Abstract

Mental health education in schools is becoming increasingly important due to the growing awareness of the impact of mental health on students' well-being and academic achievement. However, its implementation faces various challenges. The research method in this review uses literature. The results showed that to face these challenges, a holistic approach is important in addressing mental health challenges in schools. This means involving various parties (school, family, health professionals) and integrating mental health into various aspects of school life. Therefore, this study suggests the implementation of a multi-dimensional strategy, which means combining various solutions to create a comprehensive approach in improving the effectiveness of mental health education in schools.

Abstract

The effectiveness of immunisation programmes in school health education refers to the degree of success and positive impact resulting from the integration of immunisation services into the health education system in the school setting. This includes the ability of the programme to achieve specific goals, such as increasing vaccination coverage among students, reducing the incidence of vaccine-preventable diseases, and increasing knowledge and awareness about immunisation in the school community. The programme is considered effective when it can deliver significant and measurable benefits in the context of public health, while maximising the use of available resources. Furthermore, the effectiveness of immunisation programmes in school health education also involves aspects such as accessibility of services, acceptance by students and parents, seamless integration with the school curriculum, and long-term sustainability. Effective programmes not only focus on vaccine delivery, but also create an enabling environment for comprehensive health education, build strong partnerships between the education and health sectors, and facilitate positive behaviour change related to immunisation and other preventive health practices. As such, the effectiveness of these programmes is measured not only by direct health outcomes, but also by their impact on the education and health system as a whole.

Abstract

Developing healthy living skills through the school curriculum is an educational approach that aims to integrate health-related knowledge, attitudes and behaviours into the formal learning system. This approach covers various aspects of health, including physical, mental, emotional and social health, which are taught in a systematic and sustainable manner as part of the school curriculum. The aim is to equip students with the practical skills necessary to lead healthy lifestyles and make responsible decisions regarding their health. In this context, healthy life skills include a range of abilities such as an understanding of nutrition and a balanced diet, the importance of physical activity, stress management, communication skills, healthy decision-making, and an understanding of the risks of risky behaviours such as drug use or unsafe sexual behaviour. This approach focuses not only on delivering information, but also on developing practical skills through interactive learning methods, such as group discussions, role plays, and problem-based projects. By integrating healthy living skills into the school curriculum, it is expected that students can develop habits and mindsets that support their health and well-being throughout life.

Abstract

Sexual harassment anxiety is a concern about situations that threaten individuals with all kinds of unwanted sexual behavior. Anxiety is the most common symptom felt when experiencing sexual harassment, so steps need to be taken to minimize it. This study aims to determine the differences in anxiety of victims of sexual harassment offline and online in early adulthood. This study used an accidental sampling technique and was conducted on 205 respondents, early adults aged 18-40 years who had experienced sexual harassment either offline or online in Makassar. This study used the sexual harassment and anxiety scale DASS 42, the results of which were analyzed by Kruskal Wallis and Mann-Whitney using the JASP 0.16.0. The significance value obtained is 0.014 (p<0.05), which means that there are differences in anxiety about offline and online sexual harassment in early adulthood. This research has implications for social and clinical psychology, especially with regard to anxiety sexual harassment.

Abstract

Based on observations made by the author in June 2024 at the Radiology Installation of Dr. Loekmono Hadi Hospital, Kudus with clinical Osteoarthritis in the Knee Joint using conventional radiographic examination techniques with bilateral Antero Posterior (AP) and Lateral supine projections. This is different from the theory, namely the knee joint examination projection with clinical Osteoarthritis consists of AP projection, Lateral (Mediolateral) projection, AP/PA Weight-Bearing projection, and AP Oblique medial rotation projection (Bontrager, 2018). The purpose of this study was to determine the Knee Joint radiographic examination technique in clinical Osteoarthritis and to find out the reasons for the Knee Joint radiographic examination technique in clinical Osteoarthritis at the Radiology Installation of Dr. Loekmono Hadi Hospital, Kudus. The type of research used in compiling this scientific article is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The time of data collection was June 2024. The data collection methods used included observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were a patient and a radiographer at Dr. Loekmono Hadi Hospital. The data that has been obtained will be analyzed and changed into transcript form and then data reduction is carried out. Furthermore, the author reviews the existing literature and then draws a conclusion. The results of the study indicate that the Knee Joint examination technique in cases of Osteoarthritis in the Radiology Installation of Dr. Loekmono Hadi Hospital is carried out with AP Bilateral and lateral projections with the patient in a supine position. In the AP Bilateral projection, both knee joints are positioned in the middle of the image receptor and in the true AP position. While in the lateral projection, the knee joint is positioned true lateral with the right side on the image receptor with a flexion position of 20 ° and as a fixation the left leg is set forward. Lateral projections are carried out alternately for both legs. The image receptor used measures 35 x 43 cm. The vertical ray direction is perpendicular, the aiming point is 1.3 cm below the apex of the patella, FFD 100 cm. The exposure factor used in the AP projection is 60 kV 8 mAs and 60 kV 10 mAs for the lateral projection. The reason for performing a Knee Joint radiography examination in clinical Osteoarthritis is because it can produce a radiographic image that can help doctors evaluate the condition of the patient's genu in order to determine what medical action should be taken next.

The method in this study used the description method, namely to provide an overview of the knowledge and treatment of gout. Management in the family is carried out for 3 days starting with assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
