Abstract

This researcher aims to develop Smart Card learning media which is motivated by the lack of utilization of the media used by educators until causing monotony and lack of student response in learning so that it has an impact on reading skills. The use of media in learning can help foster student focus. Smart Cards are cards that contain writing and pictures, so students can easily digest the writing with the help of pictures. This research is a development research that refers to the developer model Borg and Gallaccording to the developer which uses seven stages in the research namely Research and Information Collection, Planning, Develop Preliminary Form of Product, Preliminary Field Testing, Operational Product Revision, Main Field Testing, Operational Field Testing. Based on the research results, validation results of media experts obtained score data of 92% with the criteria of "Very Eligible", from linguists with a score of 87% with the criteria "Very Eligible", from material experts with a score of 91% with the criteria of "Very Eligible", as well as the results of large-scale field trials with the value of the questionnaire filled in by students obtaining 95% with the criteria of "Very Practical". The questionnaire filled out by the teacher or colleagues obtained 97% with the criteria "Very Practical". Fill in the observation sheet questionnaire to get 100% with the criteria "Very Practical”. Questionnaire observation sheets of students' reading skills obtained 65% having achieved a classical completeness standard of 65%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the contents of cultural literacy and citizenship in the Student's book Theme 1 The Beauty of Togetherness in Elementary Schools. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Research on the theme 1 student book shows that cultural aspects as a natural way of thinking through language and behavior are not included in the theme 1 student book. Aspects of Art as a Cultural Product are included in the theme 1 student book and have provided space for students to add insight and skills The aspects of Multicultural Citizenship and Participation are the aspects that appear the most in Theme 1 student books. The aspect of nationalism is included in the student book on theme 1. This can be seen from awareness in public relations as citizens The inclusiveness aspect is contained in the theme 1 student book, this can be seen from the indicators of building tolerance and respect for culture. Aspect Direct Experience in the theme 1 student book is included, this can be seen in the student activities contained in the student book theme 1 the beauty of togetherness.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems that are often encountered in learning biology in the form of a lack of motivation to learn, which results in low student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Wordwall-assisted Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review (SQ3R) learning model on student learning outcomes on sensory systems. The method in this study was quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. The instruments used were observation sheets, multiple-choice questions and student response questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of teacher and student activities was in a very good category. Student learning outcomes were analyzed using SPSS version 26 to obtain an Asymp value. Sig (2-tiled) is 0.018 < 0.05, thus the hypothesis is accepted, that is, there is an influence of the Wordwall-assisted SQ3R method on student learning outcomes. Student responses to the learning process of the SQ3R model assisted by Wordwall gave positive responses with very good interpretations. The conclusion of this study is that the Wordwall-assisted SQ3R learning model has a positive effect on student learning outcomes in sensory system material.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Pancasila student profile habituation in the formation of students' character as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were students and teachers of grades 1 and 4 at SDN 3 Ngasem, Tahunan Jepara. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the independent curriculum at SDN 3 Ngasem in grades 1 and 4 has been well implemented. The 6 elements of Pancasila student profile habituation have also been implemented in the learning process by having a special program. Factors supporting the implementation of habituation of the Pancasila student profile are the self-determination of students, educators, parents, and the school and home environment. The inhibiting factors of this habituation are the teacher's lack of understanding of the independent curriculum, moral degradation in students, minimal learning substance and the lack of role of parents of students in supporting this habituation at home. The solution to overcoming obstacles to the implementation of Pancasila student profile habituation is that educators are expected to attend seminars or collaborate in using the independent curriculum, students are given more activities that lead to habituation of Pancasila student profiles, and invite parents to collaborate in instilling Pancasila student profile habituation at school

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the time token learning model on student learning motivation: (1) How to apply the time token learning model for class v students of Elementary School Negri 3 Ciherang? (2) How is the learning motivation before and after the implementation of the time token learning model on students' learning motivation in thematic learning class v of Elementary School 3 Ciherang? (3) Is there a significant effect of the time token learning model on learning motivation in thematic learning class v of Elementary School 3 Ciherang? This study uses a type of quantitative research with an experimental method with a pre-experimental research design type one group pretest-posttest design. In this study, the population was all children at SD Negeri 3 Ciherang, Kadugede District, for the research sample, namely all students in class V, totaling 32 students. The average result of the pretest was 71.87, after the pretest was carried out then given treatment using the time token learning model to increase student learning motivation in thematic learning, during the treatment there was an increase as seen from the posttest results where the average was 79, 15. Based on the calculated t value of the SPPSS results of (4,593) and t table, a value of (2,036) is obtained so that tcount < ttable, then Ho is rejected, then Ha is accepted and the results are significant, namely the significant value is less than 0.05, namely sig. (0.00) < 0.05 so that Ho is rejected, then Ha is accepted, which means the use of the time token learning model affects the learning motivation of fifth grade students in thematic learning.

