Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial leadership and work life balance on innovation and performance through innovation at the Lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya during work from home. This type of research is quantitative research. The research location was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya. The population used is 112 lecturers at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya and the sample size collected was 74 respondents. The data analysis technique was carried out with a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach using the Patrial Least Square (PLS) analysis method supported by the smartPLS 3.0 computer software. The results of this study state that entrepreneurial leadership has an insignificant influence on lecturer innovation, entrepreneurial leadership has no significant effect on lecturer performance, work life balance has a significant effect on innovation, work life balance has a significant effect on lecturer performance, lecturer innovation has a significant and positive effect. on lecturer performance, entrepreneurial leadership has no significant effect on lecturer performance intervening by lecturer innovation, work life balance has a significant effect on lecturer performance intervening by lecturer innovation.

Abstract

This purpose of this study to analyze the effect of financial technology peer to peer lending on the Indonesian economy in the digital era. This study uses a quantitative approach with time series data in the form of monthly fintech lending statistical reports from 2018 until September 2020 an monthly SEKI ( Indonesia Economic and Financial Statistics) reports from 2018 to September 2020. The analysis technique uses regressions. The result showed that P2P lending financial technology had a significant positive effect on Indonesia’s economic growth and had effect of 68,18 percent on economic growth. The conclusion of this study is that peer to peer lending financial technology has a significant positive effect on economic growth. This show that the more rapid the growth peer to peer lending in Indonesia, the more positive the impact will be on the Indonesian economy.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has made many people learn and start new things in their lives, including women. Many women started entrepreneurship due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Culinary becomes an attractive choice for starting a business because it is easy to begin and is a primary need. This study aims to determine how novice female entrepreneurs in the culinary field use technology in their business processes. This study used a qualitative method with a case study method. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The results showed that this startup woman entrepreneur carried out almost all of her business processes with the help of online media, especially WhatsApp. Simple marketing research activities, finding suppliers, preparing and conducting marketing communications, conducting transactions, doing co-creation and collaborating with partners are supported by online communication media. This study also seeks to capture the difficulties and challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in the culinary field. Because this research was conducted with a case study on five women entrepreneurs in the culinary field, further research can use quantitative methods and use a large sample.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is needed to open job vacancies. This study focuses on entrepreneurs who start a business with e-commerce with the interview method. With marketplace-based e-commerce, all the products displayed in it will be easier for people to see. In using the marketplace, the responsibility of business actors must also be applied. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurs who are new to running a business are mostly assisted by marketplace-based e-commerce to market their new products and consumers will easily find the products they need efficiently and without having to spend a lot of time. to buy it. Entrepreneurs who use the marketplace must be able to maintain the products and quality offered to consumers so that these products can be trusted by everyone who visits online. In developing a business, convenience is the main thing in doing business, which can also make buyers feel more satisfied so that buyers will make a repurchase.

Abstract

Kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh bank memang sangat berpengaruh bagi nasabah untuk terus menggunakan layanan electronic banking bank syariah, hal ini membuat bank terus melakukan inovasi agar nasabah tetap menggunakan layanan bank syariah. Faktor kepuasan yang diterima oleh nasabah juga menjadi salah satu faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan bank. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat kota semarang yang pernah atau sedang menggunakan electronic banking bank syariah dengan 100 sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner. Data diolah dengan smartPLS, dianalisis dengan convergent validity (AVE), Uji path coefficient, coefficient determination, uji hipotesis menggunakan bootstrap, serta uji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat dan religiusitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan ulang electronic banking bank syariah, dan kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan ulang electronic banking bank syariah, kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan ulang electronic banking bank syariah dan kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan memediasi pengaruh antara persepsi manfaat, kualitas layanan dan religiusitas dengan minat menggunakan ulang electronic banking bank syariah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic literacy and digital literacy on entrepreneurial interest in students of the Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlation research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). The population in this study was 329 students of the 2017-2019 Economics Education Study Program, with a sample of 77 students. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. with the results of the study showing that partially the economic literacy variable has a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship, and the digital literacy variable has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of the students of the Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. And simultaneously the variables of economic literacy and digital literacy have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial interest of   students of the Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan e-marketing dalam mendukung penjualan produk kerajinan home industry R-Craft Kecamatan Tallo, Kota Makassar. Informan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu Ibu Fatriani selaku pemilik rumah produksi R-Craft dan bapak Muh. Yunus selaku suami Ibu Fatriani. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-marketing yang digunakan Ibu Fatriani melalui media sosial seperti Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram dan Toko pedia. Sangat berperan dalam mendukung penjualan produknya diantaranya dengan e-marketing dapat menemukan consumer baru, dapat membagikan informasi, meningkatkan penjualan, keamanan dalam menggunakan e-marketing, menghemat biaya dan tenaga dan dapat melakukan respon langsung.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effects of brand awareness and brand association on brand loyalty in the higher education sector and analyzes the role of brand identity as a moderating variable. This research used 182 respondents of Universitas Terbuka (Indonesian Open University) as the sample, which the obtained data through distributing the questionnaires to respondents. Data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that brand awareness and associations had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. In addition, this study also confirms the role of brand identity as a moderating influence of brand awareness on brand loyalty. The influence of brand awareness on brand loyalty will be more substantial when higher education has a strong brand identity.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of leadership style on the effectiveness of financial management at the Educational Quality Assurance Institute (LPMP). The research design used in this research is quantitative research methods. Descriptive statistical analysis is used with the intention of describing the effect of leadership style on financial management. The population as the subject of this research is the budget executor in the work unit in LPMP Gorontalo Province. The sampling method used was Simple Random Sampling. The results showed that the leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of financial management.

