mahasiswa Psikologi Islam. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pisikologi islam yang berjumbalah 5 orang mahasiswi angkatan 2021. Metode yang di gunakan adalah metode kualitatif, Penelitian kualitatif ini menekanakan proses penganalisisan dari berfikir yang indukatif yang berkaitan berdasarkan dinamika hubungan dengan fenomena yang telah diamati serta senantiasa menggunkan logika dan secara ilmiah. Pengambilan data yang di gunakan yakni dengan wawancara subjek. Hasil dan pembahasan ini kematian menyebabkan kesedihan yang cukup dalam dapat menyebabkan kesedihan dan keterpurukan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini Kematian orang tua pastinya menimbulkan Rasa kehilangan yang cukup besar bahkan ada traumatik sendiri bagi individu yang kehilang sosok orang tua. Kehilangan dapat memunculkan beberapa rasa seperti munculnya kesedihan, murung, trauma, dan kehilangan sosok figur orang tua.

Abstract

Kebahagiaan ialah suatu hal yang penting dalam kehidupan individu tanpa melihat batas usia dan jenis kelamin. Kebahagian juga merupakan wujud dari kesempurnaan, Sehingga banyak orang yang berusaha mewujudkannya. Setiap inividu memiliki cara yang berbeda – beda dalam mencapai kebahagiaannya. Salah satunya mahasiswa rantau yang dimana ketika menjadi mahasiswa rantau mereka akan menghadapi tantangan hidup yang bisa mempengaruhi kebahagiaan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mahasiswa rantau itu memaknai kebahagiaannya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara. Informasi penelitian ini ialah mahasiswa rantau yang berkuliah di Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Pontianak dengan Jurusan Psikilogi Islam yang berjumlah 6 informan. Hasil dari penelitian ini ada 3 hal yang mempengaruhi rasa kebahagiaan yang mereka rasakan yaitu rasa kasih sayang yang mereka dapatkan dari orang terdekat ataupun orang tua, uang ataupun keuangan, dan kesehatan. Happiness is something that is important in an individual's life regardless of age and gender, happiness is also a form of perfection, So many people are trying to make it happen. Every individual has a different way to achieve happiness. One of them is overseas students where when they become overseas students they will face life challenges that can affect their happiness. This study aims to find out how overseas students interpret their happiness. In this study using qualitative methods with interview data collection techniques. The information for this research was overseas students studying at the Pontianak State Islamic Institute (IAIN) majoring in Islamic Psychology, totaling 6 informants. The results of this study are that there are 3 things that influence the feelings of happiness they feel, namely the love they get from their closest people or their parents, money or finances, and finally the health they feel.

Abstract

Dewasa ini pembelajaran dengan penggunaan teknologi merupakan ciri dari pembelajaran abad 21. Pengembangan materi berbasis digital menjadi fenomena yang krusial terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan pembelajaran. Adapun dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan platform MilleaLab dalam upaya meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi haji. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode R&D (Research and Development) melalui model Borg & Gall dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen dan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui observasi, penyebaran angket, dan tes. Kemudian, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa platform MilleaLab merupakan aplikasi pembelajaran yang relevan dengan abad 21, dimana ia tidak hanya sekadar memberikan materi secara teks, akan tetapi, dapat menampilkan materi dalam bentuk gambar, video, audio, icon 3D maupun quiz. Peserta didik diarahkan untuk bersimulasi disana dan dapat merasakan secara langsung (immersive) latihan berhaji di depan Ka’bah melalui mode view 360 dengan bantuan alat VR Box atau tanpa menggunakannya. Nowadays, learning using technology is a characteristic of 21st century learning. The development of digital-based materials is a crucial phenomenon in meeting learning needs. This research aims to develop the MilleaLab platform in an effort to increase students’ understanding of Hajj material. The method used is R&D (Research and Development) method using the Borg & Gall model with an experimental research type and a qualitative-descriptive approach. The data collection technique is carried out through observation, distributing questionnaires and tests. Then, the results of this research show that the MilleaLab platform is a learning application that is relevant to the 21st century, where it does not just provide material in text, but can display material in the form of images, videos, audio, 3D icons or quizzes. Students are directed to simulate there and can experience directly (immersive) the pilgrimage practice in front ot the Kaaba through 360 view mode with the help of the VR box tool or without using it.

Abstract

Aspek kajian dalam penelitian ini mencakup tujuan dan rangkaian pelaksanaan Mandi Safar dan nilai yang terkandung dalam tradisi Mandi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah tokoh adat, tokoh agama. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisa yang dilakukan, maka hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan tujuan diadakannya tradisi Mandi Safar yaitu untuk menghindari marabahaya (bencana), menjalin silaturahim dan melestarikan nilai-nilai budaya setempat. Tahap persiapan tradisi Mandi Safar diawali dengan musyawarah membentuk panitia khusus, pembuatan ketupat, penulisan daun Andong (Hanjuang). Tahap pelaksanaan diawali dengan pembacaan Sholawat, penggantungan daun Andong (Hanjuang), di aliran sungai, pembacaan doa dan mandi. Tahap penutupan yaitu terdiri dari acara makan bersama, dan diakhiri dengan doa penutup.
