Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Merek, dan Persepsi Harga terhadap Minat Beli Pada Mister Geprek 3 Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan yang berkunjung, membeli, dan makan ditempat di Mister Geprek 3 Bandar Lampung. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 97 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Merek, dan Persepsi Harga berpengaruh secara bersama-sama atau simultan terhadap Minat Beli, yakni sebesar 0,535 atau 53.5%. Dan secara parsial Kualitas Pelayanan dan Persepsi Harga Berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, sedangkan Citra Merek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli.

Abstract

Students are individuals who study within the scope of a university. A student who has motivation means that he has the power to achieve success in life. Motivation is very necessary in the activities of the teaching and learning process at school and also on campus. Students who have high motivation will be seen through their actions or activities in achieving achievement or learning goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on students' learning achievement in English at Universitas Mitra Indonesia. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population used is all students of Universitas Mitra Indonesia, Faculty of Business. The research sample obtained was 61 respondents. The data analysis tool uses research instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research, Intrinsic Motivation and Extrinsic Motivation have a partial effect on Students' English Learning Achievement. The value of Fcount 282.153 3.16 Ftable. Thus, it can be concluded that the independent variables of Intrinsic Motivation and Extrinsic Motivation simultaneously or jointly affect the English Learning Achievement of Students at Mitra Indonesia University in Bandar Lampung. This shows that it means that Ha3 is accepted and Ho3 is rejected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Word of Mouth, harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Adiksi Coffee Purnawirawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Adiksi Coffee Purnawirawan dengan jumlah sampel 94 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 dengan nilai F 6,326 yang artinya nilai probabilitas (Sig) (0,001) 0,05 artinya Word of Mouth, harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Adiksi Coffee Purnawirawan. Word of Mouth berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Adiksi Coffee Purnawirawan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa jika konsumen merasa kebutuhannya dapat terpenuhi atau mampu melebihi yang diperkirakan maka semakin tinggi juga minat beli kosnumen pada Adiksi Coffee Purnawirawan. Harga dalam penelitian ini tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli pada Adiksi Purnawirawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance through motivation as a mediating variableat the north sungkai subdistrict office north lampung, employees at the north sungkai sub district office in north lampung in carrying out prigram or tasks are always given direction by the leader and the pettern of relationship that are well estabilished between the leader.and subordinates so that enthusiasm to feel motivated so that they can achieve agency goals effectively and efficiently. The data used in this study is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the 35 respondets who filled out questionnaire and used econdry data, namely in the form of supporting data whose source in this study used path analysis with the help of the spss program. Based on the t-test, the spirit of the partial way of leadership style has a positive an significant effect on employee performance, the result of the f-test of leadership style and employee performace simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on motivation at the north Sungkai sub – district office north Lampung.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of motivation and learning English on students' abilities in the English education study program at IAIN Metro. The research method applied is quantitative descriptive. The population used is 80 students. Data were collected with methods such as documentation, observation and questionnaires. The results of the research indicate that motivation and learning simultaneously affect students' abilities and partially, motivational variables also affect students' abilities. This shows a significant effect and increases student motivation and abilities. The result of the calculated F test is greater than the value of the F table (4.301˃ 3.260). The significant value of F is 0.000 0.019. This shows that H3 is accepted simultaneously so that the motivational and learning variables have a positive impact on students' abilities. The calculated T value of the motivation variable is 2.302 and the T table is 2.006. This shows that T arithmetic T table (2.302 2.006). A significant value of 0.000 0.03 which has a positive coefficient value so that partially X1 has a significant positive impact on students' abilities. The calculated T value for the learning variable is 0.878 and the T table is 2.006. This shows that T count T table (0.878 2.006). The result of the significance value is 0.000 0.03 and the coefficient value is positive. Therefore, the learning variable has an influence on students' abilities

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of marketing strategies and service quality in increasing customer satisfaction (Case Study at FIF Group Federal International Finance, Bandar Lampung City). The sample in this research was FIF Group Federal International Finance customers in Bandar Lampung City, totaling 98 respondents. Primary data in this research was obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents and secondary data in this research were sales and service elements of FIF Group Federal International Finance Bandar Lampung City. The analysis techniques used are data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that marketing strategy and service quality have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously in increasing customer satisfaction at FIF Group Federal International Finance in Bandar Lampung City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi pasar, inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumbernya, yaitu melalui responden yang mengisi kuesioner dan data sekunder adalah data yang dikumpulkan dari pihak lain yaitu dari karyawan dan manager Adiksi Coffee. Teknik analisis yang digunakan melalui validitas, reabilitas, asumsi klasik, hipotesis dan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan pengaruh orientasi pasar, inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran dan secara parsial masing-masing variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran. Dengan demikian untuk meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran harus memperhatikan faktor orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee work productivity with motivation as a mediating variable. This study took a sample of 54 with a population of 115. The data collection technique was to distribute questionnaires to respondents. The analysis method itself uses Validity Test, Reliab.ility Test, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Linearity Test, Simple Regression Test, t Statistics Test, f Statistical Test, R2 Determinant Coefficient Test, and Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the training variable has a significant effect on the motivation variable because it has a t value of 5.177 t table 1.675, the training variable has a significant influence on the work productivity variable because it has a t value of 4.249 t table 1.675, the motivation variable has a significant influence. significant to the work productivity variable because it has a t value of 5.920 t table 1.675, and the training variable does not have a significant indirect effect on the work productivity variable through motivation as an intervening variable, which is 0.299. Based on the decision making, the result of the indirect effect is 0.583 x 0.513 = 0.299. Based on decision making, the result of the indirect effect is 0.299 from the direct effect of 0.583. So, Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted.
