Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganilsiis Optimalisasi Peningkatan Kinerja  Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nabire. Obyek penelitian ini di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nabire. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari dua sumber yakni data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini mulai dari kegiatan Survei, Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis deskriftif kualitatif. Tahap analisis data pada penelitian ini mulai dari: Reduksi Data, Penyajian data dan Penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini meyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Upaya Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nabire dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja pegawai adalah bahwa pendekatan holistik yang mencakup pelatihan, evaluasi, penghargaan, dan berbagai aspek lainnya dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Dengan adanya fokus pada kesejahteraan dan partisipasi pegawai, diharapkan kualitas pendidikan di daerah tersebut akan meningkat, yang pada gilirannya akan memberikan dampak positif pada perkembangan peserta didik. 2) Faktor-faktor yang mendukung optimalisasi peningkatan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nabire meliputi dukungan manajemen, ketersediaan program pelatihan, lingkungan kerja yang positif, sistem penghargaan yang jelas, budaya organisasi yang kuat, akses terhadap informasi, partisipasi pegawai dalam pengambilan keputusan, kepemimpinan yang inspiratif, serta kolaborasi dengan stakeholder. Semua faktor tersebut saling berkaitan dan berkontribusi untuk menciptakan suasana kerja yang produktif dan mendukung peningkatan kinerja pegawai. 3) Optimalisasi peningkatan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nabire memberikan dampak positif yang luas, termasuk peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, kepuasan masyarakat, pengurangan absensi pegawai, dan peningkatan moral. Semua faktor ini berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik, sehingga manfaatnya dirasakan tidak hanya oleh pegawai, tetapi juga oleh peserta didik, masyarakat, dan organisasi secara keseluruhan.Kata Kunci: Optimalisasi, Peningkatan Kinerja dan Pegawai

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the sources and use of working capital at PT Garuda Indonesia Persero Tbk.The object of this research is PT Garuda Indonesia. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach and data analysis used is analysis of balance sheet changes, sources and use of funds, sources and use of working capital and financial ratio analysis. The result of the study indicate that PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk applies the spending principle and can be seen from its working capital which has increased. Judging from the financial ratios, it is good, although there are still some things that are still lacking, but this can be improved with good financial management.Keyword: Working Capital Sources,Working Capital Use,Financial Performance,Financial Ratios

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of Balota Savings and Loan Cooperative over a four-year period (2020-2023). The evaluation is based on key financial ratios, focusing on liquidity, profitability, solvency, and activity to assess the financial health and sustainability of the cooperative. The financial data used in this analysis were collected from the annual financial reports of Balo’ta Savings and Loan Cooperative, including the balance sheet and income statement. The findings indicate that the cooperative maintains a solid liquidity position but faces challenges in profitability due to increasing operating costs and decreasing interest income. In terms of solvency, the cooperative remains stable, but there is a significant decline in its return on equity (ROE) and net profit margin. The study recommends that BSLC adopt stricter cost management practices, diversify its loan portfolio, and explore alternative sources of income to improve its financial performance and long-term growth prospects. This study provides valuable insights for cooperative managers, financial analysts, and policymakers to make informed decisions regarding the cooperative’s financial strategy and future sustainability.Keyword: Financial performance, Balota Savings and Loan Cooperative, liquidity, profitability, solvency, activity, financial ratios, cooperative management, financial sustainability

Abstract

Monitoring dan evaluasi adalah proses penting untuk memastikan bahwa sarana dan prasarana yang ada dapat berfungsi dengan optimal. Dengan melakukan Monitoring dan evaluasi secara rutin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pelaksanaan Monitoring dan Evaluasi Sarana Prasarana Sekolah Dasar di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nabire Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menetapkan obyek penelitian di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nabire. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian: Data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data: Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap  6 (enam) pegawai orang dilingkup Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nabire, selanjutnya disebut sebagai informan penelitian.Metode analisis data dengan teknik analisis Interaktif Kualitatif mulai dari tahap Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data dan Penarikan Kesimpulan dan Verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Monitoring sarana prasarana di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nabire merupakan langkah penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Dengan pendekatan yang sistematis dan melibatkan berbagai pihak, Dinas Pendidikan dapat mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, melakukan perbaikan yang tepat, dan memastikan akses pendidikan yang berkualitas bagi semua siswa. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan pendidikan yang berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Nabire. Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nabire menghadapi tantangan kompleks dalam melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi sarana prasarana sekolah dasar, yang meliputi faktor manusia, infrastruktur, anggaran, data, dan partisipasi masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, komitmen Dinas Hasil evaluasi dari monitoring sarana prasarana di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nabire memainkan peran penting dalam perbaikan dan pengembangan pendidikan. Dengan memanfaatkan informasi yang diperoleh untuk merumuskan rencana aksi yang jelas, Dinas Pendidikan dapat mengatasi kekurangan yang teridentifikasi dan meningkatkan kualitas sarana prasarana. Ini mendukung proses pendidikan yang lebih baik di sekolah dasar dan berkontribusi pada perbaikan berkelanjutan dalam sistem pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Monitoring, Evaluasi, Sarana Prasarana

