Abstract

This study aims to test and prove empirically: (1) are the organization culture on  the ferformance employee; (2) are the education and training influence on  the ferformance employee; and (3 are the compensation influence on  the ferformance employee; Theoretically, this research is expected to enrich and complement the knowledge in the field of human resource management so as to be useful to academics and practitioners. The type of research is explanatory research, population and sample in the study were 40 employees. The samples using total sampling technique, were analyzed by linear regression analysis with software SPSS 23. The results showed that (1) An organizational culture influence on employee performance. Value-value contained in the organizational culture of this institution will be a positive influence on employee performance improvement, the value of the most influential are the goals and expectations regarding achievement, the employee is jointly created with clear goals and expectations regarding job performance; (2) Training influential employees, through employee training programs are given the understanding of the job description and how to solve it; (3) Compensation effect on employee performance, compensation given to employees in the form of financial or non-financial contribution to the improved performance of employees, office allowances, facilities and enough salary will increase job satisfaction and will further enhance employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove empirically: (1) are the leardership influence on  the work achievement employee; (2) are the competence influence on  the work achievement employee; and (3 are the individual commitment influence on  the work achievement employee; Theoretically, this research is expected to enrich and complement the knowledge in the field of human resource management so as to be useful to academics and practitioners. The type of research is explanatory research, population and sample in the study were 48 employees. The samples using total sampling technique, were analyzed by linear regression analysis with software SPSS 23. The results showed that (1) Leadership affect the work performance of employees, each employee has a character that berkemimpinan though not always dominant, but with the character of leadership, employees were able to manage themselves even coworkers. Leadership will exert yourself and co-workers to be creative, innovative, initiative and responsibility for his performance. The attitude of leadership is also able to bring work performance had been previously envisioned .; (2) Competence affect the work performance of employees, competences of the employees in the form of knowledge to the job, the level of mastery of skills and work discipline, proven to improve employee job performance. Indicators of knowledge provides the highest influence to increase employee job performance; (3) The commitment of individuals affect the work performance of employees, employee-owned individual commitments which will foster a passion for achievement on employees in these establishments. With a strong commitment of the employees will adopt a strategy for achieving employee beprestasi predicate.

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove empirically: (1) are the motivation influence on treasures ferformance; (2) are the education influence on treasures ferformance and (3) are the training influence on treasures ferformance. Theoretically, this research is expected to enrich and complement the knowledge in the field of human resource management so as to be useful to academics and practitioners. The type of research is explanatory research, population and sample in the study were 45 employees. The samples using total sampling technique, were analyzed by linear regression analysis with software SPSS 23. The results showed that: (1) Motivation negatively affect the performance of the treasurer, indicators of self-actualization needs security needs, the needs of self-esteem, physiological needs, and social needs, have not been able to influence the performance improvement treasurer: (2) Educational affect the performance of the treasurer, educational background to be a factor supporting the achievement of performance due to low educational treasurer cause treasurer difficult to absorb information related to financial management. Compliance is the educational background which is owned by the treasurer will be able to improve the performance of individuals, and can have an impact on improving the performance of the organization; (3) Training affect the performance of the treasurer, the treasurer training is needed to improve the skills and employability treasurer, training is done to facilitate the learning of the treasurer of the treasury regarding, for example, training of financial processing, reporting treasurer, salary and other mutations.

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove empirically: (1) Is the reliability influence on employee satisfaction; (2) Is the work ethic influence on employee satisfaction; and (3) Is the discipline influence on employee satisfaction; Theoretically, this research is expected to enrich and complement the knowledge in the field of human resource management so as to be useful to academics and practitioners.The type of research is explanatory research, population and sample in the study were 57 employees. The samples using total sampling technique, were analyzed by linear regression analysis with software SPSS 23. The results showed that (1) Reliability positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction, employee reliability is needed in order to service to the public in this instance, an employee of a reliable working of course due to the high level of job satisfaction that you have on this intansi; (2) The work ethic positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees, each employee in the agency has a spirit called work ethic, this spirit which is then transformed into an attitude, for example discipline, high motivation, love of creating satisfaction with his job. Work ethic looks good employee job satisfaction reflect the high employee-owned; (3) Disciplinary positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction, employee job satisfaction owned can be seen from the level of employee discipline in everyday life, when employees arrive on time and to discipline employees it can be said to have a good job satisfaction. Vice versa, the discipline of an employee who does not reflect its lack of job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the quality of public services at the Sidodadi Village Office, Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency, especially in terms of building permits (IMB) and to know and describe the factors that influence public services at the Sidodadi Village Office, Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency, especially in terms of obtaining a building permit (IMB). The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research aimed at exploring facts about the quality of public services in the Sidodadi Village. The informants for this study consisted of village heads, secretaries and village staff and the community, so that the total number of informants in this study were 13 people. The results of this study are: The quality of public services in the Sidodadi Village is fairly good. This is in accordance with the results of interviews on the five aspects of service quality, namely: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, which obtained satisfactory results, except for facilities in the form of a narrow parking lot. and a slightly hot waiting area. While the factors that influence service performance consist of capabilities and infrastructure factors.

