Journal of Entrepreneurship and Financial Technology present new opportunities for all sectors of the economy. Today, economy is undergoing fundamental changes as a result of the rapid development of information technology and its use is also very fast. Especially the dynamics of the development of informatics and its products and business development opportunities based on the use of Internet technology have enabled the growth of the role and importance of using information technology in business processes in terms of the new economy or digital economy. The world economy has changed due to the great development and application of this technology. Enterprises are forced to survive in a modern economy where the global market is characterized by competition, diversity of products and services and short cycle life of the product. In terms of the digital economy, information technology creates opportunities for specialization and cooperation between companies from different regions by reducing transaction costs, creating ease of access to foreign markets and facilitating the development of new models of electronic business. The purpose of this paper is to present the importance of information technology in economy, computerization trends and the opportunities offered by this technology where consumers have quick and easy access on the global market, as well as in information about goods and services. In the condition of digital economy the usage of information technology provide businesess with new opportunities to access global markets and also develop business activities on-line. The full realization of these potentials is essential for new enterprises and companies which can compete and create competitive advantage globaly.

Abstract

Study This aim to find out how the implementation of strategic concentration on vertical growth and horizontal growth is seen from the customer's perspective on sustainability Syekh yusuf hospital really district Gowa . Qualitative methods are used in this study. The technique used in data collection is triangulation , that is do interview , observation and collection document . The data sources in this study consists from primary data and secondary data . Research results This show that syekh yusuf hospital was seen facet growth vertical , has a position strong competitive in competitive industry . Meanwhile , Syekh yusuf hospital in terms of growth horizontally at the center city Sungguminasa and is the only one House Sick Regional Public in Kab . Gowa which has a very strategic position . Then from the customer side, Syekh Yusuf general hospital pointed out amount complaints that arose the more decrease from year to year , which means party Hospital has an effort to fulfill need nor satisfaction patient .

Abstract

This study is to describe the role of innovation strategy in efforts to improve business performance and competitive advantage in technology-based creative industries. This research is expected to provide an overview of the condition of the innovation strategy among creative industry players, especially in the field of digital business. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to investigate technology-based creative industry entrepreneurs. Retrieval of respondents or informants using the snowball technique. Data were obtained by conducting in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. After the data is obtained in the field, then the data will be checked for validity using the data source triangulation technique. The next step, qualitative data was analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that technology-based creative entrepreneurs are quite open to new ideas and ideas in developing the company's business and have made aspects of innovation a part of their business strategy. However, only a small number of respondents made investments to develop their business enterprises.

Abstract

In public groups, subordinates paintings constantly depending at the leader. If the leader does now not have the capacity to steer, very complicated responsibilities cannot be achieved properly. An company wishes an powerful leader, who has the capacity to persuade the behavior of its participants or subordinates. what's the relationship among style leadership and process delight on performance officer via variables organizational commitment? There are still few researchers who discover this query. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment. The type of data in this research is quantitative data. The primary data used is in the form of questionnaire results obtained from civil servants and honorary employees at the Hospital. Data were analyzed using quantitative analysis through path analysis, using the Amos program. The results of the study show that leadership style and job satisfaction have a direct positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Leadership style and job satisfaction have a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance. And there is a significant indirect effect between leadership style and job satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

The achievement of an corporation is largely determined by way of effective human resource management, due to the fact human assets have a chief position in organizational activities. The concept of human useful resource management is a technique of planning, organizing, directing and supervising the sports of procurement, improvement of repayment, integration, maintenance and release of human resources so that organizational dreams can be found out. what is the relationship between implementation of performance management, education on employee performance? There are still few researchers who explore this query. This study aims to (i) analyze and examine the effect of performance management implementation variables on employee performance; (ii) analyze and test the effect of training variables on employee performance; and (iii) analyze and examine the dominant variables influencing employee performance. This research is included in the category of survey research. This research was conducted at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), Makassar Regional. This research was conducted within 2 (two) months. The population and sample in this study were all permanent employees of 71 people. Data collection techniques used closed questionnaires which were distributed to all respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the performance management implementation variable and the education and training variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The performance management implementation variable has a dominant influence on employee performance

