Abstract

This research aims to find out the literature related to entrepreneurship principles and business strategies contained in Surah Quraysh. The research method used in the study is literature analysis, which is also known as literature study. The results of the research show that Surah Quraysh provides a strong foundation for the development of sharia-based business strategies. The example of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) contained in Surah Quraysh such as developing a coherent business strategy, perseverance, learning, and habituation, then social care that provides a strong ethical foundation for entrepreneurs who want to run a business in accordance with Islamic values. It also encourages social responsibility, concern for society, and integrity in business. By referring to the principles of entrepreneurship in Surah Quraysh, entrepreneurs can build business strategies that are sustainable, ethical and beneficial to society, while gaining blessings in their endeavors. Seeing the example of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. in entrepreneurship and business teaches that forming a sharia business foundation that is in accordance with Islamic values and is oriented towards justice, blessings and sustainability. The business strategy contained in Surah Al-Quraisy verses 1 - 4 is perseverance, learning and habituation from small, Brand Equity and Master Brand, outward expansion, building networks, as well as diplomacy and negotiation skills, market segmentation, balance between business and worship, tawakkal accompanied by hard work.

Abstract

One of the keys to the success of an institution is job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is a very important factor in getting optimal work results. The various tasks given to employees will be effective if they feel satisfied with their work. Basically, job satisfaction is an individual thing because each individual will have a different level of satisfaction according to the values that apply to each individual. The more aspects of the job that suit the individual's desires, the higher the level of satisfaction felt.Research subject are all employees of PT. Mitra Angkutan Sejati, and the object of research is work stress, satisfaction work, and employee performance. The population in this study was 35 employees. All of these populations used as the unit of observation, so this research is population research. Collection technique The data in the research are (1) recording documents, and (2) questionnaires, then analyzed using path analysis. The research results show that there is an influence from (1) work stress and job satisfaction on employee performance, (2) work stress has a negative effect on satisfaction work, (3) work stress has a negative effect on employee performance, and (4) job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Mitra Angkutan Sejati.

Abstract

The background of this research is the need to improve the performance and development of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah in Baturetno District, Wonogiri Regency. The aim of this study is to identify and analyze effective supervision strategies and managerial leadership improvements in supporting the development of the madrasah. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and relevant document analysis. The research results show that effective managerial leadership, characterized by a clear vision, motivational ability, and good managerial skills, has a significant impact on improving the performance of the madrasah. Furthermore, continuous and participative supervision also proves to be important in supporting the improvement and development of the madrasah. Supervisors who provide active guidance and support help identify and address problems earlier, thus creating a more conducive learning environment. This study concludes that cooperation between the head of the madrasah, teachers, supervisors, and other stakeholders is essential to achieving sustainable development. Support from the government, community, and Muhammadiyah organization is also needed to implement effective managerial leadership improvement strategies. With good cooperation and support, it is hoped that Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah in Baturetno District can achieve significant improvements in the quality of education.

Abstract

A company performance evaluation report is a document used to assess and analyze the operational, financial, and strategic performance of a company over a certain period. This report typically covers various aspects such as sales, profits, productivity, efficiency, and the achievement of company goals. This research aims to determine the financial performance of the company evaluated through financial ratio analysis, which includes liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios of PT. Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk from 2020 to 2022. The data collection technique is conducted through literature study, which involves searching for information sources related to ratio analysis and literature review on PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. The results of this analysis based on liquidity ratios, viewed from the current ratio and quick ratio, indicate that the company's financial performance is considered poor. Based on solvency ratios, viewed from the debt to assets ratio and debt to equity ratio, the company's financial performance is considered poor. Based on profitability ratios, viewed from the net profit margin, Return on Assets, and Return on Equity, the company's financial performance is considered very poor. The results of this study indicate that the company's financial performance declined during the research period. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the company's financial performance in implementing business strategies

Abstract

PT Adaro Energy Indonesia (ADRO) is one of the leading coal companies in Indonesia. Trend analysis of the company's number trend series index is important to understand the pattern and direction of its performance movement over a certain period of time. This research aims to analyze the trend of the ADRO number trend series index using linear and exponential regression methods. The data used in this research is ADRO Financial Report data for the period 2020 to 2023. The results of the analysis show that the overall ADRO number trend series index trend has increased. Linear and exponential regression models show quite good results in explaining data trends. Trend analysis (Index Number Trend Series Analysis) is carried out by comparing financial reports for the last 5 years. In the index-number trend series analysis approach, comparisons are made by calculating the relative change (percentage) of each element of the financial report over several years based on a certain base year. Usually what is designated as the base year is the earliest year (period) of a series of financial report periods being analyzed. . However, the main consideration in determining the base year is the financial reporting period that shows the most normal conditions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and optimize room rates at the Resty Tower Pekanbaru Hotel using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method. This research combines qualitative and quantitative approaches in data collection, including direct observation, interviews and document analysis. Qualitative data provides an in-depth look at the hotel's internal procedures, while quantitative data covers operational costs specific to each hotel activity. The analysis results show that by using more efficient operational costs based on ABC, room rates can be reduced significantly from current rates.

Abstract

This research aims to reduce the risk of bankruptcy for PT. Pratama Abadi Nusa Industri Tbk, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Using a quantitative descriptive method with a case study approach, this research analyzes the company's financial reports from 2020 to 2022. The results of the analysis show a significant decline in activity turnover, extremes in the operating expense ratio, as well as volatility and losses in net profit. A decrease in current assets and an increase in liabilities indicate a serious liquidity problem. Overall, these findings indicate serious challenges in operational efficiency and cost management, which can hinder a company's ability to meet short-term obligations and maintain profitability. Strategis steps are needed from company management to improve financial conditions and restore investor confidence.

Abstract

The use of online marketing management has become an important strategy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in expanding their market reach and increasing the success of their businesses in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews as the primary data collection method. The research results show that Handsqob.id has succeeded in increasing the visibility of its products through the use of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop and being active on social media such as Instagram. Measurable marketing strategies, such as SEO optimization, attractive visual content, collaboration with influencers, and targeted promotions, have helped Handsqob.id in increasing sales and brand awareness. Challenges faced, such as intense competition and efficient operational management, are also discussed in this article as part of the overall analysis. The implications of this research suggest that other MSMEs can adopt these best practices to increase their success and growth in today's digital marketplace.

Abstract

Financial performance is the ability of the company in managing and controlling resources. Indicators of capital adequacy, liquidity and profitability are often used to measure financial performance. These requirements are often determined by indicators of capital adequacy, liquidity and profitability. Methods used Qualitative techniques, literature studies, or literature studies, and literature works based on ideas presented, especially on the subject of financial management. The purpose of this article as comparing theories and research literature of all scientific publications.