Data analysis techniques used That is the descriptive statistical analysis using with mean (average) and standard deviation, and inferential statistical analysis WITH using simple linear regression to test the hypothesis review. Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) To determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at the Eremerasa Sub-District, Bantaeng Regency, 2) To determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Eremerasa Sub-District, Bantaeng Regency, 3) To determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance at the Eremerasa Sub-District Office, Bantaeng Regency, 4) To determine the simultaneous influence of leadership, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance at the Eremerasa Sub-District, Bantaeng Regency, 5) To identify which variable has a greater influence among leadership, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance at the Eremerasa Sub-District, Bantaeng Regency.The research method employed in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach, focusing on hypothesis testing. The population consists of 40 individuals, and the sample is drawn using a census method, resulting in a sample size of 40 respondents. Data is collected through questionnaires and direct observation. The data analysis is carried out descriptively using quantitative methods with the SPSS program, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis.The research findings indicate that leadership, organizational culture, and work discipline collectively have an 84% influence on employee performance at the Eremerasa Sub-District, Bantaeng Regency, while the remaining 16% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Leadership has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Eremerasa Sub-District, Bantaeng Regency, with standardized Beta coefficient values of Leadership (X1), organizational culture (X2), work discipline (X3), and the dependent variable employee performance (Y) being 0.345, 0.283, and 0.317, respectively. The highest indicator value for the Leadership variable is attributed to organizational factors.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of the variables of knowledge management and organizational culture on employee performance. In this study, the researcher employed a saturated sample, obtaining a total of 54 respondents. The research method used is an associative approach with a multiple regression model, aided by SPSS 25.The results of this study indicate that knowledge management has a significant positive influence on employee performance, and organizational culture also has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine, analyze, and interpret the influence of Leadership, Compensation, and Training on the performance of Junior High School (SMP) teachers in Muhammadiyah Wonomulyo, Polewali Mandar Regency, West Sulawesi Province. This research is of a quantitative descriptive nature. The population and sample consist of 36 teachers. Data collection methods include interviews, questionnaires, and literature reviews. The research data will be analyzed using statistical tools with SPSS 24 software. The results of the study show that:1. Leadership has a positive and significant influence on the performance of SMP Muhammadiyah Wonomulyo teachers in Polewali Mandar Regency, West Sulawesi Province. Generally, leadership styles have a strong influence on improving teacher performance. Teacher performance is crucial for achieving an organization's goals.2. Compensation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of SMP Muhammadiyah Wonomulyo teachers in Polewali Mandar Regency, West Sulawesi Province. Compensation is a factor that strongly supports all teacher activities with full awareness in developing their skills and thoughts to the maximum to support the organization's goals.3. Training has a positive and significant influence on the performance of SMP Muhammadiyah Wonomulyo teachers in Polewali Mandar Regency, West Sulawesi Province. The purpose of providing training is to meet the economic needs of teachers and to increase work productivity in advancing the organization or institution because teachers are motivated to work better to obtain the training that has been determined.

Abstract

Anemia is a condition where hemoglobin levels decrease which causes the capacity and carrying capacity of oxygen for the body to be reduced. Iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy is a condition in which pregnant women experience iron deficiency arising from mother-fetal iron transfer, which is often exacerbated by a decrease in maternal iron reserves, with hemoglobin levels below 11 grams in the first and third trimesters or 10.5 grams in the second trimester. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that are associated with the occurrence of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women who visit ANC at PKM Kassi-Kassi Makassar. The method in this study is observational analytic with case control design and data analysis including univariate and bivariate data using the chi square test. This study was conducted on 72 samples of pregnant women who visited ANC at PKM Kassi-Kassi Makassar. The results of this study showed that the parity variable was obtained in pregnant women with a risk parity of 37 (51.4%) and in non-risky parity of 35 (48.6%) with a p-value of 0.018. Adherence to taking iron tablets (Fe) in non-compliant pregnant women as much as 44 (61.1%) and pregnant women who obeyed as much as 28 (38.9) with a p-value of 0.007. The level of education for pregnant women with basic education is elementary and junior high school education as much as 16 (22.2%) and pregnant women with the upper education level is high school and college 56 (77.8%) with a p-value of 0.155. Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) status in pregnant women with KEK status is at risk as much as 15 (20.8%) and pregnant women with KEK status is not at risk as much as 57 (79.2%) with a p-value of 0.018. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between parity, adherence to taking Iron tablets and KEK status with the occurrence of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women who visit ANC at PKM Kassi-Kassi Makassar.