Abstract

In today's era, human activities are very busy, so every individual wants things to be more practical, including for the needs of everyday life. Every year the population is increasing. The number of babies born is increasing. In line with that, one of the most important baby needs is baby diapers. Due to the human desire for practical activities, the use of disposable baby diapers has also increased. Based on this, the need for disposable baby diapers has also increased. This is a potential or potential market share for entrepreneurs or companies to produce baby diapers. Therefore, currently there are many choices of baby diapers available in the market. This has led to the emergence of competition among baby diaper manufacturers, including the Sweety brand Baby Diapers, both at the national level and in the Sulawesi Region. This study aims to examine the appropriate strategy carried out by Baby Diapers with the Sweety brand in distributing and marketing in the Sulawesi Region. In this study, the SWOT matrix analysis was used to analyze internal and external factors so that an appropriate strategy was obtained in distributing and marketing sweety baby diapers products. The results of the research resulted in alternative strategies: Maintain product quality, increase horizontal and vertical distribution, maintain program continuity, maintain competitive prices, improve human resource competence.

Abstract

Peran open, distance, and digital education (ODDE) yang selama ini diabaikan menjadi sangat penting, yakni sebagai penyelamat pendidikan selama pandemi COVID-19 dan justru semakin kuat di era pasca-COVID. Namun, penting menjawab permasalahan yang mempertanyakan bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap penyelenggara ODDE di Indonesia, mengingat prose belajar dan menjara secara online, misalkan melalui zoom atau microsoft teams, berpotensi melanggar UU ITE atau menampilkan konten illegal atau melakukan pelanggaran hak cipta. Disimpulkan bahwa perlindungan hukum terhadap penyelenggara ODDE di Indonesia perlu diatur dalam tatanan undang-undang sektoral atau lex specialist-nya, mengingat meskipun UU Guru dan Dosen dan Permendikbud Nomor 10 Tahun 2017 telah memberikan perlindungan terhadap guru dalam pelaksanaan tugas, namun dalam menjawab kasus terkait akan memerlukan argumentasi hukum yang sulit, lebih mendalam dan panjang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the variables of promotion strategy and brand equity have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on MS Glow skincare. This type of research uses quantitative methods, the sample in this study amounted to 171 respondents. From the results of the study, it shows that partially the promotion strategy and brand equity have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, it can be seen from the results of the multiple regression coefficient analysis Y = 3.549 + 0.7407 (X1) + 0.1828 (X2), which means that if the promotion strategy and brand equity (X1 and X2 = 0) then the purchase decision is 3.549 and if the promotion strategy and brand equity (X1 and X2 = 1) the purchase decision is 0.7407 for X1 and 0.1828 for X2. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination analysis R^2 of the eviews program is 0.8446, the correlation analysis of determination R^2 is obtained with a value of Kd = 0.8446, which means that the contribution of promotional strategies and brand equity can explain purchasing decisions by 84.46%. And the remaining 15.54% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the corporate strategy and globalization of PT Semen Indonesia (SIG), the largest cement company in Indonesia. This case study aims to understand how SIG develops its business, the strategies used in global expansion, as well as the structure, control, and corporate culture that support these globalization efforts. In addition, this paper also discusses SIG's corporate governance, ethics, social responsibility and sustainability practices. This research uses qualitative analysis with case studies as the main approach. Data was collected through literature review, company annual reports, and other secondary sources. The analysis shows that SIG has successfully implemented diversification and integration strategies, both horizontally and vertically, to strengthen its market position and increase profitability. The company has also expanded into the global market through acquisitions and strategic alliances, with a focus on the Southeast Asian market. In conducting its business, SIG upholds the values of good corporate governance, business ethics, social responsibility and sustainability. The company has received numerous awards for its commitment to these practices. This case study provides valuable insights for stakeholders in the cement industry and other multinational companies looking to expand their business globally.