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the accounts receivable management system at the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) Sesean Branch. Effective accounts receivable management is crucial for the sustainability and financial health of the cooperative. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and analysis of relevant documents. The results indicate that the Balo' Toraja KSP Sesean Branch has implemented several procedures in accounts receivable management, but there are still some weaknesses that need to be addressed. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang Penerapan Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah dalam mewujudkan Good Governance Pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Papua Tengah. Jenis penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Obyek penelitian di Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Papua Tengah. Sumber data dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data: observasi, wawancara dokumentasi. Informan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 6 orang pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Papua Tengah. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis deskriftif kualitatif, mulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah (SPIP) di Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Papua Tengah hampir memenuhi semua komponen pada SPIP, yaitu terdapat pelatihan bagi pegawai, pemanfaatan teknologi dan Sistem Informasi, ada pembatasan akses terhadap informasi penting, pengawasan secara berkala dan tindak lanjut yang dilakukan terhadap temuan audit. Penerapan SPIP di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Papua Tengah mendukung terciptanya Good Governance.Kata Kunci: Penerapan,  SPIP, Good Governance

Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze delivery services in the Lantora Subdistrict. The study employs a qualitative method. Data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the performance of the Lantora Subdistrict apparatus has been categorized as good. However, the quality of public services in the Lantora Subdistrict is categorized as less satisfactory because it does not yet meet the key indicators of public services, including: simplicity with a score of 41.67%, requirements with a score of 43.75%, clarity with a score of 37.5%, discipline with a score of 35.42%, responsibility with a score of 41.75%, officer's ability with a score of 54.17%, speed with a score of 52.08%, fairness with a score of 43.75%, politeness and friendliness with a score of 60.42%, reasonable fees with a score of 47.92%, certainty of fees with a score of 45.83%, certainty of schedule with a score of 37.5%, environmental comfort with a score of 41.67%, and service security with a score of 43.75%. In conclusion, overall, the quality of public services provided by the Lantora Subdistrict apparatus falls into the good category as indicated. However, the availability of facilities and infrastructure greatly supports community services to ensure that the services provided to the community are effective and meet most of the service indicators in accordance with Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment Decision No. 25 of 2004 Regarding the Community Satisfaction Index.

Abstract

This research aims to explore, analyze, and interpret the impact of incentives, work environment, and leadership style on employee performance in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar. The research approach used is quantitative descriptive, with a population and sample consisting of 31 employees in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar. Data collection is done through interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The obtained data will be analyzed using statistical tools and SPSS version 24 software.The results of the study indicate that:Incentives have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar. Overall, incentives have a strong influence on improving employee performance, which is a crucial factor in achieving organizational goals.The work environment also has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar. Leadership style is an important factor that supports employees in developing their potential optimally to contribute to the organization's goals with full awareness.Leadership style also has a positive and significant impact on performance in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar. Key factors in incentives include the atmosphere and supporting facilities that play a crucial role in the implementation of job tasks for employees in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of HR Analytics in human resource management at Astra Motor Makassar. The background of this research is based on the need to improve operational efficiency and more data-driven decision-making in human resource management. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that HR Analytics has been successfully implemented at Astra Motor Makassar, which contributes to more effective HR management. This technology helps in more structured data integration, predicts HR trends such as training needs and possible turnover, and improves the company's operational efficiency. While it provides significant benefits, challenges such as employee readiness and understanding of data analytics still need to be addressed through more in-depth training. The conclusion of this study shows that Astra Motor Makassar has great potential to optimize human resource management through HR Analytics with a more inclusive and sustainable strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, and discipline on employee performance at PT. Reads Media Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to company employees as respondents. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests to determine both the partial and simultaneous effects among the variables.The findings indicate that, partially, organizational culture, leadership style, and discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also show a significant influence on performance improvement. Among the variables examined, organizational culture has the most dominant effect in driving employee performance. These results affirm that a strong organizational culture, effective leadership, and good work discipline can create a conducive work climate that fosters productivity and the achievement of organizational goals.The implication of this research is that the management of PT. Reads Media Indonesia needs to strengthen a positive work culture, implement participative and performance-based leadership, and enforce discipline consistently in order to sustainably improve employee performance.
