Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector, especially the meatball business, face complex challenges in financial management and product pricing. This study aims to analyze the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured (HPP) in meatball SMEs using the full costing method. The focus of the study is to identify the cost structure that includes raw materials, direct labor, and factory overhead costs to improve the accuracy of selling price determination and business profitability. The study uses a qualitative approach with interviews, observations, and secondary data analysis from related documents and literature. The results of the study show that the total daily production cost is IDR 1,509,680 for 1,200 meatballs, with a production cost per item of IDR 1,258. With a selling price of IDR 2,000 per item, the net profit obtained reaches IDR 890,320 or IDR 741 per item. This finding emphasizes the importance of accurate cost management to maintain business efficiency and competitiveness. This study concludes that the full costing method provides a comprehensive picture for strategic decision making, including setting competitive selling prices. Recommendations include analysis of ongoing costs, product innovation, aggressive marketing strategies, and investment in equipment and employee training to improve business performance and profitability. The study suggests an analysis of the importance of ongoing costs, product innovation, aggressive marketing strategies, and investment in equipment and human resource development. This study provides theoretical contributions to the understanding of cost accounting in culinary sector MSMEs and offers managerial practices that can improve business performance and profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on the productivity and effectiveness of the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Padang City Manpower and Industry Service. The method used in this study is the literature review method or an approach that uses relevant literature sources or written documents. In addition, the data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a significant positive impact on the productivity and effectiveness of ASN performance. The results of interviews at the Padang City Manpower and Industry Service indicate that ASN are required to comply with rules such as arriving on time, with an automatic allowance deduction mechanism for those who are late. Even though there is a strict policy like this, challenges in implementing discipline remain, for example in terms of employee consistency in arriving on time. To overcome this, the sub-section head provides a five-minute lateness dispensation, and the results are quite low with the allowance deduction system applied. These findings are expected to be used as consideration in improving ASN performance through the implementation of stricter disciplinary policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE), on the value of companies in the cigarette sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The background of the study shows that although high profitability can increase investor confidence and company value, many companies in this sector face challenges such as raw material price volatility and the impact of the pandemic. The research method used involves collecting data from cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2021-2023 using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that ROA has a negative effect on company value, while ROE has a significant positive effect. The average Tobin's Q value shows large variations between samples, and statistical analysis shows that 85% of the variation in company value can be explained by ROA and ROE. This study concludes that profitability has a significant effect on company value, with companies with high profitability tending to have better market value

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of the Computer Assisted Test (CAT) System in the recruitment of Civil Servants (PNS) at the UPT BKN Padang. The CAT system is implemented to improve transparency, objectivity, and accountability in the recruitment of prospective civil servants. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, data collection is carried out through interviews, documentation, and literature reviews. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the CAT system provides several benefits, including reducing time and costs, as well as improving the quality of test results. In addition, this system also helps reduce fraudulent practices and increases public trust in the recruitment process. Thus, the use of the CAT system is expected to be an effective solution in improving the quality of human resources for state apparatus in Indonesia. This study recommends the need for continuous evaluation of the CAT system to ensure sustainability and improvement in the recruitment process in the future.

Abstract

Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara (BMN) yang efisien dan transparan penting untuk optimalisasi aset negara. Salah satu strateginya adalah penghapusan BMN melalui lelang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi prosedur penghapusan BMN, menganalisis dampaknya terhadap keuangan negara, dan memberikan rekomendasi peningkatan efisiensi dan transparansi. Dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, serta studi literatur dan regulasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penghapusan BMN melalui lelang meliputi identifikasi, pengajuan, persetujuan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan, yang berdampak positif pada pengurangan biaya pemeliharaan aset tidak produktif serta peningkatan Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP). Rekomendasi meliputi pemanfaatan teknologi lelang online, penyederhanaan regulasi, peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, dan penguatan kolaborasi lintas lembaga untuk memastikan proses lebih efisien, transparan, dan optimal bagi negara.

Abstract

The capital market is one alternative that can influence companies to meet their funding needs. Banking services come first in developing the country's economy. With the existence of a capital market, it will be easier for companies to obtain funds so that economic activities in various sectors can be increased. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Roa, Roe, and Eps on share prices in banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research uses descriptive analysis of the data obtained. The design used in this research is a literature review or literature study. Literature review is a search and research of the literature by reading and reviewing various journals. In general, the results of this study show that EPS is the variable that most consistently has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, both partially and simultaneously. Meanwhile, the influence of ROA and ROE on stock prices varies depending on the sector and research method. Simultaneous analysis indicates that these three variables often have a significant influence on stock prices, although the partial results are not always consistent.

Abstract

The main objective of this service is to increase the economic literacy of the people of Parepare City regarding the factors that influence the price of Honda car products. able to understand the dynamics of the automotive market in more depth and make more rational purchasing decisions. The partner problem that will be resolved is a lack of understanding of the factors that influence prices, so that they can provide data-based recommendations to automotive industry partners. The research method used in the research is a descriptive qualitative approach with the research location in Parepare City. Activity participation involves official Honda dealers, consumers and automotive business players as key informants. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, field observations and documentation. The materials used were a list of interview guides and data recording tools. The problem solving method is carried out by identifying factors such as market conditions, marketing strategies, pricing policies and consumer preferences. that consumer preferences in Parepare City are influenced by a combination of economic, technical and emotional factors. An effective marketing strategy is one that is able to accommodate the needs of consumers from various segments, such as offering competitive prices, easy financing, and satisfactory after-sales service. Research shows that the price of Honda cars in Parepare City is influenced by various factors, including demographic characteristics, marketing strategies, and changes in market dynamics. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of State Property (BMN) auctions at the State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) Parepare in increasing state revenues. BMN auctions have an important role in optimizing state assets, either through execution auctions, mandatory non-execution, or voluntary auctions. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with an interview, observation, and documentation study approach to obtain primary and secondary data. The results of the study indicate that BMN auctions at KPKNL Parepare have made a positive contribution to Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP), but several obstacles, such as limited budget for socialization, technological infrastructure, and competent human resources, hinder the effectiveness of their implementation. Therefore, this study recommends that the budget for socialization be increased, technological infrastructure be improved, and human resource capacity be strengthened to increase efficiency and transparency in the implementation of BMN auctions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in the employee recruitment process and its implications for human resource management (HR). This study uses a qualitative approach based on literature analysis to explore the potential of AI in improving recruitment efficiency and accuracy, while identifying challenges such as algorithmic bias, lack of transparency, and threats to candidate data privacy. The results show that AI can automate various recruitment processes, including candidate screening and evaluation, which significantly saves time and costs. However, the potential for algorithmic bias caused by non-inclusive training data is one of the main obstacles to the fair and ethical implementation of AI. In addition, supportive regulations and policies, such as the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) in Indonesia, play an important role in ensuring the responsible use of AI. These regulations must include personal data protection, transparency, and bias mitigation in AI-based decision making. This study concludes that while AI has great potential to revolutionize recruitment, its implementation requires a careful and strategic approach. Further research is recommended to focus on empirical studies in various organizational contexts, the development of inclusive algorithms, and their impact on candidate experience, in order to create a more holistic and sustainable recruitment system.