Abstract

Abstract The background of the research of micro business owners departed from recklessness, the urgency of economic conditions. The purpose of this study is to describe the efforts of micro group entrepreneurs in operating their businesses. The focus of this research is the operationalization of micro entrepreneurs (UM). The research method uses a case study approach, the research subjects are determined with the criteria that micro business actors have been operating for at least 3 years and have bright prospects in their business class. Collecting data through structured and in-depth interviews with 5 micro group entrepreneurs. The descriptions are 1) cricket cultivators, 2) catfish cultivators, 3) ornamental plant cultivators, 4) hydroponic gardens, and 5) managers of fishing ponds and fish nurseries. The results of the study (1) Aspects of business planning 60% of entrepreneurs collect initial data and 40% of business actors do not do it. (2) The collected data is filtered by 40% of business actors, and 60% has not filtered the data. The job description is detailed as much as 40% of business actors and the remaining 60% does not describe. (3) The indicators for establishing policies and program preparation have not been carried out by these business actors. (4) the results of the analysis of the business canvas using 13 criteria for hydroponic business actors to reach the highest target of 83.66, fishing pond business actors 66.67 cricket cultivation actors 58.33 ornamental plant cultivation actors 50.00 and catfish cultivation 50.00. Abstrak Latar belakang penelitian para pemilik usaha mikro berangkat dari tekad, terdesaknya kondisi ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini mendiskrepsikan upaya usahawan kelompok mikro-kecil dalam menyusun perencanaan usahanya. Fokus penelitian ini adalah perencanaan oleh usahawan mikro-kecil (UMK). Metode penelitian Kualitataitf dengan pendekatan studi kasus, subyeknya penelitian ditetapkan dengan kriteria pelaku usaha mikro telah beroperasi minimal 3 tahun dan memiliki prospek cerah di kelas usahanya. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terstrtuktur dan mendalam kepada usahawan kelompok mikro berjumlah 5 orang. Rianciannya 1) pembudaya jangkrik, 2) pembudidaya ikan lele, 3) pembudidaya tanaman hias, 4) kebun hidroponik, dan 5) pengelola kolam pemancingan dan pembibitan ikan. Hasil penelitian (1) Aspek perencanaan usaha 60% wirsusahawan menghimpun data awal dan 40% pelaku usaha tidak melakukannya. (2) Data terhimpun dilakukan penyaringan 40% pelaku usaha, dan 60% belum belum menyaring data. job description diruaikan detail sebanyak 40% pelaku usaha dan 60% sisanya tidak menguraikan. (3) Indikator menetapkan kabijakan dan penyusunan program belum di lakukan oleh para pelaku usaha ini. (4) hasil analisis canvas bisnis menggunakan 13 kriteria pelaku usaha hidroponik mencepai sasaran tertinggi sebesar 83,66, pelaku usaha kolam pemancingan 66,67 pelaku budidaya jangkrik 58,33 pelaku budidaya tanaman hias 50,00 terakhir budidaya ikan lele 50,00.
