<![CDATA[Tetanus Toxoid (TT) immunization is a purified tetanus toxin that is given to infants, children and mothers in an effort to provide protection against tetanus. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with pregnant women in immunizing tetanus toxoid at the Pasar Prabumulih Public Health Center in 2021. This study uses an Analytical Survey using a Cross Sectional approach. The population of this study were pregnant women who were immunizing against tetanus toxoid. The number of samples in this study was 252 respondents. In the univariate analysis, it was found that from 252 respondents, it was found that respondents with high risk age were 141 respondents (56.0%) and respondents with low risk age were 111 respondents (44.0%). ,2%) and respondents with low parity as many as 123 respondents (48.8%) and respondents with higher education as many as 136 respondents (51.2%) and respondents with low education as many as 116 respondents (46.0%). Conclusion showed maternal age had a significant relationship with tetanus toxoid immunization (p value 0.000), maternal parity had a significant relationship with tetanus toxoid immunization (p value 0.000), and maternal education had a significant relationship with tetanus toxoid immunization (p value 0.000 ). Further research can be done with other variables with the incidence of tetanus toxoid in pregnant women.]]>

<![CDATA[Work stress is pressure from work that can affect the psychology of workers. Several factors that cause work stress are workload and work saturation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between workload and work saturation on nurses' work stress. This study uses a quantitative method with a Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were nurses who served in the inpatient room as many as 120 people from 7 rooms. The sample in this study was 73 people with a sampling technique using Propionate Stratified Random Sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire of work stress, workload and work saturation. This study uses statistical analysis using the Chi-Square test at a 95% confidence level (? = 0.05). The results of this study indicate that the nurse's workload has a p value = 0,585 and work saturation, p value = 1,000, has no significant relationship with nurses' work stress. Suggestions from this study are expected to be input for hospitals to determine steps in stress management or stress management for nurses.]]>

<![CDATA[Covid-19 is an infectious disease designated as a global health problem which as subsequently designated as a pandemic by the World Health Organization. Starting in 2021, Covid-19 vaccinations have begun to be carried out in various countries, including Indonesia. Lack of public knowledge causes one of the factors that the implementation of vaccination is not optimal. One of the people's refusal is not to get vaccinated because people do not know the purpose of the vaccination. The purpose of this study is to identify the level of public knowledge about Covid-19 vaccination at Lumban Pinasa Village, Habinsaran District. The population in the study amount to 400 people, the sampling technique used the Slovin formula obtained as many as 80 people. This research use descriptive research method with the sampling technique is random sampling. The level of public knowledge about Covid-19 vaccination has good knowledge of 73 respondents (91.3%), and sufficient knowledge of 7 people (8.8%). It is hoped that the public will maintain knowledge about Covid-19 vaccination and continue to seek information related to Covid-19 vaccination.]]>

<![CDATA[Anemia is a condition with hemoglobin, hematocrit and red blood cell levels lower than the normal value <11 gr/dl in pregnant women. Anemia in pregnancy has an unfavorable effect on the mother, both in pregnancy, childbirth and in the puerperium. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between age, pregnancy interval, parity, nutritional status, consumption of Fe tablets, ANC visits, and knowledge of the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of the Gerunggang Health Center, Pangkal Pinang City. This study used an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The number of respondents was 90 people at the Gerunggang Health Center, with the sampling technique using simple random sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Using statistical analysis with the chi square test at the 95% confidence level (? = 0.05). The results of the study showed that pregnancy spacing (p value = 0.027), parity (p value = 0.02), nutritional status (p value = 0.001), adherence to consumption of Fe tablets (p value = 0.04) and knowledge (p value = 0.003) there is a significant relationship with anemia in pregnant women.]]>

<![CDATA[The visit of Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus suffers who are members og the Chronic Disease Management Program (PROLANIS) are quite high with 576 visits. Puskesmas Jalan Gedang Kota Bengkulu has the highest number of visits to 10 other Puskesmas. The purpose og this study is to detemine the implementation of PROLANIS program Puskesmas Jalan Gedang, Bengkulu City. This study used a qualitative method. The informants have been involved in this study were 8 people consisting of 1 head of Puskesmas, 1 BPJS officer, 1 Person in charge of PROLANIS, and 5 PROLANIS participants. The data of the study were analyzed through data reduction, data review, and drawing conclusions or verification. PROLANIS program policy has been programmed and planned according to the provisions. Personnel involved in PROLANIS activities were, health workers, BPJS parties, PROLANIS cadres and PROLANIS members. The process of conducting medical consultations for PROLANIS participants, cadres abd health workers, and education of PROLANIS participant groups with questions and answers and providing information, the home visit was less than optimal due to lock of the time and extensive work area of the puskesmas. Remembers sms program was still not optimally done, if there was a change in the schedule of PROLANIS activities were gymnastics.]]>

