Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine the ability of creative thinking in solving open ended problems in terms of students' learning styles, (2) determine the level of creative thinking abilities in solving open ended problems in terms of students' learning styles, (3) determine the factors that influence creative abilities thinking in solving open ended problems in terms of student learning styles. This research method uses qualitative with descriptive research type. The research location is MI Ma'arif Sabilul Mttaqin. The subjects taken in this research were 6 students with 2 students representing each learning style. The instruments used were a learning style questionnaire sheet, a creative thinking ability test sheet based on open-ended questions, and an interview sheet. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis, with the steps of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that, (1) The creative thinking abilities of students with a visual learning style are able to meet the indicators of fluency and flexibility, but are not able to meet the indicators of novelty. Students with an audiotorial learning style are able to meet the indicators of fluency and flexibility, but are not able to meet the indicators of novelty. Students with a kinesthetic learning style are able to meet the fluency indicators, but are unable to meet the flexibility and novelty indicators. (2) The creative thinking abilities of students with a visual learning style are at level 3 (creative), students with an audiotorial learning style are at level 3 (creative), and students with a kinesthetic learning style are at level 1 (less creative). (3) Factors that influence students' creative thinking abilities generally come from external factors, namely class conditions, lack of familiarity with working on open ended questions, and only being able to work on questions taught by the teacher.

Abstract

Pembelajaran IPA yang dilakukan di kelas IV MIN 1 Ponorogo diketahuiadanya kemampuan penalaran yang rendah. Salah satu faktornyayaitu belum adanya penerapan dan penggunaan model dan mediayang inovatif. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan modelpembelajaran Double Loop Problem Solving (DLPS) berbantuan mediaberbasis etnosains. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan model Double LoopProblem Solving (DLPS) berbantuan media berbasis etnosains,membuktikan efektivitas model Double Loop Problem Solving (DLPS)berbantuan media berbasis etnosains terhadap kemampuan penalaransiswa, mengetahui tingkat kemampuan penalaran dalam model DoubleLoop Problem Solving (DLPS) berbantuan media berbasis etnosains.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan sampelsejumlah 38 siswa. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji-t, effectsize, dan n-Gain. Hasil yang diperoleh keterlaksanaan pembelajarandengan kategori sangat baik, dari uji perhitungan SPSS dengan uji onetail dan two tail didapatkan hasil model pembelajaran Double LoopProblem Solving (DLPS) berbantuan media berbasis etnosains efektifdalam meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran dengan effect sizesebesar 1.443, dan tingkat kemampuan penalaran siswa dalam DoubleLoop Problem Solving (DLPS) berbantuan media berbasis etnosainslebih tinggi setelah diberi perlakuan.

Abstract

The management of the learning focus of low-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) is often a complex challenge due to the limitations of attention spans and crowded classroom dynamics. This qualitative research with a single case study design was conducted to explore in depth the implementation of the team teaching approach in managing the learning focus of Class II students at MI Unggulan Al Muhammad Cepu. Data were collected through participant observation over 16 meetings, in-depth interviews with two team teachers and six students, and analysis of lesson planning documents. The objectives of the study are to (1) identify the mechanism of applying the team teaching model, (2) analyze its impact on the pattern and duration of learning focus (time-on-task), and (3) explore the perception of teachers and students. The results of the study revealed that team teaching develops into a dynamic pedagogical symphony supported by three core mechanisms: collaborative planning with role scenarios, non-verbal microcognitive communication, and hierarchical responsiveness. This implementation succeeded in increasing time-on-task from thirty-five percent to eighty percent 80% and transformed the focus pattern from fragmented to sustained attention, while creating a learning ecosystem that is cognitively efficient and psychologically safe for students. These findings offer a practical model of collaborative learning management in the early classroom that is holistic and contextual.
