Abstract

Clean water is a crucial element in the lives of humans and other creatures, ensuring the normal function of the body's organs and optimal health. In the bottled water industry, particularly in refillable bottled water, competition is becoming increasingly fierce. This study focuses on the role of service and product quality in consumer purchasing decisions at Refillable Bottled Water Depots, specifically at Depot Air Qua in Tegal Alur, West Jakarta. The research employs an associative quantitative approach with 96 respondents and questionnaires as instruments. The analysis results indicate a positive impact between service and product quality on purchasing decisions. It is essential to note that this analysis is limited to a single Refillable Bottled Water company (Depot Air Qua) without considering other variables or moderating factors that could affect purchasing decisions more comprehensively.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Work-Life Balance and Work Stress on the Performance of Generation Z Employees (Study of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University Class of 2020). The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a type of survey method. The number of samples used in this study uses the calculation of the slovin formula as many as 100 respondents. The data processing tool used in this study is using SPSS software version 27. The results in this study show that the work-life balance variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance, the work stress variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The results in this study show that the variables of work life balance and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The Influence of Financial Compensation and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Garden Textile Store Employees in Jakarta. This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Garden Textile Store in Jakarta. The object of this research is the Garden Textile Store, Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 26 application. The sampling technique in this research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all 40 employees of the Garden Textile Store in Jakarta. Based on the research results, it shows that the financial compensation variable has a partially significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Garden Textile Store, Jakarta, the job satisfaction variable has a partially significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Garden Textile Store, Jakarta. The research results also show that the variables of financial compensation and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Garden Textile Store in Jakarta

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether employee performance can influence the relationship between work facilities and work discipline that researchers found at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi West Cikarang Branch. By using quantitative research methods, the population and sample were generated from employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi West Cikarang Branch using the saturated sample method. The sample used in this research consisted of 33 employees as respondents according to the number of employees at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi West Cikarang Branch. This research reveals that the work facility variable has a positive effect on employee performance. However, the work discipline variable has a negative effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee discipline at the Babelan District office. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample method through a questionnaire made through a questionnaire/questionnaire with the criteria of all employees of the Babelan District office totaling 52 employees. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Leadership style affects employee work discipline at the Babelan sub-district office, motivation affects employee work discipline at the Babelan sub-district office and Leadership style and motivation simultaneously or jointly affect employee work discipline at the Babelan sub-district office

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether Brand Image can influence Viral Marketing and Product Design on Purchase Intention in Aerostreet Shoes products at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample used was 170 respondents and focused on students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use statistical methods with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research show that there are variables that influence each other, as in the following brief explanation: 1). Viral Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, 2). Product Design has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, 3). Viral Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image, 4). Product Design has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image, 5). Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, 6). Brand Image is able to fully mediate Viral Marketing on Purchase Intention, 7). Brand Image is able to fully mediate Product Design on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether purchasing decisions can influence product variety and customer trust in customer loyalty to SEVENTEEN's K-Pop album. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sample used was 100 respondents and focused only on the SEVENTEEN fanbase. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the SmartPLS 4.0 software statistical method. The results of this research show that there are variables that influence each other, as in the following brief explanation: 1). Product variations do not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 2). Customer Trust has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 3). Product variety has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 4). Customer Trust has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, 5). Purchasing Decisions have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, 6). Purchasing Decisions are not able to fully mediate Product Variations on Customer Loyalty, 7). Purchasing Decisions are able to fully mediate Customer Trust towards Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Working capital is to finance the company's daily operations, such as paying salaries, buying raw materials, paying transportation, paying debts, paying electricity accounts, and paying other costs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the behavior of data on profitability, liquidity, and leverage variables on working capital. Quantitative methods emphasize aspects of measurement and calculation. The manufacturing company used a research method, namely purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data sourced from the statement of financial position and profit and loss in the company's annual report. This study was conducted to determine whether each independent variable affects the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that Profitability, Liquidity, and Leverage together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on Working Capital. Based on the results of partial panel data analysis, the Profitability variable has a negative effect on Working Capital. The Liquidity variable has a positive and significant effect on Working Capital. Leverage variable has a negative effect on Working Capital.

The sample used was 40 respondents and focused on Hebo Car Showroom employees. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used a statistical method with SmartPLS 3.0 Software. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, 2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and 3) Job Satisfaction and Compensation have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, workload and work discipline on employee performance at the Corintek Inti Sejahtera Pondok Pekayon Bekasi sub-branch. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique through a questionnaire created via Google Form with the criteria for all employees of the Corintek Inti Sejahtera Pondok Pekayon Bekasi sub-branch, totaling 56 employees. The data analysis method uses statistical methods with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research show that: (1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Corintek Inti Sejahtera Pondok Pekayon Bekasi sub-branch, (2) Work load has no partial effect on employee performance of the Corintek Inti Sejahtera Pondok Pekayon Bekasi sub-branch, (3) ) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Corintek Inti Sejahtera Pondok Pekayon Bekasi sub-branch, and (4) Leadership style and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, but workload does not partially affect employee performance at the Corintek Inti Sejahtera sub-branch.