<![CDATA[The level of nutritional knowledge of a child is a very important domain for the formation of behavior. Lack of knowledge of children about nutrition resulted in irregular nutritional intake. Therefore, children really need special attention, especially in the level of knowledge about nutrition which is visualized in Isi Piringku. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Quartet Card education on school children's knowledge of the contents of Isi Piringku before and after health education. This type of research is quantitative with a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest posttest approach without a control group. Determination of the sampling technique using cluster random sampling with a target population of 112 students. The research sample is 4th and 5th grade students of SD Negeri 102 Palembang, totaling 88 respondents. The instrument used was a knowledge level questionnaire that was given before and after the Quartet Card educational intervention. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test with a significance level of p value <0.05. The results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test showed that the median value before education was 10.00, after education was 14.00, and the p value = 0.000 (p value <0.05). The conclusion of this research is that there is an effect of using Quartet Card education on school children's knowledge about Isi Piringku Contents.]]>

<![CDATA[Pregnant women are at high risk of being infected with COVID-19 which will increase the risk of death for both mother and baby. Currently, data regarding the participation of pregnant women in the COVID-19 vaccination program is still far from the target, due to many influencing factors such as age, education, knowledge, family support, and community culture. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the participation of pregnant women in the COVID-19 vaccination program in the East Belitung Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with a Cross Sectional approach. The sample size in this study was 100 pregnant women respondents in the East Belitung Regency. The observed variable is the independent variable (age, education, knowledge, family support, and community culture) which will be associated with the dependent variable (covid-19 vaccination participation) with the chi-square test. The results of this study prove that there is a significant relationship between age (p-value = 0.000), education (p-value = 0.000), knowledge (p-value = 0.000), family support (p-value = 0.000), and community culture (p-value = 0.000) with the participation of pregnant women in the COVID-19 vaccination program in the East Belitung Regency Region.]]>

<![CDATA[Cases of drowning in the sea which are quite high require first treatment, which is mostly done by fishermen. The handling cannot be separated from the provision of Basic Life Support (BLS) to drowning victims by fishermen, so fishermen must have basic knowledge of how to provide Basic Life Support (BLS). The aimed of the study was to determine the effectiveness of providing audiovisuals about Basic Life Support on the level of knowledge of fishermen in dealing with drowning victims in Jetis Village. The research design was two group pre-post test design. 140 respondents was invited to this study. The research instrument used a knowledge questionnaire and audiovisual media. Data analysis using wilcoxon test. The results showed that fishermen before the intervention had an average score of 14.47 in the control group and 13.84 in the experimental group and after the intervention had an average value of 14.39 in the control group and 15.77 in the experimental group. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed a p-value of 0.000 (p-value ). The conclusion is that there was an effect of providing audiovisuals about BLS on the knowledge of fishermen in dealing with drowning victims in Jetis Village.]]>

<![CDATA[Labor pain is a major problem experienced by maternity mothers which, if not handled properly, can increase anxiety or worry to depression and have an effect on increasing adrenaline hormones affecting maternal cardiac output and decreased uteroplacental perfusion and can cause prolonged labor. One of the steps to reduce labor pain is to use abdominal lifting and counter pressure techniques which are categorized as safe and quite effective interventions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and effectiveness of abdominal lifting and counter pressure in reducing labor pain in the first stage of normal delivery. This study is a systematic literature review using secondary data obtained from research results by previous researchers. Literature search using several databases such as Google Scholar, PUBMED and Sci-Hub. Based on the results of article screening, 13 articles were obtained according to the inclusion criteria, consisting of 10 national journals and 3 international journals spanning the last 5 years, from 2018-2022. A total of 11 journals with a quasi-experimental design and 2 other pre-experimental designs with the overall research subjects used were first-stage maternity mothers. Based on the results of the review, there is a difference between before and after the intervention, namely a decrease in the level of pain felt by maternity after giving Abdominal lifting and counterpressure therapy. So it can be concluded that these two techniques have influence and effectiveness in reducing pain during labor.]]>

<![CDATA[Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) is a dangerous virus that infects the respiratory tract so that it can have an impact on death. The initial discovery of this virus came from China. The spread of the Covid-19 virus is very fast and the transmission rate is quite high. The rate of increase in cases is growing faster, so it takes people's behavior that can change themselves to maintain cleanliness. The public must also adhere to health protocols, such as wearing masks, washing hands and keeping a distance. The purpose of writing this literature review is to determine the relationship between knowledge and community behavior in preventing the transmission of COVID-19. This study uses the Literature Review method, namely by searching for article data sources taken using Google Scholar. The period of the articles that are used as references is from 2020 - 2021. From the results of the selection that has been carried out using the inclusion criteria, 10 articles are obtained that will be reviewed. The results obtained from the 10 articles reviewed were 6 articles which stated that there was a significant relationship between knowledge and community behavior in preventing Cofid-19. While the 3 articles there is no significant relationship.]]>
