Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and emotional intelligence on the performance of PAUD teachers in Pamulang, South Tangerang. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population amounted to 1,652 people, this study used a sampling technique with the accidental sampling method and obtained a total sample in this study of 50 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline and emotional intelligence variables on the performance of PAUD teachers in Pamulang, South Tangerang. This is evidenced by the value of Fhitung > Ftable, namely 72.591 > 2.70 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000 which is below 0.005.

Abstract

The research was conducted to find out how the critical pedagogic concept in the view of Prof. H.A.R. Tilaar and its relevance to national education. The purpose of conducting this research is because nowadays, on this day of a very fast globalization, besides its usefulness, it also causes several problems, including the loss of direction from national diversity and dehumanization. It is challenging to require a form of critical reflective attitude that is presented to the community. This effort can very effectively occur if there is a transformation in education. The change from traditional pedagogy to critical pedagogy is an alternative way of dealing with globalization. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative methodology which makes literature study and document collection the primary thing in data collection. The findings of this critical pedagogic research are in fact still very much needed and further encouraged in its concrete application to answer the challenges of globalization and to meet the golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

Environmental accounting is increasingly recognized as an important strategic instrument for organizations faced with sustainability challenges. This article investigates the utilization of environmental accounting in Indonesian companies, with a particular emphasis on how this practice can improve transparency, operational efficiency, and corporate reputation. Using document analysis methodology, the research examined related reports on sustainability, environmental policies, and government regulations. The results showed that companies implementing environmental accounting successfully achieved reductions in carbon emissions and waste, in addition to improving energy efficiency. In addition, the adoption of environmental accounting resulted in substantial financial benefits, including reduced operating expenditures. Nonetheless, barriers such as initial investment requirements and regulatory intricacies continue to pose challenges for many companies. Consequently, collaboration between government entities, private companies, and non-governmental organizations is essential to promote wider adoption of environmental accounting practices. This study sheds light on the importance of environmental accounting in fostering a more sustainable future for Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication on the organizational culture of teachers at the Bayt Insan Mulia Foundation. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population was 35 people. The sampling technique using saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study was 35 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of emotional intelligence variables on the organizational culture of teachers at the Bayt Insan Mulia Foundation with a tcount > ttable value, namely 4.732 > 1.689 and a significance value = 0.000 which is below 0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of interpersonal communication variables on the organizational culture of teachers at the Bayt Insan Mulia Foundation with a tcount> ttable value, namely 7.268 > 1.689 and a significance value = 0.000, which is below 0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication on the organizational culture of teachers at the Bayt Insan Mulia Foundation with the value of Fcount > Ftable value, namely 27.262 > 3.27 and significance value = 0.000 which is below 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Resto D'Besto Chicken & Burger Mardani Raya Central Jakarta. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The population is 41 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study is 41 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of compensation variables on employee performance at Resto D'Besto Chicken & Burger Mardani Raya Central Jakarta. This is evidenced by the t count> t table value, namely 7.325> 2.024 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of work environment variables on employee performance at Resto D'Besto Chicken & Burger Mardani Raya Central Jakarta. This is proven by the value of t count > t table, which is 6.304 > 2.024 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000 which is below 0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of compensation and work environment variables together on employee performance at Resto D'Besto Chicken & Burger Mardani Raya Central Jakarta. This is proven by the value of F count > F table, which is 28.299 > 3.24.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Training and Motivation on the Performance of PT. Mutiara Samudera Pasai employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with analysis techniques of validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, simple and multiple linear regression testing. The sample used was 60 respondents, namely the entire population. The results of this study are: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of the Training (X1) and Motivation (X2) variables on Performance (Y) of 39.1%, obtained an R number (correlation coefficient) of 0.625. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of the Training (X1) and Motivation (X2) variables on Performance (Y) of 55.5%, obtained an R number (correlation coefficient) of 0.745. 3) There is a positive and significant influence of the variables Training (X1) and Motivation (X2) together on Performance (Y of 55.9%, obtained the R number (correlation coefficient) of 0.748. Suggestions in this study are expected that the Leader can increase Motivation so that employees can increase work productivity so that it can be more optimal, Management can improve the economic welfare of employees, Leaders are more careful in determining the type of training and training methods that have an impact on improving employee abilities

The research method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The population is 41 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study is 41 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the Job Promotion variable on employee performance at PT Berkah Cahaya Izzah. This is evidenced by the tcount > ttable value, namely 9.486 > 2.024 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of the Work Environment variable on Employee Performance at PT Berkah Cahaya Izzah. This is evidenced by the tcount > ttable value, namely 6.972 > 2.024 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of the variables of Job Promotion and Work Environment together on Employee Performance at PT Berkah Cahaya Izzah. This is proven by the value of Fcount > Ftable, namely 44.937 > 3.24.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of incentives on the productivity of IFive Indonesia Sales Partners. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The population is 36 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study is 36 respondents. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant effect of the effect of incentives on the productivity of IFive Indonesia Sales Partners. This is evidenced by the tcount > ttable value, namely 6.638 > 2.032 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and education levels on the competency of graduate participants at LPK Ananda Perkasa Mulia. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The population is 50 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study is 36 respondents. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant effect of the effect of training and education levels on the competency of graduate participants at LPK Ananda Perkasa Mulia. This is evidenced by the f-count value > f-table, which is 34.805 > 3.20, the probability value (significance) = 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of academic supervision and training on pedagogical competence of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Huda. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The population is 41 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study is 44 respondents. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant effect of the effect of organizational culture on the employee performance at Bungong Jaroe Playground and Restaurant. This is evidenced by the F-count value > F-table, which is 27.951 > 3.24. The probability value (significance) = 0.000 is below 0.050.