Abstract

Creative thinking skill is the one of high orther thinking skill that needed to create development for education in Indonesia at 21st century. An initial study from one of senior high schools in Ciamis district showed that students' creative thinking skills tended to be low because the model that used for learning was not appropriate. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Discovery Learning model-based STEAM on students' creative thinking skills in the environmental pollution submaterial. This research was conducted using a Quasi Experiment with a Purposive Sampling technique for two classes that were used as subjects and research samples consisting of control and experimental classes. Pretest and posttest which contain indicators of creative thinking are given to students to measure the effect which is tested using prerequisite tests and hypothesis testing. The results of the prerequisite test show that the post-test data are normally distributed and not homogeneous. The hypothesis test gave the result that there was an influence on students' creative thinking skills after using the Discovery Learning model based STEAM in the submaterial of environmental pollution.

Abstract

Students' creative thinking skills are one of the skills that students must have in the 21st century. Students' creative thinking skills can be measured through the results of tests given to students. The research aims to describe the effect of learning using the padlet-assisted project-based learning model on students' creative thinking on kingdom Plantae material. This experimental research uses a non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study was all class X SMA in one of the schools in the Bandung district. The research sample used two classes with quasi-experimental methods and purposive sampling techniques. The research instrument consisted of observation sheets and essay test questions which included indicators of students' creative thinking with analysis of prerequisite test data and hypothesis testing. The results of the research conducted using the independent sample t-test obtained a tcount value of 0.001 <0.05 indicating that there was a positive influence on the use of the padlet-assisted project-based learning model on students' creative thinking skills.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is 1) To explain the DLPS (Double Loop Problem Solving) learning model; 2) To explain the steps of the DLPS (Double Loop Problem Solving) learning model; 3) To explain the advantages and disadvantages of the DLPS (Double Loop Problem Solving) learning model; and 4) To compile the syntax for learning Physics with the DLPS (Double Loop Problem Solving) model in the subject of Circular Motion. The method used in writing this article is the library method. The data analysis techniques in this article are summarizing, presenting theory, and providing conclusions. Based on the discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that 1) DLPS (Dooble-Loop Problem Solving) is a modification of learning problem solving with an emphasis on finding the main causes of the emergence of a given problem; 2) The steps of DLPS (Dooble-Loop Problem Solving) are Identifying the problem, Detecting direct causes, and rapidly applying temporary solutions, Evaluating the success of the temporary solutions, then Deciding if root cause analysis is needed, If so, detecting higher level causes and Designing root causes solutions; 3) The advantages of the DLPS (Double Loop Problem Solving) learning model are practising students to design an invention, think critically, solve problems faced realistically, identify and carry out investigations, interpret and evaluate the results of observations and stimulate the development of students' thinking progress. Disadvantages of the DLPS (Double Loop Problem Solving) learning model are require a longer time allocation, difficulty in evaluating the problem-solving process constantly, difficulty finding the right problem or in accordance with the level of development and abilities of students; and 4) The DLPS (Dooble-Loop Problem Solving) syntax is identification, causal detection, tentative solution, solution consideration, causal analysis and selected solution plan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Effect of Mind Mapping Learning Model on PkN Learning Outcomes in Grade III Students of SDN 1 Bunigeulis of Hantara District Kuningan District. The study used the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research method. The subject of this study was a class III number of 16 learners. The instruments used in this study are in the form of test sheets. The results obtained were as follows, the pretest average value was 57.25 while the average posttest score amounted to 82.43. Based on the results of statistical test testing using hypothesis test obtained thit (2,58) &gt; ttab (1,7613), Ha accepted that there is an influence of Mind Mapping Learning Model on PkN Learning Outcomes in Grade III Students of SDN 1 Bunigeulis District Hantara.
