Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan sistem remunerasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Disaster Management Centre (DMC) Dompet Dhuafa Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 44 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga didapat jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 44 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Disaster Magement Center (DMC) Dompet Dhuafa Jakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 5.695> 2.021 dengan nilai probabilitas (signifikansi) = 0.000 yaitu berada di bawah 0.05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan Disaster Magement Center (DMC) Dompet Dhuafa Jakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 4.915 > 2.021 dengan nilai probabilitas (signifikansi) = 0.000 yaitu berada di bawah 0.05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel sistem remunerasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Disaster Magement Center (DMC) Dompet Dhuafa Jakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 13.791 > 2.021 dengan nilai probabilitas (signifikansi) = 0.000 yaitu berada di bawah 0.05. (4) Terdapat pengaruh simultan yang positif dan signifikan variabel motivasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinanterhadap kinerja karyawan Disaster Magement Center (DMC) Dompet Dhuafa Jakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel yaitu 69.049> 3.24.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and job stress on employee performance at PT Setia Sejahtera Perkasa.             The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population was 49 people. The sampling technique using saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study was 49 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression.             The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture variables on the performance of employees of PT Setia Sejahtera Perkasa with a tcount > ttable value, namely 7.315 > 2.013 and a significance value = 0.000 which is below 0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of work stress variables on the performance of employees of PT Setia Sejahtera Perkasa with a tcount > ttable value, namely 8.151 > 2.013 and a significance value = 0.000 which is below 0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and work stress variables on the performance of employees of PT Setia Sejahtera Perkasa with the value of Fcount > Ftable value, namely 40.302 > 3.20 and a significance value = 0.000 which is below 0.05.

Abstract

The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population was 47 people. The sampling technique using saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study was 47 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression.             The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of motivation variables on the performance of employees of PT Spartan Sejahtera Perkasa with a tcount > ttable value, namely 5.063 > 2.015 and a significance value = 0.000 which is below 0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline variables on the performance of employees of PT Spartan Sejahtera Perkasa with a tcount> ttable value, namely 8.283> 2.015 and a significance value = 0.000, which is below 0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of motivation and work discipline variables on the performance of employees of PT Spartan Sejahtera Perkasa with the value of Fcount > Ftable value, namely 33.549 > 3.21 and significance value = 0.000 which is below 0.05

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine Communication on Employee Performance at PT Herona Express Tangerang Selatan. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study was 50 respondents. Data analysis technique using multiple regression. The research results show that: There is a positive and significant influence of the Communication variable on the employee performance of PT Herona Express Tangerang Selatan. This is proven by the value of tcount > ttable, namely 5.394 > 2.010 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance of PT Adinda Permata Mulia. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique using saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study was 41 respondents. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of leadership style variables on the performance of PT Adinda Permata Mulia employees. This is evidenced by the value of tcount> ttable, namely 7.834> 2.023 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and competence on employee performance at Harper Hotel Jakarta. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population amounted to 58 people, so the sampling technique was used with the saturated sample method and the number of samples obtained in this study were 58 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of training variables on employee performance at Harper Hotel Jakarta. This is evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable, namely 4.352 > 2.004 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.005. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of competency variables on employee performance at Harper Hotel Jakarta. This is evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable, namely 7.381> 2.004 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.005. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of training and competency variables on employee performance at Harper Hotel Jakarta. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable, namely 26.75 9> 3.16 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.005.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Sewakadarma Denpasar City. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population amounted to 63 people, so the sampling technique was used with the saturated sample method and the number of samples obtained in this study were 63 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression.             The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of motivation variables on the performance of employees of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Sewakadarma Denpasar City. This is evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable, namely 7.050 > 2.000 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.005. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of work environment variables on the performance of employees of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Sewakadarma Denpasar City. This is evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable, namely 11.076 > 2.000 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.005. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of motivation and work environment variables on the performance of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Sewakadarma Denpasar City employees. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftabel, namely 60.589 > 3.15 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.005.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership and compensation on the performance of employees of PT Midtou Aryacom Futures. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population amounted to 35 people, so the sampling technique was used with the saturated sample method and the number of samples obtained in this study were 35 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership variables on the performance of employees of PT Midtou Aryacom Futures. This is evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable, namely 5.541 > 2.037 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.005. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of compensation variables on the performance of employees of PT Midtou Aryacom Futures. This is evidenced by the value of tcount> ttable, namely 6.930> 2.037 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.005. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership and compensation variables on the performance of employees of PT Midtou Aryacom Futures. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work discipline and service quality on citizen satisfaction in Mekar Jaya Village, Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population amounted to 1,652 people, this study used a sampling technique with the accidental sampling method and obtained a sample size in this study of 50 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline variables on citizen satisfaction in Mekar Jaya Village, Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency. This is evidenced by the value of tcount> ttable, namely 5.834> 2.012 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.005. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of service quality variables on citizen satisfaction in Mekar Jaya Village, Sepatan Subdistrict, Tangerang Regency. This is evidenced by the value of tcount> ttable, namely 6.108> 2.012 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.005. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline and service quality variables on citizen satisfaction in Mekar Jaya Village, Sepatan Subdistrict, Tangerang Regency. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount> Ftable, namely 38.413> 3.20 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.005.

The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population amounted to 58 people, so the sampling technique was used with the saturated sample method and the number of samples obtained in this study were 58 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression The results showed that: There is a positive and significant effect of learning management variables and management skills of principals on teacher performance SMPIT Ibnu Abbas Tarakan. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable which is 27.262 > 3.12 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000 which is below 0.005.
