Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Yess Burger Samarinda Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan dilaksanakan di Yess Burger Samarinda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang ada di Yess Burger, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Yess Burger Samarinda Tahun 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang datang ke Yess Burger Samarinda. Jumlah sampel yang didapatkan menggunakan perhitungan Slovin sebanyak 97 responden. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the marketing mix strategies implemented by MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach to obtain an overview of the marketing mix strategy used by MSMEs in Makassar City with the concept of ghost kitchen during the Covid-19 pandemic. Primary data was obtained directly from informants by conducting interviews with the owner of Kaku Food. In this study, secondary data was obtained from reference books, journals, articles, research, magazines, newspapers and websites related to this research. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. The conclusion is Marketing Strategy of MSMEs during the Covid-19 Pandemic is carried out in accordance with the concept of the marketing mix. The marketing scheme is to offer products according to consumer needs at prices that are adjusted between capabilities and consumer economic conditions, and promotions are prioritized on online promotions. That way, MSMEs can maintain their stability and sustainability even though they are experiencing the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui salah satu upaya potensi-potensi daerah yang berpengaruh besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di wilayah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan selama tahun 2013-2017, menganalisis perkembangan PDRB selama 5 pada masing-masing sektor di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, menganalisis sektor basis ekonomi dan seberapa besar sumbangan sektor-sektor potensial tersebut terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dan Nasional. Data tersebut diperoleh dari survei sekunder, yaitu dengan memanfaatkan data yang telah tersedia pada instansi terkait. Dalam thesis ini digunakan model basis ekonomi yang tercermin pada analisis Location Quotient (LQ) yang dilengkapi analisis Shift Share, dan Tipology klassen yang berguna untuk mengetahui sektor-sektor unggulan di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Location Quotient, sektor yang memiliki indeks LQ lebih besar dari satu dan merupakan sektor basis ekonomi adalah Sektor yang memiliki pertumbuhan yang cepat di tingkat Nasional (Pr) dan dan daya daing daerah (Dr) Hasil analisis per sektor berdasarkan ketiga alat analisis menunjukkan bahwa sektor yang merupakan sektor unggulan di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan kriteria sektor maju dan tumbuh pesat, sektor basis dan kompetitif terdapat 7 sektor adalah Sektor Pertanian; Sektor Pertambanagan dan penggalian; sektor industri pengolahan; sektor kontruksi; sektor perdagangan besar dan eceran; sektor real estate; serta sektor jasa kesehatan dan kegiatan sosial.

Abstract

This paper aims to create a zakat formulation based tazkiyah as manifestation of the distribution of sharia value added in Kalla Group companies in Makassar. This paper is a descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research results show that the calculation of zakat for Kalla Group company was carried out at the beginning of the year when the budget meeting was held, the amount of zakat paid by each subsidiary was adjusted to the projected profit target for that year. Kalla Group acknowledges and records zakat as a general expense. After Hadji Kalla Foundation officially became LAZNAS, Kalla Group acknowledged and recorded zakat as a zakat expense that could reduce the company's profits. Another research result formulates the corporate zakat into 2 formulations, 1) Calculation formulation of zakat for companies is based on the total of working capital (current assets-current liabilities) plus net profit after tax, then multiplied by 2.5% to get the amount of zakat to be paid by the company. This formulation is deemed ideal to be implemented on Kalla Group based on the actual conditions of the company which have previously undergone tazkiyah-based screening. 2) This research also produces a reporting formulation in the form of a company’s zakat reporting format which can facilitate companies in classifying related accounts in their corporate zakat calculations. The formulation of the calculation of zakat for companies with tazkiyah screening is hoped to be a manifestation of the distribution of the sharia value added of the company.

Abstract

Financing is the largest portion from the assets of Islamic banks because it is the main activity of banking system. Based on its use, financing is distributed through capital, investment, and consumption. The performance success of banking system is seen from its profitability. The objective of this research was to know the effects of financing of capital, investment, and consumption on the profitability of Islamic banks, proxied with ROA both in the long term and in the short term.This was a quantitative research with causal approach. This research population was all Islamic banks and Islamic enterprise units in Indonesia in January 2017 to November 2016. The data were analyzed using Error Correction Model (ECM). Based on the resulta of this research, the variable of capital financing in the long term has negative significant effect on the variable of ROA, while in the short term, this variable has no effect on the variable ROA. The variable of investment financing in the long term has positive significant on the variable of ROA, while in the short term, it does not have any effect on ROA. On the other hand, the consumption financing has no effect on ROA, neither in the long term nor in the short term. All variables simultaneously have significant effect on the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia in 2007-2016, both in the long term and in the short term

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether dynamic capabilities and quality of educational services affect public interest. By using the SPSS Version 25.0 method, there were 62 respondents who were used as samples in this study, namely the parents of students from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah DDI 373 Paredeang. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to the research sample. T-test analysis is used to test in this study. The results of this study indicate that (1) Dynamic Capabilities have a significant effect on public interest. (2) The quality of education services has a significant effect on public interest. And F test analysis is used to test the dynamic capabilities and quality of education services. The results of this study indicate that the dynamic capability and quality of education services simultaneously have a significant effect on public interest in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah DDI 373 Paredeang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the principal's leadership style and the influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Polewali Mandar. The population in this study were all 69 teachers at MAN 1 Polewali Mandar. The number of samples used was 69 people using Sugiyono's saturated sampling theory. Data collection was carried out by providing questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using SPSS Version 23. The results of the study show that the leadership of the principal of MAN 1 Polewali Mandar belongs to a charismatic leadership style. The results of the analysis show that the principal's leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at MAN 1 Polewali Mandar

Abstract

This study aims at analyzing financial performance of cosmetics company registered at Indonesia stock exchange during Covid-19 pandemic. In analyzing the financial performance of the cosmetics company, financial ratios including liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, activity ratio, and profitability ratio were applied. This study analyzes 3 giant cosmetics companies namely PT. AWI, PT. KNI, and PT. UNI (all names are pseudonymized). This study finds that (1) PT. AWI and PT. KNI have good performance in terms of liquidity ratio analysis; (2) PT. AWI and PT. KNI show good performance in terms of solvency ratio; (3) PT. UNI outperforms the other two cosmetics companies in terms of activity ratio analysis; (4) PT. AWI and PT. UNI outperform another cosmetics company in terms of analysis of profitability ratios; and (5) PT. UNI outperforms the other two cosmetics company in terms of the return on assets and the return on equity. This study draws findings and valuable conclusion which descriptively describes the actual phenomenon which are expected to be beneficial for further researchers.
